Natsu and Ruby: Edolas?

Carla: That's correct. The world that exists independently from the one we know. And unfortunately, a world that has begun losing its Magic.

Wendy: They're running out of Magic there?

Pyra: But how is that even possible?

Carla: Unlike here, Magic is a finite resource; without limits on its use, it will one day disappear forever.

Y/N: Are you sure you're not talking about the Demon World?

Carla: No, Edolas and the Demon World are two completely separate worlds entirely.

Modeus: I can confirm that.

Natsu: What do you mean?

Modeus: Over 2,000 years ago; when this world and the Demon Realm were connected, there were many rumors of a world that was parallel to this one; Sparda had heard of this 'Edolas', and even said that it too would be a target of conquest for the Demon Emperor Mundus. Unfortunately though, due to Sparda's rebellion and his pact with the Dragons, Mundus' plan never reached fruition.

Ruby: Wow, take about a rare chance.

Pyra: Yes, Sparda himself admitted to me, there's no telling how many worlds there could be.

Carla: Returning to the matter at hand. 

In an attempt to restore their rapidly diminishing Magic power reserves; the Kingdom of Edolas developed a spell that would absorb the magic from another world, our world. It is indeed a very powerful spell, called Anima. That was what opened the hole in the sky.

Wendy: So.... that's it.

With this piece of info, Wendy knew this was the reason Mystogen left her behind all those years ago.

Carla: Six years ago, they began setting up Anima-Portals all across the border between the two worlds; but the experiment did not go as they planned. It seems someone made it their goal to close them, one-by-one.

With this piece, Wendy knew who this someone was.

Carla: (thoughts) My suspicions were raised when Wendy told me what happened with Jellal. But the story makes even more sense if he's actually Mystogen. I'm sure he must have been the one closing the Anima. (speaking) But this Anima was simply too large. No one was strong enough to close it, thus the guild and everything surrounding it was absorbed.

Ruby: But that doesn't explain why they attack Fairy Tail?

Pyra: If I had to bet, it would due to all the powerful wizards in Fairy Tail. All that high magical level would certainly be tremendous for them. (turn to Carla) I'm right am I?

Carla: Correct.

Raven: So they stole from us?

Y/N: I already don't like these guys. They think they have the right to kidnap all our friends like that? I'm gonna enjoy beating the crap out of those assholes.

Natsu: That makes two of us. (looked up to the hole in the sky with an angry mark above his head) You better give us back our friends right now!

Almost in direct response to Natsu's statement, the thunder boomed even louder.

Happy: You mean it Carla? This happened because of you and me? This is our fault.

Carla: Indirectly, us.

Y/N: You're gonna have to explain what you mean by 'indirectly'.

Carla: The King entrusted us to complete another mission entirely, something that was totally independent from the Anima and magic absorption.

Happy was shocked by Carla's statement.

Wendy: But that doesn't make any sense! How can that be true when you were born in this world, hatched out of an egg!

Ruby: (tilt her head) An egg? YES!!! So babies do come from an egg!

Y/N: Not a good time, sis.

Ruby: (point at Y/N) You're just saying that, because you said I was wrong!

Natsu: And Happy was too, it was me that found him!

Carla: Indeed we were. To be completely honest, I personally have never once set foot in Edolas.

That surprised Natsu, Y/N, Ruby, Pyra, Raven, Wendy, Modeus, and Happy.

Carla: I was born in this world and I spent my entire life here, it's exactly as Wendy says.

Modeus: Then how do you know so much about this Edolas?

Carla: We were imprinted with this knowledge. The details of our mission and of Edolas are part of what makes up our very being. He and I were born to carry out this mission for our kingdom. So why... (points at Happy) Why don't you know the first thing about it?!

Y/N, Ruby, Pyra, Raven Natsu, Wendy, and Modeus all looked to Happy who could only hang his head down.

Happy: I don't know.

Carla: (turned back around) Anyway, that's what I meant by 'indirectly'. The Anima that did this originated from our homeland. So that's why we're partially to blame.

Wendy: So what is the mission you're on Carla?

Carla: I can't tell you.

Raven: (raise an eyebrow) You can't or won't?

Carla turned to Raven.

Raven: Because the way you're acting makes me suspicious.

Y/N: If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say it has something to do with Dragon Slayers.

Raven: Or does it have to do with me? Or Silver-Eyed Warrior or even the Aegis? Because all of us, weren't absorbed by the Animas.

Carla looked to Y/N and Raven with surprise, as did Natsu and Wendy. 

Y/N: Natsu and Wendy weren't absorbed like everyone else, and you said it was because they were Dragon Slayers. It was like you knew they wouldn't be absorbed. So, what is your little mission?

Carla: I said I can't tell and that's final!

Y/N: You've got no room to lose your temper, cat. You said you were indirectly responsible for this; not to mention you hid all this information from everyone your whole life, so pardon me if I'm a little untrusting.

Ruby: Y/N, stop this. Look I know all the evidence points to her, but please give her a chance to prove it. (give him the Puppy-Dog look) For me Big Brother~?

Y/N: (blush, sighs) Fine.

Raven: (snickers) You always fall for that look. (to Carla) We give you the benefit of doubt, but know this. We will be watching you, one slip up and that is it. Got it?

Modeus: I do have one question. Y/N and I were also not absorbed by the Anima, and it is because of our demon blood, correct?

Carla: Yes, that is correct. Modeus is from the Demon World; and while Dante was born here in this world, his father was born in the Demon World as well. Those born in the Demon World are not of Earthland origin, and the Anima was designed to only absorb matter from Earthland, not the Demon World. In fact, the people of Edolas have no idea that the Demon World even exists.

That caught the whole group by surprise.

Raven: Well, that's lucky for them. They don't know Mundus will probably be breathing down their necks.

Pyra: If you are correct, it means there are no demons in Edolas. To them, demons are just fictional beings.

Y/N: I guess that makes sense.

Natsu then put his right fist in his left palm. 

Natsu: Okay guys listen, now that the cat's been let out of the bag, we should head out. We gotta get to Edolas.

Carla: Have you lost your mind?! Do you have any idea what's going on here?!

Y/N: I'm with you Natsu. Those good for nothing pricks stole all our friends; I want them back. It's payback time.

Carla: You too?! You two are something else entirely, you know that?!

