(Well...we're here at Volume 1's end already eh? And over 570 people reading...thank you all, I will be continuing this up until...well hard to say really until ...I can't fit the Reader into the main story anymore because of something in the story completely blows my story away...meh I'd find a way to make it work...anyways, so I will be doing Volumes 2-4...oh boy I realize that I gotta do Volumes 2-4 ._. Part 15:A Silent Night in Vale.(Volume 1 Finale)

Ruby's POV

I wake up to feel the Sun's warm light hitting me. I look across from me and see (F), sleeping without a care in the world...still holding my hand, I wonder if I'M going to have to make the first move and have to ask HIM out...heh well...even with (F)'s peaceful slumber, I wish I could say the same for Blake...she never returned after she admitted...some things and we just thought she would just come back on her own...but I guess that isn't the case...I see (F) start to lift his eyes, his (E/C) Eyes focus on me as he lightly smiles and yawns a little

Ruby:"Good Morning, (F)."

You:"Good Morning, Ruby..." He looks back at Blake's bunk and sees that she isn't there... "She still isn't back?" Everyone in the room slowly begins to wake up, I feel a thump as Raiden accidentally hits head against the top of the Bunk...the Bunk shakes as the spoons wobble in place

Raiden:"Ow..."

You:"You alright, Raiden?" Raiden groans as he says

Raiden:"Yeah..."

I get out of (F)'s bed and turn around to see that everyone's sitting up looking at Blake's empty bed.

You:"Soo....we gonna go try to find her or what?" (F) says while rubbing his eye with one hand and checking to see if he woke up with bedhead with his other hand...which he did

Yang:"Yeah, it ain't a good idea to let her be by her self during all that happened last night."

Raiden:"So...where do we start looking?"

Ruby:"Maybe near the docks from Friday...I mean it'll be a start so..."

You:"Great Idea, Ruby." he hops out of bed and Conjures his clothes and see him tap Raiden's leg and they both leave the room to change.

I look to Weiss who hasn't said anything yet and see that she's...lost in thought yet still looking angered...

Ruby:"Weiss?" She glances up at me "Are you gonna be alright?"

Weiss:"What do you mean?"

Ruby:"I mean...with you and Blake and that whole White Fang argument you had with her on Friday..."

Weiss:"...Let's just find her for now." I nod to her

Later (Your POV)

You:"Well...this isn't working." You say while walking through the streets of Vale,you and the rest of Team RWBY have been searching for Blake for the past 2 hours.

Ruby:"She's been gone all weekend."

Weiss:"Blake's a big girl, I'm sure she can handle herself." You're a bit worried for what Weiss will do when she sees Blake again.

Yang:"Weiss, come on. She's one of our teammates."

Weiss:"Is she? We all heard what she said"

You:"She's been with us from the very beginning and even if it took a bit for her to talk to us, she did and she trusted us...so to me she is."

Weiss:"Obviously she didn't talk to us and trust us with EVERYTHING. Besides she could be using us, have you ever thought about that?"

Yang:"Look, maybe she is, maybe she isn't. Either way she's missing and we need to find her."

Weiss:"A member of the White Fang. Right underneath our noses!"

You:"Maybe you shouldn't jump to conclusions, Weiss...We don't know the whole story here..."

Weiss:"Fine, when we find her and she tells us, you'll see that I was right." You sigh

Ruby:"I just hope she's okay..." You walk over to her and place your hand on her shoulder

You:"She'll be fine, let's just find her so we can move past this whole mess...alright?" She nods and places her hand on top of yours as you continue walking

One Hour Later

You grow a bit tired...all of your team (Excluding Weiss) have all gone down to shouting her name...this isn't working you say to yourself...

Ruby:"BLAAAKE!"

Yang:"BLAAKE!"

You:"BLAKE!!"

Raiden:"HERE BLAKE!" whistles "COME HERE BLAKE!" you and the rest of team RWBY all look at him... "What?"

You:"...She isn't a dog Raiden..."

Raiden:"A-ha! You don't know that! She has to be SOME sort of Faunus right?"

You:"Faunus, yes. A dog...I don't think so..."

Ruby:"BLAAAAKE! WHERE ARE YOU!!!"

Yang:"BLAKE!"

Ruby:"Weiss, you're not helping!"

