SUMMARY: Lloyd and Nya get captured...but they aren't even concerned in the slightest bit. I wonder why...this is pretty short lmao-

I lost inspiration so I rounded it off quickly-

Lloyd's head rung, like a baseball bat had been swung at his temple. He groaned, attempting to rub his fatigued eyes when the memories hit him.

Oh right. He'd been knocked out for being snarky with the guard, taunting him.

A blurred figure was sat opposite him, tied up in the same position as he was.

"Lloyd! Finally! Are you okay? He seemed to hit you pretty hard.."

"I'm alright, Nya," he responded, the taste of warm copper filling his mouth. He spat out what looked to be blood and rolled his eyes, "Ah shit...how bad is it?"

Nya tilted her head and shrugged, "Eh, could be worse. You are okay, aren't you?"

"Hmm. Yeah, fine. Healthy as a horse. Did they hurt you?" Lloyd's protective instincts kicked in as he searched his honorary sister's face and body for visible bruises. She turned her head, revealing a bloody scar on her cheek, "They just nicked me. I used some...not child-friendly words and he slashed my cheek." A grin spread across her face, "At least I'll get a wicked scar!"

Lloyd chuckled, "Ha, yeah. Kai's gonna go mental. How many punches d'you think it'll take for him to knock that guard unconscious?"

"Unconscious?" Nya snorted, "He'd burn that bastard into a pile of ash!"

Their giggles and laughter soothed the fading pain and fear in their souls, warming the cold room with joy, despite the given situation.

For once, Lloyd was glad that he had some company, and wasn't alone.

"Oi! Keep it down in there, you filthy brats!"

"Aw, what's the matter?" Nya called out, "Can't hear your porn streaming? My bad!" 

Lloyd was practically wheezing at this point, whilst the ninja clad in grey had a victorious smirk on her face. The door burst open and the same guard from earlier stormed in, pocketknife in hand, "Keep your mouth shut or I'll make you keep your mouth shut!" 

He waved the knife around, and Lloyd chuckled smugly, green eyes shining, "Is that supposed to be a threat? Are we supposed to be scared? That knife is nothing compared to what we've been through."

"Go ahead," Nya challenged, "Do your worst."

"Oh, by the time I'm done with you two, you'll be wishing you never spoke in the first place-" 

A sharp whack from behind sent him crashing to the ground and out cold. Kai smirked, announcing proudly, "That was for kidnapping Lloyd."

He looked at the blood-covered metal pole in his hands, before whacking him again more sounds of breaking bones filling the air, "That was for kidnapping Nya."

Dropping the pole, he took several steps back, before jumping right on his stomach. Both captives winced as they heard the sounds of bones breaking. Kai glared down at the guard, "That was for injuring Lloyd and this..." he delivered a painful punch to the guard's face, "...is for injuring Nya."

His siblings watched in amazement, as Kai dug the keys out of the guard's waistband, dangling them in the air proudly before narrowing his eyes, "Lloyd, Nya, what did we say about skipping classes to go on missions, hmm?"