Wendy: You two really mean it?

Pyra gave a light laugh, while Modeus shook his head with an amusing smile.

Modeus: You are your grandfather's son Y/N. And you have the heart of a true dragon, Natsu Dragneel. I will accompany you as well.

Pyra: As will I, beside I am your Blade, Y/N. Where you go, I go.

Happy's stomach gurgled, resulting in Natsu, Wendy, Ruby, Pyra, Modeus, and even Y/N chuckling.

Happy: I'm scared, and being scared makes me hungry.

Modeus put a hand on Happy's head.

Modeus: You have nothing to fear, Happy. Not while we're here.

Natsu: Besides, it's good to have a healthy appetite.

Y/N: I second that!

Ruby: Let's do this! (put an arm in the air) Let's get our friends back!

Wendy looked to Carla, who looked down in deep contemplation. Natsu and Y/N both looked up towards the hole in the sky.

Natsu: If all our friends are up in Edolas, then we got no choice but to go and help them out.

Y/N: You're right. I lost one family already, I'm not losing another one.

Wendy: Are they really there?

Carla: I would assume so. Even if we do find them, I'm not entirely sure we can save them.

Raven: We're already at war with Salem. What is another one?

Y/N: Yeah, we need to teach them a lesson.

Carla: Even if we do reach Edolas, I cannot guarantee we'll be able to return here.

Pyra: If we do get struck there, couldn't we use Raven's Semblance to get back?  

Y/N: (looks at Raven) Can you do that, Raven?

Raven: (bring up Omen) I don't know, but it should work as long I have a bond with someone in this world.

Ruby: Bond? You mean like dad or Yang?

Raven: That's right.

Carla: I don't know if you can use your Semberances in Edolas, but we just have to hope.

Y/N: If not we'll find a way, there's always a way.

Natsu: And besides, if none of our buddies are here in this world, then there'd be no point in coming back here anyway. Except looking for Igneel maybe.

Wendy: I feel the same.

Raven: I don't. May I remind you that I have a daughter here?

Y/N: Which you left with Tai and mom.

Raven: Who I plan on reuniting with and making up with her! (glares at him) Is there a problem?

Y/N: (scared) N-No at all!

Raven: That's what I thought.

Ruby: You just had to go there, Y/N.

Y/N: (pouts) Shut up, Ruby.

Pyra: I'm in as well. Fairy Tail are my friends as well.

Modeus: Me too. I too am a member of Fairy Tail, so I will do what I can to save them as well.

Happy's stomach growled again.

Happy: We should at least try to save all of them, they'd do it for us.

Carla: (sighed) I may have only recently stumbled into being a member of Fairy Tail, but I am indeed a part of the guild. Also, like I said, I'm indirectly responsible for what happened here today, so I'm not completely against taking you there.

Y/N: Oh, so you're only partially against us saving our friends? (sarcastic) That's reassuring.

Carla: (ignored his statement) If I am to do this, I will need to lay down a few very firm ground rules. By returning to Edolas I will be abandoning my mission, one handed down by the Kingdom itself, a traitor. I cannot risk being spotted by anyone who would know my identity, we'll all need to be in disguise.

Y/N: I don't see why we need to be in disguise if you're the only one on the mission.

Carla: (ignored him again and turned to Happy) Listen Tomcat. Another rule is that you are absolutely not to pry into the details about our mission.

Happy: Aye. (stomach growled again)

Carla: (to Y/N and Raven) That goes for you as well Y/N. Raven.

Raven: As I said, we're watching you cat.

Carla: Thirdly, aside from the information that was given to me at birth, I know nothing about the layout of Edolas. I cannot be the navigator.

Ruby: I guess that makes sense.

Wendy: (nods)

Natsu: Got it.

Modeus: Understood.

Carla: And most importantly. Should I, or the Tomcat, do anything that would constitute of a betrayal towards you, kill us without hesitation.

Natsu, Pyra, Ruby, Wendy, Modeus, and even Happy all looked shocked at that statement.

Y/N: Okay. You try anything, and you're being put down like a mad dog.

Carla: That goes for the Tomcat as well.

Y/N: No, I trust Happy. It's you I don't trust.

There was a bit of a heated stare down between the two, before Carla conceded.

Carla: Fine. (sprouted wings from her back and took to the air) Let's go. Tomcat, hold onto Natsu.

Wendy: We're gonna fly there?

Carla: We have wings for that reason. So we can one day return to our homeland in Edolas.

Happy looked quite shocked.

Natsu: Alright then little buddy, you're gonna show me where you came from.

Happy: (determinated) Aye sir.

Ruby: Wait a second, how are me, Y/N, Raven, Pyra, and Modeus going to get there? Unlike you two, we don't have wings.

Raven: Luckly, with my Maiden Powers, I can fly you there, while Y/N and Modeus got it handled.

Ruby: (tilt her head) Handle? How?

Y/N: Relax, Ruby. I got it covered.

Y/N closed his eyes and began to concentrate. A red wind began to swirl around him and engulf his body, a bright red glow began to surge in the wind until he was engulfed in a red flash of light; forcing the two Dragon Slayers and flying Cats to shield their eyes, when the glow subsided, they looked to see that Y/N was now in his Devil Trigger.

Ruby: (shocked) Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Y/N?!

Y/N: What do you think, Ruby? I called this form Devil Trigger. It allows me to take the appearance of a demon.

Ruby: You......you...... you....... (stars in her eyes) SO COOOOOOLLLL!!!!

Ruby sped towards him and rapidly looked over him.

Ruby: OMG! IS THIS WHAT YOU WOULD LOOK LIKE AS A DEMON?! (examines his arm) CAN YOU USE DEMONIC POWERS?!?! CAN YOU CREATE BONE WEAPONS?! TELL ME YOU CAN! HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN HIDING THIS?! WHY DIDN'T YOU USED IT AT BEACON?! YOU COULD HAVE ONE LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU A SUPERHERO!!! AND WHAT—

*BONK!*

Being irritated by his sister gawking over him, Y/N gave a punch on her head, causing her to fall onto her butt while holding her head in pain.

Ruby: (annoyed) HEY!!! What's the big deal!

Y/N: Still as gawking as always, you never give me much space. You haven't changed a bit. 

