You sighed loudly as you walked through the city streets.You glanced around the town while people brushed by.You shifted your shoulders as your pet,Umlilo,Walked next to you,her tails swishing back and forth.She was a Fok devet repora, or translated in English a fox with nine tails,But on Terra they called them fire foxes, because all the tails make them look like flames or something like that.You really didn't care.

You turned on your glasses and flipped your face mask on as you entered the bounty hunter exchange,Or what you like to call it The bar of hunters. You shaped your fingers into a heart as you passed by your fellow hunters. You heard someone shift and gasp while growling filled your ears,You sighed and rolled you eyes.

"Umlilo,come here now!"

You called to the creature but only the fox could hear you,You mean. Most people don't know that You can speak telepathy to the creature,only your teacher knew and your best friend.

The Fox like creature huffed and walked towards you,it stood next to your side and began to glare at everyone. You chuckled and walked over to a table, you sat down as you looked at the dark skinned man with a short black hair cut.

"What's up player!,Miss me"

You smirked as he chuckled .

"Y/n it's always good to see one of my best hunters"

You raised an eye brow.

"I may be one of your best hunters,but I'll always be your favorite hunter"

You stuck your tongue out at him even though he won't see it because of your mask.

"Ah y/n,always so energetic and a little childish"

You gasped dramatically, and put your hand over you heart like it hurt.

"Ouch Karga,that hurt my feelings"

He sighed and rolled his eyes,you smiled at this. Umlilo was sitting down next to the table, keeping look out. You sighed.

A Over grown guard dog,that's what she is

You laughed through your nose a little and a small smile dared to appear on your face. You the looked over to the man sitting across from you.

"Alright Greef lets get down to business"

You placed down six lifeless trackers on the table.

"Damn...you finished this all In two days"

He let out a sigh and grabbed the dead trackers.

"Alright Fire,I have a job for you"

Fire was short for Fire fox,which was your bounty hunter code name so no one outside the guild knew your identity.You also had a Fire fox spray painted on your chest plate and your arms plates.You stared intensely at Karga as he used your code name,You nodded at him for him to continue.

"We have a huge bounty for a certain Imperial Commanding officer,you probably know them well Fire"

You stiffened when he said these words,clutch your fist together and gritted your teeth slightly while you glanced away from him.

"Fire, I know this must be hard to go after them again after they-"

"I know what they did!"

You spat angrily,you felt Umlilo stiffen at your emotions. You looked at Greef with a scowl on your face.

"Give me the tracker"

He looked a little taken back,he glanced at you.

"Give me the tracker!"

You said with a more forceful voice while the anger inside of you provoked you to snap someone's neck right now.

He sighed.

"Look,Fire,this isn't a one man job,another bounty hunter is coming with you on this one"

You rolled your eyes at him and a scowl formed on your face again.

"What are you talking about Greef?"

"I'm talking about you going with another guild member,I'm not risking you getting hurt again, You were in the hospital Six weeks because of the injury you got from this guy last time,And I'm taking that risk again,but if I do so,you will be partnering in this one if you like it or not"

Greef stated firmly.

"I don't need a babysitter!,I can take care of myself! I've always have! You know this!!"

You exclaimed harshly at him.

"Who even is this OTHER bounty hunter I'll be working with anyways!"

You threw your hands up.

"Don't see him anywhere around here NOW DO YOU!"

At those words you growling filled your ears,you looked at Umlilo. She was in a fighting stance,all nine of her tails lifted from the ground,Kinda like a peacock would do with his tail feathers. She bared her fangs to something at the entrance of the bar,her eyes gleamed and glowed a faint yellow,she flexed her claws.

You quickly whipped your head around to what she was growling at,while gripping your blaster that was in a holder strapped to your thigh,your eyes widened as you saw a Mandalorian. You immediately shook your head and let the feeling of awe pass,you put a scowl on your face.

"Umlilo stand down"

You hissed at your pet. She glanced up at you then to the Mandalorian,That was now walking in your direction, and continued to growl,

"Stand down right NOW!"

You barked at her,your anger made her stiffen and she slowly lowered her tails back to the ground,the glow in her eyes slowly dimmed out. She sat back down next to your table,you glared at the Mandalorian as he walked over to you and Greefs table and sat down.

"Fire meet your partner"

You stood up and slammed you hands on the table.

