Mate- friend

Daft- stupid

Pasted- hit, punch, beat

Knickers- pants

Smashing- terrific

Corker- outstanding

Loo- restroom

Miffed- upset

Off my trolley- mad/crazy

Joe Bloggs- same as "average joe"

Blimey- exclamation of surprise

Chivvy along- hurry up

Zonked- exhausted

Chap- friend

Bud- friend

Brill- cool

Rubbish- trashed

Conked- a blow to the head or nose

Nicked- stolen

Shamble- a mess

Hard Cheese- bad luck

To know ones onions- knowledgeable in a subject

Tosh- nonsense

Spawny- lucky

Bit your arm off- overly excited

Ring- to call someone

Gormless- clueless

Chuffed- proud

Waffle- to talk on and on about nothing

Bits and bobs- various things

Sorted- fixing a problem

Leg it- run for it

Dodgy- not to be trusted

Blinkered- narrow-minded

Jolly- very

Fancy- to desire

Blooming- used as an intensive

Bob's your uncle- that's it!

Bottle- courage

Blinding- excellent
