Agent Frisk ~11
Sans' POV
"SO HOW WAS YOUR DATE, SANS?" Papyrus said as he sat at the table with me.
"Uhh, it was good." I said simply, hoping he wouldn't ask anymore, in case Frisk woke up.
"Yes, what did you guys do?" Gaster joined in the conversation from the counter. I blushed, thinking about how her hair shone under the light of the stars and echo flowers. "It went well, I gather."
"Yeah, we had a good time. I took her to my favorite spot in the Underground." I put my head on the table in my arms, embarrassed.
"Well you guys got close fast! You haven't invited me there yet!" Gaster teased, bringing over the plate of waffles he made.
"G, it's not exactly the kind of place I would take you. It's more... Romantic. And you're my dad. That I haven't seen in fifteen years."
"Fair enough. So when's the wedding, huh?"
I blushed. "Dings, why?! Besides, I would need to tell her how I feel first, if I even like her, and I don't know if I can do it."
"Do what?" Frisk walked into the kitchen, causing my to cover my blush quickly.
"N-Nothing kiddo. Have some waffles."
She sat down by me and ate happily, humming slightly. She had a nice voice.....
"-right Sans?" I jerked up at my name.
"Wha- Yeah! Yeah..." I set my head back on the table. Papyrus and Gaster were giggling, but Frisk was silent.
"WERE YOU EVEN LISTENING, BROTHER?" Papyrus asked.
"Of course bro, I always listen to you. I'm gonna go to Grillby's if anyone wants me." And I teleported straight there, groaning to get Grillby's attention. He tilted his head, wondering what happened. I spent the next hour or so confessing everything to him and drinking ketchup.
Your POV
"How are you enjoying the Underground, Frisk?" Gaster asked me as I ate my waffles.
"It's great! There are so many friendly monsters!" I said happily around a mouthful of food.
"Is there anything or anyone that's your favorite?" He prodded.
I blushed, thinking of Sans. "The place Sans showed me last night was really cool!"
"Sans said he liked that place because it was romantic. He really likes you, right Sans?" He said slightly louder, causing Sans to jump.
"Wha- Yeah! Yeah..."
He just confessed he liked me! But he didn't know what Gaster said, he wasn't paying attention. You don't know that! Do too! He'd never like a human like you. Why are you so negative? Because I'm you.
I snapped back to reality to find Sans gone and Gaster and Papyrus staring at me. "Where'd Sans go?"
"To Grillby's. He said you should join him when you get a chance." Gaster said, chuckling behind his hand.
"You know I can see you laughing. There are holes in your hands." I pointed out. Gaster looked at his palms, and blushing slightly in embarrassment.
"Sorry. I didn't mean to laugh."
"It's fine." I shrugged, standing up. I began to gather up the dirty plates.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HUMAN FRISK?" Papyrus asked, watching me take the dishes to the sink. (Sans had it lowered yesterday.)
"Doing the dishes. Why?"
"DISHES ARE NOT FOR WASHING, THEY ARE FOR EATING ON AND THROWING AWAY!"
I giggled, and then gasped lightly in realization. Sans and Papyrus threw away their nice ceramic dishes after they used them once. How much did they spend on dishes?! "If you wash them, you can use them again. That way, you don't have to buy new ones for a long time."
"WELL THEN LET THE GREAT PAPYRUS HELP YOU!"
"I will help you as well." Gaster and Papyrus came over and started to help me. It was clear they had never washed dishes before when they began dumping the whole bottle of soap in the sink full of water. Soon, the whole kitchen was filled with bubbles. It took us a little while to clean it all up again, but when we finished, the kitchen had never looked better!
"Well, I'm heading to Grillby's to see Sans. Bye guys!" I called over my shoulder as I shut the front door.
I strolled through the snowy town, smiling at the monsters around me. The last week I'd been in town, everyone had accepted me fairly easily. Undyne had been a little rough at first, but we were close now.
I opened to door to Grillby's, a wave of warm air hitting me. A small bell jingled as I shut the door behind me. Most monsters just glanced at me before returning to their business. I began to walk up to the bar, when I heard Sans sobbing quietly. I stopped a few steps behind him, not sure what to do.
"I don't get it, Grillbz. What happened? She's not supposed to be here." Was he talking about me? "Error should be all over her by now, but he's not. He's letting us get attached, until he can pull her right out of our fingers." Not wanting to hear the rest, I sat down next to Sans, startling him. "Oh! Hey kid, when'd you get here?"
"Just now." I lied. I felt Grillby staring at me, making me feel guilty. "What, cha doin'?"
"Not- *hic* Not much."
"Uhh..." I glanced at Grillby, who had a strange expression. I had learned over the week that Grillby does actually talk, but very softly; you have to know what you're listening for.
".....he gets drunk if he drinks more then three bottles of ketchup in a sitting. He's starting on his fourth now..."
I quickly looked at Sans, who had upended the bottle in front of him, and was finishing it off. I didn't have the guts to stop him, so I just watched as Grillby reluctantly passed him another bottle at his request. I ordered a thing of fries, and slowly ate them, thinking about what Sans said.
Just another thing to add to my mental detective notepad.
Yes, this story will have a little Ink and Error. If you don't like stories like that, sorry. I didn't plan on this, it just kinda happened.
On a positive note, two chapters in one day!
Love you, my little stars!