"EXCUSE ME WHAT?!?!?!"

The Mandalorian looked up at you with his helmet.

"Greef,I'm very glad you care for my safety and all,BUT A MANDALORIAN!?!,KARGA YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!"

You exclaimed with anger.

"Fire listen to me,You can't do this alone,And this bounty is huge,You guys are gonna split it, You have to understand Fire"

You clutched your fists together.

"FINE!,But the Mandalorian can keep all the credits for all I care,But the Commander"

You whipped you head straight to the Mandalorian, basically staring right through him despite his mask,with the coldest stare possible.

"The commander is mine"

You voice was as cold as ice,it probably would send chills through your spine if you weren't the one speaking in the tone. You got up on the seat and jumped over the Mandalorian and landed next to your pet.

"I'll wait for you at the landing site, See ya around, Legend"

You whistled and Umlilo got up and followed you out of the bar.

The Mandalorian turned to Karga.

"She's seems nice"

He added sarcastically.

"She's actually very pleasant to be around,if you're not on her bad side,The commander that you guys are going for,gave her a major injury,was in the hospital for weeks,she feels like she has to do this alone to feel honorable,I bet you know that feeling right Mando"

The Bounty hunter stayed silent and looked away from him.Then he stood up and looked at Greef.

"I'm going to join her now"

"Alright then,bring her back in one piece"

You sighed and leaned against a randoms persons ship,waiting for your partner to come.You gritted your teeth and twirled the knife in your hand with your fingers.

Why did I have to be partnered

You felt someone touch your shoulder, you quickly whipped your leg around and swept them off their feet, you lunged down and put your knife against the intruders throat.

"WO WO HEY HEY ITS JUST ME"

The Mandalorian put his hands up in surrender. You exhaled and got off of him, you grabbed his arm against his will and lifted him off the ground, you brushed yourself off and sheathed your knife back into the holder on your left thigh.

"Sorry you startled me"

You mumbled out and turned to Umlilo,who looked like she was about to pounce onto the Bounty hunter.You sighed.

"Umlilo stop,he's a friend,he's not going to hurt you"

You reassured the creature telepathically and rubbed her ears. After awhile you stopped and turned to the Mandalorian.

"Alright hot stuff lets get this show on the road,we gotta a commander to catch"

The Mandalorian looked at you for a minute and then nodded.

He lead you to his ship,you trailing behind him with Umlilo on your tail. 

You stared at the ship with admiration,sure it wasn't the prettiest, But it had good quality and it's was huge. You smiled a little,you felt someone's presence next you,you glanced over to see The Mandalorian looking at you.

"You gonna just stare at my ship or come in?"

You felt your face heat up in embarrassment and you thanked god that you had the mask to cover your red face.You cleared your throat and beckoned Umlilo with your mind and told her to go on the ship.

You trailed after Umlilo,not even making a second glance at the bounty hunter as you passed by, you went onto the ship and looked around until you found the cockpit,you sat down in the passenger seat, Umlilo siting on the floor next to your seat.

You pulled some ear plugs out of your pocket, that you made yourself, and plugged them into your ears, you got a iPod from your other pocket, yes you made this too, and clicked on a playlist of old Terran music. Apparently this music artist,thats what Terrains would called them,Was called Cavetown. (FrEaKiNg sUe mE bIsh-)

You really enjoyed his music,you've never heard anything like it before, most of his songs would usually make you want to cry, but you listen to them to relax in times of stress. You didn't notice the Mandalorian come in until he sat down in the pilots seat. You looked at him from behind,you didn't realize you were staring until Umlilo slapped your face with her tail.

The fur got into your nose causing you to sneeze. The Mandalorian has already put the ship into hyper speed so he didn't need to pilot, he looked over to you.

"Bless you"

He simply stated and then turned back to the front of the ship.

"Thanks"

You mumbled out and slumped back into the chair,sighing and closing your eyes.

"Tell me when we get there will ya Mando?"

The Bounty hunter looked at you.

"Alright"

He said quietly and turned back towards the control panel.

You tried to take a nap but you couldn't, you didn't exactly felt scared just not at ease being in some strangers ship, A Mandalorians ship no less.

You sighed loudly and opened your eyes.

"Hey Mando, can I call Mando, I don't know if you like the nick name, some Mandalorians do but not all of them"

You heard him sigh a little.