Weiss:"Oh! You know who might help? The police!" You're angered by that...you look to Ruby to see her cross her arms

Ruby:"Ugh, Weiss..." she grits her teeth

Weiss:"It was just an idea."

You/Ruby:"Yeah, a bad one."

You:"Hah Jinx, you owe me a soda."

Ruby:"Not now, (F)."

Yang:"Weiss, I think we should listen to her side of the story before we jump to any conclusions."

You:"Yeah, that's what I said."

Weiss:"I think when we hear it, you'll all realize I was right."

Penny:"And I think Weiss's hair looks wonderful today." You all jump back and turn to see Penny...you wonder how long has she been following you all.

Ruby:"Agh!! Penny!! Where did you come from!?"

You:"Um...well you see Ruby." You Conjure sock puppets in your hands "When a mommy and a daddy love each other very much-" You get hit in the head by both Raiden and Yang as the Puppets vanish as Blue Particles surround them. "OW!" You hold your head as you feel a bump on it.

Penny:"Hey guys. What are you up to?"

Ruby:"Uuuuuhhhhhh..."

Yang:"We're looking for our friend Blake."

Penny:"Ooooohhh!!! You mean the Faunus girl!" You all look at her surprised

Ruby:"Wait. How did you know that?"

Penny:"Uh, the cat ears?"

Yang:"What cat ears? She wears a....bow..." A tumbleweed passes by as you're all in shock...you're also shocked of why is there a tumbleweed here...

Ruby(Whispering):"She does like Tuna a lot..."

You(Yelling):"I KNEW IT!!!" They all looked to you confused "Now you see I always thought it was the wind or something that made her bow move from side-to-side when people weren't looking and now...well...I guess you can say...the 'cat's out of the bag', eh?" You snap and point your fingers before being hit by Raiden so hard you fall to the knees.

Penny:"So...where is she?"

Ruby:"We don't know, she's been missing since Friday." Penny runs over to her and starts shaking her

Penny:gasps"That's terrible! Well don't worry Ruby, my friend! I won't rest until we find your teammate." You glance to see Raiden, Yang, and Weiss whisper something to each other.

Ruby:"Uh, that's really nice of you Penny, uh, but we-we're okay. Really, right guys?" She looks to you all...only to see ONLY you and you face palm. The tumbleweed passes by again...

Penny:"It is sure windy today."

Ruby:"Well...at least you're still with us, (F)."

You:"Well...I uh..." You start to walk away from them. "I gotta um...do...a thing...so uh..." Before you could warp away you get pulled by the hood and look to see Ruby giving you the coldest death stare in existence.

Ruby:"(First Name) (Last Name) ((Did it like this to make sure you know when you're in trouble ;3)) ARE YOU SAYING THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO BE WITH ME!?" You can't speak properly as she glares into your soul

You:"N-no, I-I mean y-yes but I, n-maybe I uh, well sor- sort of I mean..." Ruby comes closer to you and squints menacingly at you. "...Fine."

Ruby:"Good." she smiles as you are forced to walk with Ruby and Penny.

Raiden's POV

I walk out of a store along with Yang and Weiss where we just asked to see if they have heard from Blake

Yang:"Thanks anyways!" she yells as the door closes "scoffs This is hopeless...You really don't care if we find her, do you?" She looks to Weiss

Weiss:"Don't be stupid. Of course I do. I'm just afraid of what she'll say when we find her...The innocent never run, Yang."

Raiden(Quietly):"I...wouldn't be too sure..." I look down and remember the times when (F) and I were homeless and I had to...do questionable things for...less than honorable people...I shudder thinking of my time with Torchwick...Now that he's back I...well I ONLY did it because it was the only thing keeping (F) alive...first it was a bit of extra money for food, then it was bigger heists and robberies which got us an apartment eventually...and though I told him I'm done with this...he's contacting me again...If anyone ever found out about this I don't know what I'd do...and with the visions of me stabbing (F) I-

Yang:"Raiden?" I look up and notice that I've stopped walking and that Yang has placed a hand on my shoulder "Are you alright, hon'?" I forgot she calls me things like that when (F) and Ruby aren't around

Raiden:"Yeah honey...I'm fine." I give her a slight smile and she nods before we start walking again. After a while I get a call from my Scroll, I look to see that it's...him, or at least his disposable number... "Oh, you guys keep going I um...gotta take this." I warp to an alleyway before they could say anything.

Raiden:"...What is it?" The voice is definitely his...

