Sam woke up and immediately looked to the drivers seat, where Cas was.

Well, where Cas shoulda been.

He didn't see Cas and he started to freak out, thinking that Cas had abandoned him.

Told you he didn't care!

He's abandoned you!

You shouldn't have gotten attached!

Sam started to sob loud, placing his head in his hands and curling up on his side in the seat. He should have listened to the voices in the first place.

He cried for a few minutes, never noticing that the drivers door had opened.

"Sammy?! What happened?!"

Sam jumped and looked up and his eyes lit up when he saw Cas. He waited for Cas to get in the car before throwing himself into his arms.

Cas frowned and held Sam close. "I'm here, Sammy. What happened?"

"I-I thought y-you abandoned m-me!"

"Oh baby," Cas started softly as he rubbed his back. "I could never abandon you. I love you too much to do that."

Sam sniffled and started to calm down. He wiped his eyes and looked up at Cas. "P-promise?"

"Of course I promise." Cas kissed Sam gently on the lips, smiling softly when Sam kissed back. "I'll never leave you. You're stuck with me. I love you"

Sam giggled softly and nodded. "I love you too."