Ruby: Well, you're still the same dumb old brother as always!

Y/N: (glares) What was that, Ruby?

Ruby: (glares back) I said you're still the same dumb old brother as always!

Y/N: That's it!

Y/N went behind Ruby and grabbed her to his shoulder, he then started spanking Ruby on her butt.

Ruby: Owe! Owe! Owe! What are you doing?!

Y/N: Something Bayonetta taught me, giving naughty people like you some punishment! 

He continued to spank her, all while Pyra and Wendy had white circles in their eyes, while Raven just looked annoyed.

Pyra: Well..... I didn't expect that.

Wendy: Me neither.

Raven: (signs then facepalms) I should have known........ ALRIGHT! YOU TWO STOP DOING THAT OR ELSE I DO IT BOTH OF YOU!!!!! YOU GOT IT!!!!!

Y/N stopped in fear as he drops Ruby on the ground.

Raven: ARE YOU TWO GOING BEHAVE OR WHAT?!?!

Y/N and Ruby: Yes Raven/Yes Raven!

Raven: That's what I thought.

There was a brief grey flash coming from where Modeus was standing, they all looked to see what was standing in Modeus' place as the flash subsided. His body was completely covered in black scales. He had black claws on his hands, clawed feet, insect-like wings on his back, black horns on his head, and glowing orange eyes.

Modeus: I am ready.

Happy: Whoa Modeus, you have a Devil Trigger too?!

Modeus: Not exactly. My human form is only a disguise, so that I can walk this world without drawing too much attention to myself; this is my true demonic form.

Wendy: So that's what you really look like?

Modeus: That is correct.

Natsu: (grin and a thumbs-up) You know, for a pacifist, you sure look like a badass!

Ruby: (take a deep breath)

Y/N: Don't start again, Ruby.

Ruby: But—

Y/N: I know you were going to do what you did to me to Modeus.

Ruby: (looks down) Aww.... 

Wendy: You may be a demon, Modeus. But you don't look all that scary.

Modeus responded with a smile and placed a claw on Wendy's head.

Modules: You're sweet.

Carla: Alright, if we're ready, it's time.

Y/N: Got that right. I'm all fired-up now.

Natsu: Hey, that's my line!

Y/N: Too late, now let's get going.

All took to the air, straight for the hole in the sky. Happy carried Natsu, Carla carried Wendy, Raven activated her Maiden powers and grab Ruby and while Y/N with Pyra in his arms and Modeus used their demon-wings to fly alongside them, all going straight up.

Y/N: So we just fly straight up?!

Carla: We'll enter Edolas through what remains of the Anima! When I give the signal, give it everything you got!

Modeus: Understood!

They flew up at an even faster rate, pushing against the very air. As they flew straight up, lightning began to surge all throughout the clouds.

Carla: NOW!!!

They all shot straight up. Happy and Carla, along with Natsu and Wendy were engulfed in white light as they shot up; while Y/N was in a red light, Pyra was fiery red with a bit of emerald green, Raven was dark red, Ruby was silver, and Modeus was in a grey light.

They shot up moving at speeds that were thought to be impossible, but Modeus noticed something.

Modeus: There's a barrier blocking our path! The hole between Earthland and Edolas is closing and we may not make it!

Pyra: Y/N! Use my sword! It may break it open!

Y/N: Got it!

Pyra handed him her sword, Y/N then put Pyra his other arms while holding her sword in the other and soon activate it, causing Ruby to gasp at it.

Ruby: (stars in her eyes) Wow, it's so cool! 

Y/N: Not the time to be gawking, Ruby! Everyone! Get behind me!

They all flew behind Y/N as he took the lead, flying straight up, pointing Pyra's Aegis Sword.

The edge of the Aegis Sword began to glow red while the flames it produced pulsed as he pushed through the invisible barrier. It looked almost like his sword was in re-entry, only he was going up instead of down. As he pushed through, white light surged through the hole, sending white energy shockwaves all throughout the clouds and the sky.

The waves then were withdrawn back to their center and it all exploded in a flash of light as Y/N had succeeded in cutting through the barrier. As they all flew into the light; each and every one of them bore their own expression of shock on their faces.

There was a faint, multi-colored light in the very centre, which exploded outwards, engulfing them all. Both Y/N and Pyra had their eyes closed.

Y/N: Are we there?

Pyra: I don't know!

He and Pyra opened their eyes and looked in surprise at what he saw, as did Natsu, Happy, Wendy, Carla, Raven, Ruby, and Modeus in his Demon form.

They flew through a greenish sky that was decorated with hundreds of floating islands. One could even see dozens of planetoids in the far distance. Each of the islands were decorated with purple trees, and some had a few waterfalls pouring off the islands down below.

Ruby: Okay, is anyone else seeing what I'm seeing?

Y/N: A world that almost looks exactly like the Skylands from Skylanders? Yup.

Ruby: Yeah, then I'm not dreaming.

Pyra: It's amazing.

Happy continued to fly Natsu, as Carla did the same for Wendy, while Y/N (who was still holding onto Pyra), Raven (who was still holding onto Ruby), and Modeus still flew in their respective demonic forms. Each of them bore their own respective look of surprise and/or amazement.

Modeus: This is... truly incredible... and quite beautiful.

Raven: Feels like Atlas to me.

They flew past a waterfall that fell off a floating island. The Devil Trigger Y/N ran his right claw through it and it felt like normal water.

Y/N: You know, for a parallel world, this place ain't too shabby.

Carla: We're actually here. We made it.

Happy: My roots... my homeland...

Wendy: Look at all these floating islands!

Modeus: Yes, this is a sight to behold.

Y/N: You know what Happy? Your home is awesome!

Natsu: Yeah, you come from a pretty cool place little buddy, don't you think?

Happy: I really don't know what to think.

Modeus: (saw a pair of strange creatures fly near them) Are those... flying fish...?

Ruby: Happy? I don't mean to be rude, but your homeworld is absolutely weird.

Carla: (looked around the new world) How strange, and wondrous.

They looked down at the purple trees below them.

Carla: I've never seen trees like these before.

Natsu: Hey Happy! Y/N! Check it out! There's a river in the sky! Can you believe it!?

The group flew towards said river, which was somehow able to run and curve in the sky, they even saw fish flopping in and out of the river.

