'ello!

Sorry, I figured I'd try out my British accent. I'm sitting in my very fancy and elegant hotel room, recovering from probably the best breakfast I've ever had.

So yesterday was a little hectic. I ended up falling asleep on the plane and was jolted out of my sleep only when we landed. Not that the landing was rough, it just woke me up for some odd reason.

After arriving at the airport I again went through some security and had to catch a shuttle bus around 8pm.

While mom and I were planning my trip we went ahead and reserved a hotel, it's a Best Western Park Grand here in Heathrow. The bus ride took almost a half hour in which I spent most of the time aplogizing to this one guy who I accidentally hit in the head with my luggage. Seriously! He kept giving me dirty looks after like the first 3 times I said I was sorry. 
Needless to say I was anxious to get off that bus.

The hotel lobby is amazing on its own, beautiful lights, marble tile! I can't believe I was able to get a room! And my room- fit for the queen herself! Simply splendid!

They took my luggage up and once I got to my room I had some fancy mineral water and slippers waiting on my bed!

I called mom the second I was alone and told her I made it. Boy, was she glad to hear from me!

Honestly I don't have a plan of action. I guess I'll get out of here and take something called the tube, and do some exploring. I may find the L.O.M.P building, just for kicks.
