Hello there!

The date to send in your stories for The Tolkien Writing Contest has passed. And at last March 7th has arrived. Which means that the jury has read both entries to the competition.

Two people have send in their story. For which we thank them.

Two entries mean that will be only be a first place winner and someone who came in second. Both stories were a joy to read. What I personally liked best was that both stories featured elves of the Tolkien universe. Usually I'm not a big fan of them, but I liked reading these short stories.

It didn't take long before we, the jury, had decided which story won.

In the next two chapters I will announce who came in second and who came in first. Their entries will be posted along with it. And I will add the feedback from the jury.