Raven: You know Ruby is right. This place is really weird.

Y/N: I'm guessing the laws of physics don't apply here, do they?

Carla: Okay. Everyone, get a grip on yourself. Remember, we're not here on a sight-seeing trip, so be sure to keep your wits about you.

Wendy: (gave an awkward laugh) Yeah, you're right.

Natsu: Sorry, sorry.

Y/N: (held his stomach) Uh... guys... I... don't feel... so good...

Ruby: What's wrong, Y/N?

Modeus: (held his head) I... feel the same way...

Raven: Huh? (her flames around her eyes flicks)

Y/N was engulfed in a red flash of light, as Modeus was in a grey flash. Happy's wings were engulfed in a blue flash, while Carla's were in a pink flash. When the flashes subsided; Happy and Carla no longer had their wings, while Y/N and Modeus were now in their human forms. They only floated in the air for a few seconds.

Y/N: Aw shit.

Ruby: (points to him) Swear!

They all fell through ball-shaped trees before landing hard on the ground.

Modeus: That was... unpleasant.

They all struggled to get up.

Happy: My wings don't work.

Wendy: How come you can't fly any more?

Carla: I told you, magic is a limited resource in this world.

Ruby: (remove a twig from her hair) Well, you should have been more specific!

Raven: Looks like my Maiden powers are a bust.

Y/N: So I can't use my Devil Trigger, great.

There was a slight flash on his back and there a few clanging sounds were heard. They all looked to see Y/N's Devil Arms; Cerberus, Nevan, Agni, and Rudra scattered on the ground.

Y/N: Aw geez.

Ruby: (starry eyes) EEEEEEEHHHHHH!!! I MISSED ALL YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Soon Ruby went over and began to hug all of Y/N's Devil Arms...... Yes, she actually hugged them.

Ruby: (baby voice) I missed you all so muuuuch! Did you miss me? I know you did.

Happy: Your weapons?

Y/N: That's just great.

Natsu: How come they all fell out like that?

Wendy: And is Ruby hugging them?

Agni: It would make sense.

Rudra: Yes, you did say Magic was a limited resource in this world, correct?

Natsu, Happy, Wendy, and Carla could only stare at the talking swords, while Modeus and Pyra raised an eyebrow. While Raven just facepalmed.

Agni: What is it?

Rudra: Do we have something on our persons?

Y/N: (face-palm) Three, two, one.

Happy, Wendy, Natsu, and even Carla screamed.

Happy: TALKING SWORDS!!!

Modeus: As a talking cat, I do not believe you have room to talk.

Happy: (surprisingly calm) I guess.

Ruby: Hey, Agni! Hey Rudra! Good to see you two again! How have you been?

Agni: Ruby? Is that you?

Rudra: You look different than we last saw you.

Ruby: I know right. Ohhh (hug Agni and Rudra) I missed you two. So how do I look?

Agni: Like a beautiful pure angel.

Rudra: Yes brother.

Ruby: (blush) Awwww, you two know how to talk to a girl.

Wendy: Why are those swords talking?!

Y/N: They're not supposed to talk. (rubbed his hand down his face) That was our agreement.

Rudra: In fairness, we are transported to another world, and our power is diminished.

Agni: Yes, I believe this would count as an exception.

Natsu: (wide smile) Oh wow! Talking swords, that is so cool!

Ruby: (smile) I know right! Ohhh, these two are my favorite Devil Arms!

Carla: (less-than-pleased fashion) Dante, would you care to explain this?

Y/N: (sighed) Okay, let me explain. Those two swords, and my other weapons are called Devil Arms.

Wendy: Devil Arms?

Happy: What are those?

Y/N: When a certain demon is killed by another demon, their bodies are destroyed but their souls are bound to the demon who defeated them. Their souls take the form of weapons called Devil Arms, where the demon can use their power to increase their own.

Natsu: So each of those weapons are the souls of demons you've taken down?

Y/N: Yep.

Wendy: Can all your Devil Arms talk?

Y/N: No, just those two.

Ruby: I'm still looking for more Devil Arms that can talk! Just think of what we can learn if weapons could talk!

Carla: And since they are, or were, living beings, and can use magic, I am correct to assume that while here in Edolas, they cannot use their power either?

Y/N: I would say so.

Agni: It is true. Our power has vanished.

Rudra: Yet our blades are quite sharp.

Agni: Yes, very sharp.

Rudra: Sharp enough to cut through any kind of wood, stone, or metal.

Agni: My name is Agni.

Rudra: And my name is Rudra.

Agni and Rudra: You shall take us with you, we can be of great help to you.

Y/N: Okay, fine. (turned to the rest of his group) I obviously can't carry all my weapons by myself now, so we're gonna have to divide up. And no, Ruby, I'm not giving you any cause you have your own weapon for battle.

Ruby: (crying) I hate you, Big Brother!!!!

Agni: For shame, Y/N.

Rudra: Making your beautiful little sister cry.

Y/N: You two, shut up. (picks up Nevan) Modeus, I know how you abandoned your way of the sword but...

Modeus: We will likely go into battle, and I have sworn to aid you in rescuing the guild. I understand.

Modeus took Nevan. He twirled the weapon in his left hand before sheathing it in his back. Y/N then picked up Cerberus and handed it Wendy.

Y/N: Without your magic, you're gonna need some way to defend yourself so...

Carla: No! Absolutely not! I will not permit Wendy to use weapons!

Y/N: This isn't sharp and she has to protect herself.

Ruby: And besides, I've been using weapons since I was 8. Though my stupid big brother always kept stopping me!

Y/N: For good reason!

Wendy: They're right Carla. Without my magic, I still need some way to help.

Carla sighed as she conceded. Wendy took the three-pronged nunchuck from Y/N. Before he could turn to Natsu, he saw that he already had Agni and Rudra in his hands.

Natsu: I call dibs on the talking swords!

Rudra: Did you hear that brother?

Agni: Yes brother! We are wielded by the famous Natsu Dragneel, the son of Igneel!

Natsu: Let's go! Let's find our friends!

Pyra: But first, we should check if Raven's Semblance works. Raven?

Raven: Right. 

Raven unsheathes Omen and raises it in front of her, she closes her eyes and releases a sigh.

Raven: Hope this works!

She then focused and slashed into the air, lucky for them a red portal opened.

