We walked into the pub and I stayed close to Professor McGonagall. "Good evening Professor." The patrons said as we passed. Professor McGonagall nodded to them. "There's a lot of people here." I mumbled. McGonagall nodded. She lead me out the back door and into a bricked off area. After tapping a pattern into the bricks they opened revealing a doorway into a large shopping area. We began to walk through the ally, heading towards a large white building at the end of the street. "This is Gringotts." Professor McGonagall explained as she lead me in. I looked at the workers in fear and awe. "What are they?" I asked quietly. "Goblins." Professor McGonagall replied. She lead me to a large desk. "I'm here to take money out of Miss Potter's vault." She said to the goblin. They looked down at me and nodded.

~Time Skip~

After we got my money Professor McGonagall took me to a dusty shop with a bunch of wands in the window. "I'll go and get your books and potion supplies." Professor McGonagall said. I walked in. "Ah, Miss Potter, I was wondering when I would see you." An old voice said from in back. An old man came from behind. "I'm Mr. Olivander, the wand maker." The man said, coming out from behind the counter. He began to measure me all over before going into the back and pulling out wand box after wand box. Every wand I tried sent something awry in the store, shattering glass, breaking shelves, knocking boxes over. Eventually there was a soft whispering breeze blew through the store. "I understand." Olivander said softly, going into the far back of the store. A few minutes later he came out with a very old wooden box. He opened the lid and handed the beautiful wand to me.

As soon as the wand touched my hand I felt a warmth spread throughout my body. "That is a very special wand Miss Potter." Olivander said. I looked up at him. "How so?" "It was specially made by Gaia herself." Olivander explained. I smiled at this. "It's perfect then." I said, paying him for the wand and stepping out of the shop.

I waited for Professor McGonagall to come back outside of the shop. When she did she had a large stack of books and potion supplies, plus parchment, ink and quills. "Next is your robes." She said to me. I nodded and she lead me to Madam Malkin's and I walked in. I stood awkwardly as she sized me. As I was being fitted for my robes a blond haired boy my age came in and stood in the platform next to me. "Hello." He said, eyeing me up and down. "Hi." I said nervously. I didn't like the look in his eyes. It's the same look the boys at the orphanage used to give me. I shifted uncomfortably from foot to foot. Thankfully a black haired boy with glasses came in the store. I looked at the boy curiously, he seemed extremely familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it. "There you are Miss Rose." Madam Malkin said, I thanked her and paid her and quickly walked outside as the boys talked. I saw Professor McGonagall talking to a very very large man. "As I was saying Professor, you should let her get a pet." The man said to Professor McGonagall. I slowly walked towards them. "Hello." I said quietly. The man beamed at me. "Hello." The man said. I smiled at him. He turned to Professor McGonagall. "Well I'll see you at school Professor." The man said. Professor McGonagall turned to me. "Come with me Miss Potter. I think we should get one last thing." She said with a small smile, leading me into a pet store. I looked around in awe, finding in the back of the store a beautiful white bird.

"I love her!" I said, gently petting the birds head. "Ah, that's Yui, she's a white Phoenix." The lady at the counter said. "I'll take her!" I said with a grin. Suddenly I felt something nudging my leg. I looked down and saw a beautiful baby snow leopard.

"And who's this?" I asked. "Mia, she's a snow leopard." She explained with a smile. I petted between Mia's ears. "I'll take them both." I say, walking up and paying for them, and their food and treats. We walked out of the store with both her new friends. "I'll be taking you to Kings Cross where you'll meet the Weasley's, who will be looking after you for the rest of the summer." Professor McGonagall explained. I nodded and smiled. "Lead the way Professor!" I said happily.