"You can call me Mando if you like"

You scrunched up your face, you weren't satisfied with his answer,but oh well.

"Well my code name is Fire fox,but you can call me Fire for short,and my pet here, her name is Umlilo,Umli,pronounced Um-ly, for short"

You said softly,the Bounty hunter turned to you a little.

"Alright"

He said with a soft tone as well.

What was wrong with you!? You don't act this way with other people, you're usually more social than this.

You twiddle with your fingers,rubbing them against each other,while you nervously nibbled on your.

You wanted to brake the tension between you too,but you didn't know how...

Wait a minute

Yes you did

"I don't want to call you Mando or A Mandalorian"

You stayed shyly but firm. The Mandalorian turned his head to you,almost looking confused, just because you can't see his face doesn't mean you can't read body language,also his helmet tipped to the side a little, like a confused puppy.

That gave you an idea.

"Don't look so surprised, I don't want to call you that because that's what you are and not who you are, also I can call any other Mandalorian that I meet Mando, but for you it doesn't feel right"

The Mandalorian was staring at you with confusion, shock, and a little bit of admiration. He was so glad for the helmet right now or you would have caught him staring.

"So I want to give you a name that's different from the rest, so what do you say?"

"Ok then"

The Mandalorian slumped back in his chair a little.

"Ok that was too easy, what's the catch?"

"The catch?"

You scrunched you nose and furrowed your brows with confusion.

The Mandalorian wasn't going to make a catch but now they were.

He smirked under his face mask and looked at you with a mischievous gleam in his eye.

You stiffened a little and swallow the lump in your throat.you were only asking one question.

What did I just do!?

"The catch is~"

Mando paused for a minute,you moved a little too with your leg over other while stroking Umlilo,who's head was on your lap,you looked like a cliche villain, that would say, I've been expecting you.

"That when I ask you to shut up you shut up"

You sighed loudly and rolled your eyes, you didn't know why you were going to agree with this but without really thinking you said.

"Sure whatever you want"

"Great. You can...pick a name now.."

He then turned forward in his seat, rethinking his life decisions.

You squealed a little under your breath,with your fist and elbows scrunched up to your chest.

"Ok ok, Cool!,I already have a name in mind"

"Oh and what is that?"

The Mandalorian turned back to you with and eyebrow raised and His arm crossed.

"Lupas!"

You beamed excitedly.

The Bounty hunter laughed through his nose a little.

"Lupas? The hell is that?"

You looked at him like he was crazy.

"Lupas is a constellation that the terrains comprehended as a wolf in the stars,so Lupas means wolf, And you remind me of a wolf, you're big, strong, and is looking out for himself, like a lone wolf, but wolfs are also the descendants of dogs, who are absolutely adorable,fun and entertaining, they also have this cute look when they want something or confused so yeah, I want to call you Lupas"

You stated and looked at the Bounty hunter.

He was amused,and he laughed a little.

"You really put a lot of thought to that name for a complete stranger"

You rolled your eyes.

"That's it,THATS why, I don't want us to be complete strangers,you seem like a nice guy and I would love to have a friendship with you"

You beamed with a smile, your dimples reached the edge of your face mask, making them visible.

The Bounty hunter looked at you with a little shocked emotion to his face, he stared at you again and felt his face heat up.

What the hell is wrong with him

You looked at the Mandalorian and sighed.

"It's fine if you don't like it,I just thought-"

You were cut off by him rambling.

"No,no,no,no,It's absolutely fine,I like the name"

You looked at with wide eyes.

"I like the name"

He repeated with a softer voice,you smiled and giggled a little.

"Alright,Lupas~"

You eyes gleamed brightly,you took your earplugs out and shoved them into your pocket.

"Ok so what's the plan?" (tEaCh dAd a LeSSoN-)

The Mandalorian turned back to you a tilted his head.

"I thought you already had one"

You stood up and clapped your hands together.

"In matter of fact I do, strap in bucket head this will take awhile"

The bounty hunter sighed and slumped back in chair. You giggled at this and put a strand of hair behind your ear,Umlilo just huffed at this and laid down put her head in her front paws.

"Alright Lupas listen up,we're going to do this my way and we're going to survive"

The Mandalorian chuckled and listened to you rumble your plan.