Y/N: Huh? What do you know? She can still use her Semblance.

Agni: It makes sense, after all.

Rudra: Semblance is not like magic, it uses Aura.

Agni: Aura comes from the person's soul. Not Ethernano.

Rudra: Which means, Lady Ruby should be able to use her.

Ruby then used her Semblance and dashed around the group in rose petals. 

Ruby: Yes! (used her Semblance again and appears next to Wendy) Agni and Rudra are right! (used her Semblance once more and appears next to Raven) This means, we can use them to catch people off-guard.

Y/N: (pouts and crosses his arms) Lucky you two...

Ruby: Oh come on, Y/N. Don't be like that!

Raven: I don't know how you haven't unlocked it yet. You got Dante's and Sparda's blood flowing through you.

Y/N: It's random, okay? I'm just like Jaune. Maybe I need to find some way of unlocking it, hopefully. 

Wendy: You mean you haven't unlocked yours?

Carla: No offence, but you battled powerful demons, trained with some of your fathers old friends, and battled several of Fairy Tail's strongest members, and you don't have this Semblance ability yet?

Y/N looks away feeling ashamed of himself. But Ruby went over and hugged him.

Ruby: Hey, don't feel down. It's like me and Yang told you. Just because you don't have it yet. Doesn't mean you any weaker.

Y/N: Ruby... 

Raven: She right, you still as strong if you did have it (ruffles his hair) Besides, how many people in Edolas even have their Aura unlocked?

Y/N: .... You're right. I'll find a way somehow.

Ruby: (smile) Good! Now don't pout about it!

Y/N: What?

Raven: Even though you look adorable when doing it.

Y/N: (blush) Don't flirt with me.

With that, the group began their trek through the world of Edolas. They started walking through the forest they recently crashed into.

Happy: How will we find everyone if no one knows their way around?

Natsu: Piece of cake, just follow my nose.

Agni: You intend to sniff them out?

Rudra: Dragon Slayers do have heightened senses.

Agni: Ah yes, I forgot.

Natsu began to sniff the air but his look turned sour.

Natsu: Aw crap.

Pyra: I'm sorry Natsu, but we are in a whole new world. So they have too many new smells for you to pick through the old ones.

Wendy took her finger to the air and put it in her mouth.

Wendy: Yeah it's weird, the air in this place is like nothing I've ever tasted before.

Natsu: Ooooh, does that mean the fire will taste different?

Modeus: I wouldn't bet against it.

Agni: Natsu. Once Y/N's power returns, I shall regain my power as well. You shall feed off the fire that I make.

Natsu: (smile) I'll hold you to that buddy.

Rudra: And Wendy. I shall allow you to taste my wind as well.

Wendy: (smile) Thanks so much, Rudra. That's very nice of you. (Rudra actually blushes)

Happy: I got it! Raven's Semblance allows her to go to someone who she has a bond with right?

Ruby: Yeah, and?

Happy: Well, Qrow is her brother, right? Doesn't that mean they have a bond? So why not have her use it to go to his location? Where he is, the others got to be too. 

Ruby: Oh yeah! Good idea! (turn to Raven) Well? Would it work?

Raven: I'm afraid not. Something's blocking my bond with Qrow.

Happy and Ruby: Drat!

Pyra: Back to square one, it seems. I guess we'll have to find them the old fashion way.

Happy: All this talk about tasting makes me even hungrier!

Y/N: Well I don't know what to do about food here.

Carla: We're in a strange world and all you can think about is food?!

Modeus: Food is essential to survival.

Wendy: So, where are we going anyway?

Natsu: Beats me, we gotta walk somewhere right? So why not this way?

Modeus: Somehow I suspected you would say something like that.

Y/N: We're bound to run into something sooner or later. With our luck, trouble will likely find us.

Carla: Surprisingly, the Fire-Breather and the Half-Demon are correct.

They continued walking while Happy's stomach growled again.

Carla: Stop that!

Y/N: You can't suppress bodily functions, that's bad parenting.

Rudra: What kind of world is this?

Agni: Yes, we have not run into any form of life.

Wendy: They're right, we haven't seen a single person.

Happy: Is it some kind of forest-world?

Modeus: Somehow I doubt it.

Raven: No, if this is that Edolas kingdom place, then with a kingdom they would have to be in a place with a castle.

Carla: Agreed. We'll still need disguises.

Wendy: But from where? There's nothing.

Natsu saw something and put on a smile.

Natsu: I got an idea.

Y/N: I'm in. As long as I don't look ridiculous.

Five minutes later

Y/N: This is ridiculous.

Raven: I said you should have done the same thing I did.

Y/N's body was covered in purple leaves; as were the bodies of Natsu, Ruby, Pyra, Wendy, Happy, Modeus, and even Carla. While Raven just burned her off as soon as she was forced too.

Happy: Uh Natsu... I'm not so sure about this.

Modeus: (to Y/N) Is he always like this?

Y/N: (sweat drop) Unfortunately.

They then continued walking.

Agni: These disguises do serve as good camouflage.

Rudra: Yes, especially for a forested area such as this.

Ruby: Big Brother, why do you convince me to do this?

Y/N: That wasn't me, it was Natsu's idea!

Ruby: Well then why did you do it then? I thought you were the smart and clever one in between me and Yang?

Happy: I don't know what exactly we're being disguised as.

Natsu: What's the big deal? You look like a thing that doesn't look like Happy.

Modeus: That's true enough.

Y/N: (grumbles) Still doesn't change the fact that we look like idiots.

Wendy: It's so... embarrassing.

Carla actually gave a slight amused smile.

Carla: Fashion sense aside, I do feel quite more at ease now.

Y/N: Glad someone's enjoying this.

Happy: I'm not. It's hot and itchy in this get-up, I think I'm allergic to it.

Carla: Please, try to toughen up Tomcat.

Rudra: Yes, you are an ally to a Dragon Slayer.

Agni: Indeed, you must have the strength to work with such a powerful warrior.

Happy: (grumbling) Aye.

After a few more minutes of walking, the group came by the same air-born river they saw when they first arrived in Edolas.

Natsu: Hey, it's the flying river.

Y/N: Well we got a general idea where we are now, that's sorta progress.

Pyra: It's amazing. I have seen anything like this before.

