The group of girls watches with tears running down their faces the camp director announced the death of there friend. Carliegh had decided to leave the following day, not seeing a reason to stay when people were being picked off one by one.

The rest of the girls however stayed,for different reasons, but they stayed.

Kloe and Mikayla stayed because they thought this was exciting, the rush of trying to figure out what was going on.

Lindsey, stayed because she now had a score to settle. That..whatever it was.. had killed one of her friends and she was going to kill it in return.

Olivia, stayed because Lindsey did, and she'd promised Lindsey's nephew she would keep Lindsey safe.

Abbie, stayed to find out what the creature was, the Curiosity of it was almost eating her whole.

Brianna stayed because she wanted to 'cut off that ugly things big toe' for killing anyone. 

So, they cried for their lost friend, but, the next morning they were once again out in the trees. Watching and waiting.

This time with a purpose.