Wendy: Yeah, Pyra's right. I wonder what causes this?

Agni: The rivers in the Demon World are much more terrifying than this.

Raven: You idiot. We're not in the Demon World.

Rudra: Of course.

Happy: This just reminds me how hungry I am.

Carla: I said, toughen up.

Happy's stomach growled again.

Happy: I bet there's tons of yummy fish swimming in that flying river.

Modeus: (spotted something) Look over there.

They all turned towards a small cliff where they saw a fisherman with his line in the flying river.

Wendy: There's a man over there.

Carla: He must be an Edolas native.

Y/N: We finally found someone, maybe this guy can help us.

Happy: He's got the right idea, we should be fishing right now.

Raven: Or point us in the right way. (looks at Ruby) Alright, you're up.

Ruby: What? Me?

Raven: Trust me, you're like your mother. Use your natural happy personality to talk to that guy to get us in the right direction.

Y/N looked around and noticed someone was missing from their group.

Y/N: Uh... where did Natsu go?

Natsu: Yo!

Y/N, Raven, Pyra, Ruby, Happy, Wendy, Modeus, and Carla looked shocked as soon as they heard that. The man turned around.

Natsu: Let me ask you something!

Natsu's eyes were glowing yellow, looking rather intimidating, resulting in the man screaming. Y/N face palmed while Modeus just looked surprised.

Wendy: Of course.

Carla: What is he doing?!

Happy: (sweat dropping) Scarring the locals.

Natsu: I'm looking for a bunch of wizards from Fairy Tail, you seen them around?

Agni: This man asked you a question!

Rudra: And so you must answer it!

The fisherman looked even more scared now.

Fisherman: (scared) Please, don't hurt me! (ran away screaming)

Natsu: Wait! Hold on! What was his problem?

Rudra: How dare he run away from a true warrior!

Agni: What a coward!

Raven: (angry) Idiot! (bonk Natsu's over the head with Omen)

Natsu: Ow! What was that for?!

Raven: What else? For being an idiot! If you allow Ruby to talk to him, we would already be at the place where the others are!

Y/N: (looks at Agni and Rudra) Oh, and you two. Talking swords aren't a common sight here either.

Agni and Rudra: How should we know that?!

Carla: (anger vein over her head) Think before you idiots act! You walked up to someone minding their own business and started talking about Fairy Tail with a pair of talking swords, of course you scared him.

Natsu: Okay, then how do you guys suggest we find everyone?!

Rudra: Yes, cat. How would you suggest we approach this?

Agni: If you're so smart, what should be our plan then?

Wendy: Hey come on guys, you didn't mean to each other.

Modeus: You were trying to help, despite the mistake.

Carla: Listen! If that man reports us to the authorities, then we're through!

Happy: Let's ditch the costumes than please.

Ruby: Yeah, this is embarrassing! The only time I actually want to be embarrassed is when Y/N does something stupid!

Y/N: Hey!

Five minutes later, the group removed their leave-costumes and continued to walk deeper into the forest. Right now, they were walking on top of a large log that was over a river.

Carla: Now we're in even more of a hurry to find them.

Happy: (sigh of relief) This feels a million times better!

Y/N: At least we don't look like idiots anymore.

Happy: I just wish that guy left behind his fishing rod.

Natsu: (grumbled) Oh, did I mess that up too?

Agni: It was not your fault.

Rudra: Yes that man could have left it, instead of running off. (grumbles) Talk about an idiot.

Modeus: Is food the only thing on your mind right now?

Wendy: (stopped for a moment) Hey, I think I just heard something.

Pyra: I believe that (point at something in the river) is what you heard.

Everyone turned to look at what Pyra was pointed at it was a red, sea-like creature with blue eyes stuck its head out of the water and looked to the group.

Raven: A fish?

Happy: (happily) Whoa, big-fishy-alert!

Natsu: Awesome! Now stand back while I grab us dinner!

Right after he said that, the fish emerged from the water, revealing that it was at least fifty-feet big and looked extremely fat, with a large fanged mouth.

Raven: (shocked) Holy....... Crap!

Ruby: (shocked) S-S-S-S-Swear...... (sacred) BIG BROTHER!!!!!! (hugs Y/N) DO SOMETHING!!!!!!

Y/N: (sweat drop) For the record, I hate when you always us me to the battles for you.

Ruby: (sacred) Just do something!!!!! I thought I was your little sister!!!!

Natsu: We won't go hungry at least, I'm all fired up!

Modeus: Natsu, remember you cannot use magic in this world!

Natsu: Then how do I catch that thing?

Agni: Are you forgetting us?

Rudra: Yes, we have blades that are as sharp as ever. Use us!

Agni: Yes, let us help you.

Natsu: Alright then.

Natsu then took Agni in his left hand, and Rudra in his left hand.

Natsu: Let's go!

Natsu jumped off the log and straight for the giant fish. He made an x-slice with both swords and cut it just below its large mouth, resulting in the creature screaming. Natsu landed on the ground just by the river, wielding the two demon swords almost like a master.

The fish turned around towards Natsu and lunged for him, actually going on land. Natsu rushed forward under it and used Agni to perform a long cut on the side, resulting in it screaming in even more pain. The fish tried to slap him with its large right fin, but Natsu used Rudra to cut the fin off. Natsu jumped back.

Rudra: Impressive.

Natsu: You think that's impressive, just wait.

The giant land-bound fish was moving towards him, but a certain red-clad Devil Hunter stood in front of Natsu.

Natsu: Y/N?

Y/N: Nice way to soften him up Natsu. Now watch a real swordsman at work.

Y/N took Rebellion in his right hand, and his Ebony pistol in his left hand and charged forward. He fired Ebony, shooting many bullets at the large fish, resulting in it yelling in pain.

Y/N jumped forward and cut the left fin, and a large portion of its side, off before swerving under the fish and firing Ebony straight up, tearing many bullets through it.

He twirled and threw Rebellion straight upwards, completely cutting through the large fish. The large sword flew straight through and up into the air.

The large fish then rolled over on its side and died. Y/N outstretched his right hand and Rebellion returned to him, the blade gleaming in the sunlight and his red coat blowing in the wind almost like a cape. 

Ruby: (hugs Y/N) That was so cool!!!! I swear you got way stronger!

Y/N: Gah! Ruby, you're squeezing me.... So tight!

Raven walked over and managed to remove Ruby from Y/N and hold her up by her cape.

Raven: You're just like your mother, you hug too tight.

About an hour later; the group resumed their journey. They made a small campfire beforehand and barbecued pieces of the large fish that Natsu and Y/N had slain. Now most were eating some of the pieces they had just taken as they were walking.

Happy: Life can get pretty weird sometimes, don't you think?

Pyra: And that supposed to be a bad thing?

Natsu: I think we passed 'weird' a long time ago.

Modeus: I'll have to agree with you on that one.

Wendy and Carla: Uh oh.

Ruby: What's wrong?

They saw two people, an elderly woman and a young man, walking on top of a tree branch connecting two ridges just above the group. The two spotted the group.

Carla: We've been spotted again.

Raven: (looks at Natsu) This time let Ruby handle this! (look at Agni and Rudra) And not talking from either of you!

Agni: (whispered) Fair enough.

Rudra: (whispered) As you wish.

Y/N: You're up, Ruby. Use that natural loving charm you got.

Ruby: (takes a deep breath) Okay. 

Ruby walked up to them with a bright smile.

Ruby: Hello? I don't mean to bother you, but me and my friends are not from these parts and we've seemed to have gotten lost in this forest. Any chance you know the way?

The young man and old woman quickly bowed in fear.

The old woman: (fear) We're sorry! It's not our fault, we swear!

This was much to the group's surprise.

The young man: (begged) Mighty Exceed, please forgive us and let us leave with our lives!

Natsu and Y/N: "Exceed"?

Wendy: I wonder who they're talking about?

Pyra: I honestly don't know.

Carla had a certain expression on her face, something Modeus and Raven noticed.

Ruby: Huh? Look, I'm not gonna do anything to you. I'm just trying to find our other friends. So could you please help us?

The two people looked towards Happy and all they could do was scream and run away shortly afterwards.

The two people: PLEASE DON'T HURT US!!!

They screamed as they ran away, leaving a trail of dust, resulting in Ruby sweat dropping. The group now found themselves walking through a field of giant mushrooms.

Ruby: I was nice as I could be. (looks at Y/N and Raven) Did I do something wrong?

Agni: You cannot blame us this time.

Rudra: We kept quiet, as you told us to.

Modeus: It wasn't you two they were afraid of.

Wendy: It's strange, but those two people seemed to be afraid of Happy and Carla.

Natsu: See Raven? It wasn't all my fault this time.

Raven: It doesn't make sense, even if they were afraid Ruby had the same charm as Sums. This Exceed thing must be terrifying, if it could have that effect.

Happy: Tell me the truth, am I really that scary looking?

Natsu: You looked like you were about to eat them up.

Happy: No I didn't.

As they talked, Carla had a face that looked as if this was to be expected. Y/N noticed this face. He could tell there was more going on here in Edolas than what the white cat had previously explained earlier. He decided to keep a very special eye on Carla, and to have his sword and pistols on him at all times, just in case.

Natsu stepped on an unusual rock and it seemed to squeeze a bit, as though it were made of rubber. All the other rocks around them mimicked this action.

Modeus: Well that is unusual.

Carla: Now what's happening?

Y/N: Something is going to happen in three... two... one...

The rocks exploded like balloons, sending the group flying straight upwards. They landed on one of the mushroom tops and began to comically bounce across the giant mushrooms like they were trampolines. They bounced off one more before crashing into a small building that bore the appearance of a pumpkin.

Raven: (angry) Alright, Natsu! I blame you this time!

Y/N: Is everyone okay?

Wendy: (cried a bit) I don't wanna fall anymore.

Carla: That's quite enough for me.

They all got up.

Rudra: Where are we now?

Agni: What is this place?

Pyra: It looks like we're in some kind of warehouse. 

Raven looked around and saw the room was filled with all sorts of boxes and other useless items. She walked up a black cloak robe and picked it up.

Raven: Perfect. Grab something. This place is perfect to get something to keep attention of us.

Natsu wore a thick grey coat with a red hood and cape with his trademark scarf, he had Agni and Rudra on his back crossed in an x-formation.

Y/N still wore his red jacket, no way was he taking it off, but he had a black shirt underneath it and a black hood as well, he still carried Rebellion on his back.

Modeus found himself wearing a grey cape over his black jacket and clothes with a grey hood as well, he carried Nevan on his back.

Wendy was wearing a red shirt with a yellow bow-tie, a black skirt and dark blue leggings, her hair was in two large pig-tails; she had Cerberus hooked to a belt around her waist.

Raven was wearing the black cloak robe which covered her entire body, and had put the belt carrying Omen over it. Ruby had found a similar cloak robe but was white instead.

Pyra had dons a brown patterned cloak containing a hood with something resembling cat ears, which is worn on top of her regular clothing.

Pyra: (look at her cloak) How do I look Y/N?

Pyra: (blush) Thanks, maybe I should keep it. (spin around)

Happy wore a green cape with a metal helmet. Carla had pink pants, a magenta shirt, and purple cloth over her forehead. Natsu looked out the window and saw something.

Agni: What is it, Natsu?

Rudra: What do you see?

Y/N walked up to Natsu and saw what he was seeing.

Y/N: That's! No way!

Raven: What is it?

Natsu: It's Fairy Tail!

Pyra: (shocked) You found them?! (walk over to the window) You think what happened to them, caused them to end up here?

Pyra looked through the window saw a wooden sign with the guild's symbol on it.

Pyra: The guild symbol! It is them!

Happy, Raven, Ruby, Modeus, Wendy, and Carla: What?!

Natsu, Wendy, Pyra, and Y/N all immediately ran to it with Raven, Ruby,Happy, Carla, and Modeus close behind.

Y/N: You sure? It looks different.

Natsu: It's in disguise too, but I recognize it anywhere! That's where they are!

They all came to the building that looked like it was carved into a large green tree. It had a small door with the words, 'Fairy Tail' over it. There was an orange flag tied to the top with the white guild emblem on it.

Ruby: (happy) Uncle Qrow! Jaune! Ren! Nora! Yes we found them! (turned to Y/N) Can you believe it?! We found them already!

Y/N: We sure did, Ruby!

Ruby: Ohhhhhh! Let's go give Uncle Qrow a big hug!

The group walked into the guildhall. So far, no one seemed to notice them. Everyone seemed to be minding his or her own business.

Natsu: (comical tears of joy in his eyes) They're okay!

Wendy: (smile) And it wasn't even that much trouble to find them.

Raven: Wait, something off here.

Natsu: Huh? What do you mean?

Pyra: Raven's right. This place... it seems quite... different.

Happy: Yeah, I think you guys are right.

Carla: There is something wrong here.

The group was now hiding underneath an empty table and began to look around.

Agni: Why are we hiding?

Rudra: What is wrong here?

Natsu: You got me, I don't see why we have to hide and pretend we're not here.

Raven: Because something is clearing off here! And besides I don't see Qrow, Ur, or Bayonetta here.

Y/N: (notices with widened eyes) She's right. Take a closer look at everyone.

They looked towards the request board. Juvia was there, she wore a white shirt that exposed her belly with a small pink tie, and she had a blue mini-skirt with tan leggings and a tiny blue hat and white gloves.

Ruby: Is that Miss Juvia?! She looks so........ different.

Juvia: Well I'm off, I just took on a pretty major job.

Max who wore a casual pink shirt.

Max: Take care.

????: Juvia, my beloved, please wait!

A familiar voice called out; one that made Natsu bore a look of shock and confusion.

Gray: If you're gonna go out, please take me with you. Pretty please.

Gray wore so many clothes it looked like he was overweight.

Ruby: (white circle for eyes) Huh? Is that the weird pervy Gray guy?

Juvia: (looked unimpressed) You're such a wet-blanket, and take some of those clothes off for a change.

Natsu: What..?!

Natsu could not believe what he was seeing.

Y/N: (whispered) Gray is wearing too many clothes?! We're lucky if he even decides to wear a pair of pants!

Juvia: Give me a shout when you decided to wear your summer wardrobe.

Gray: (whined) I just get really cold.

Natsu's and Happy's jaws dropped while Wendy looked shocked, as did Ruby, Pyra, Y/N and Modeus.

Raven: I cannot believe what I'm seeing here? Why now of all times, does he finally clean up that stupid habit of his!

Warren was wearing a purple shirt and red tie. 

Warren: (amused smile) He needs to learn a thing or two about being clingy.

Max: Poor guy's head-over-heels in love with her and just doesn't know what to do with himself.

Natsu's entire body turned white.

Natsu: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!?!

Meanwhile; Jet, who was wearing a black jacket and green pants with a scar over his right eye; and Droy, who had a white jacket and magenta pants with sunglasses and a crossed-shape scar on his right cheek, looked like they were berating Elfman, who wore a pink shirt and his hair was looking straight.

Jet: (scolded) I'm tired of your excuses Elfman!

Droy: (scolded) You actually screwed up another job!?

Elfman had tears in his eyes as they yelled at him.

Elfman: It's so embarrassing.

Modeus: The last I recall, Elfman was the one scolding Jet and Droy, not the other way around.

Macao, who had a black jacket and glasses, was sitting with Wakaba who had a red t-shirt with a crossed out symbol over a cigarette on it.

Macao: Miss Cana, would you like to share an adult beverage with us?

Wakaba: Yeah, tip one back and relax.

Cana meanwhile wore a fancy white dress with a southern hat, she bore a very friendly smile.

Cana: Oh don't be silly, you two. I never had a drop of alcohol in my entire life, so why start now?

Pyra: This is most bizarre.

Natsu's jaw fell to the ground. Nab, who was wearing mostly green, was looking at the request board. 

Nab: Hey Mary! I'm going out on a job, you wanna come?

A woman, who looked exactly like Lady, was wearing a pink long dress with fancy white gloves over it; she had all green eyes.

Mary: Does it involve fighting?

Nab: Yep.

Mary: Then no thanks. I absolutely despise violence, you will never catch me wielding a weapon.

Raven: L-Lady is actually a lady?

Y/N was absolutely speechless. Meanwhile Bisca was twiring a piece of hair and looking at the ceiling deep in thought soon she sighed.

Bisca: I wonder where he is? I haven't heard from him in a while.

Y/N: Well, at least Bisca is normal.

Pyra: But not Alzack (points at someone) Look.

Alzack walked up to Bisca with some flowers and presented them to her.

Wendy looked like she was about to scream.

Jet: (scolded) You gotta man up!

Elfman: I know, I'm sorry.

Droy: And quit saying you're sorry all the time!

Gray: I wanted to clear my love here and now, for Juvia! 

Reedus: I swear Gray, you're gonna smother that poor girl!

Juvia: I told you loser, I already have some else! Even though I haven't heard from him in awhile.

Natsu, Y/N, Modeus, Raven, Pyra, Ruby, Wendy, and Happy honestly could not believe what they were seeing; while Agni and Rudra both looked confused.

Natsu: Yeah... something is definitely wrong here.

Y/N: What the hell is going on?

Ruby: Big Brother. Hold me, I'm scared!

Modeus: I may have only just started out as a member of this guild, but even I can tell this is strange.

Happy: Everyone is acting crazier than normal.

But it looked like a certain someone had caught the group.

???: Hey, what the heck do you think you're doing?

Natsu, Raven, Ruby,Y/N, Pyra, Wendy, and Happy bore looks of shock as they recognized this particular person. The entire guild looked in the direction of the group now.

Y/N: And.... we're busted.

Raven: Great! Just great!

Natsu: What?!

Wendy: I don't believe it!

Lucy: What's the big idea with you sneaking around our guild like this?

Natsu, Happy, and Y/N: LUCY?!?!

This Lucy was clad in black with a skull-pin teeing her hair back.

Wendy: (shivered) Modeus... Carla... I'm scared.

Ruby: Okay, what is going on here?!

Chapter 27 ended. 

And so our Earthland group meets Edolas Fairy Tail. I hope you guys like it. 

Also, in @EricHuber98's request, Edolas Y/N has his own harem which is consider of Edolas Lucy, Erza, Juvia, Wendy, Cana, Mirajane, Levy, and Bisca. 

Expect some alterations from the main Fairy Tail storyline to show up rather soon. On and for those of you wondering where Trish is, she is going to be with a certain Iron Dragon Slayer for the first part of this story.