Torchwick:"Raiden! My friend! Now we have a bit of an issue here, YOU were supposed to be here for the heist we did on Thursday, and as you are sure...you did not come...now here's the million Lien question here...why weren't you here?" his voice became stern

Raiden:"...I told you, Torchwick. I'm done with doing your dirty work." Torchwick laughs

Torchwick:"Oh, but Raiden...I don't think you understand...even though you told me it was 'to keep your brother alive' now, you can't escape from this, it is who you are...and if anyone were to find out about this little hehe...incident then I don't think it will bode well for you..." He's right I realize...I can't get out of this...

Raiden:"What do you want..." I say grimly. Torchwick chuckles

Torchwick:"Now that's more like it...Midnight at the docks. I'll send you the coordinates, Be there, or do you want to lose everything you worked so hard for." He hangs up as I slam my first against a wall in rage, destroying it. I warp back with a fake smile on my face and Yang looks to me before she holds my hand as we continue walking

Yang:"What was that about?"

Raiden:"Oh, just...an old friend calling me is all."

Later (Your POV)

You've been walking throughout the city as Penny keeps asking both you and Ruby questions...

Penny:"So, Blake's your friend?"

Ruby:"sighs Yes Penny."

Penny:"But you're mad at her?"

Ruby:"Yes! W-well I'm not, Weiss is."

Penny:"Is SHE friends with Blake?"

You:"Weelllll...."

Ruby:"Well, that's kinda up in the air right now."

You:"Yeah, that's putting it lightly..."

Penny:"And why's that?"

Ruby:"Well you see, Blake might not be who we thought she was."

Penny:Gasps "Is she a man?" You laugh a bit after she said that and see Ruby waving her hands in front of her face

Ruby:"No,no, Penny, she's n- I don't know what she is. She didn't exactly talk to us before she decided to run off..."

Penny:"I don't have a lot of friends, but if I did, I would want them to talk to me about things." Ruby looks down for a bit

Ruby:"Me too..."

You:"Don't we all..." You think back to Raiden...noticing his more reclusive self lately...only other time he was like that was when he got his job back in those...dark times.

Raiden's POV

It's now almost Midnight...and I'm hiding behind a warehouse on the docks...I told Yang and Weiss that I was going to check back at the Pier to see if we've missed something...I've got my Black Trench coat and my Skull Mask on...I hate this outfit since it reminds me of who I was...I look to the docks and see an Atlesian Dropship fly overhead and land by the docks as White Fang members get off. I see Torchwick yelling

Torchwick:"Hey! What's the hold up? We're not exactly the most inconspicuous bunch of thieves at the moment. Sooo why don't we try to pick up the pace?" As he walks to a White Fang member he starts yelling "No you idiot! This isn't a leash!" He looks around, obviously searching for me...I want to just leave but I can't.

Torchwick:"...Has anyone seen Rai-" he gets cut off by...Blake? She's holding her Gambol Shroud to his neck "What the--?Oh for Fu-" he again gets cut off by Blake.

Blake:"Nobody move!" Members of the White Fang surround her

Torchwick:"Whoa!Take it easy there little Lady."Torchwick continues looking around for me...I don't know what to do. Blake grabs her Bow and takes it off revealing her Cat ears...

Blake:"Brother of the White Fang. Why are you aiding this Scum?" You notice that the White Fang members back off a little from her.

Torchwick:"Heh, oh kid. Didn't you get the memo?"

Blake:"What are you talking about?"

Torchwick:"The White Fang and I are going in on a joint business venture together."

Blake:"Tell me what it is or I'll put an end to your little operation." She holds her Gambol Shroud closer to his neck. The sound of Turbines fill the air and gusts of wind are coming from two more Atlesian drop ships coming.

Torchwick:"I wouldn't exactly call it a little operation." He smiles...he looks and sees me and smiles while squinting slightly. I have no choice. I Conjure my Cloud Kitsune and ready it

Raiden:"...Blake...please forgive me." Before I could warp over to her I see Torchwick point his cane to the ground and fires it, causing a massive explosion. I start to think to myself...What good of a teammate would I be...if I let my past mistakes get in the way...I use this opportunity to take off my mask and warp-strike into Torchwick.

Your POV

You hear the explosion and you and Ruby and Penny look back to see smoke coming from the docks.

Ruby:"Oh no..."

You:"Come on, let's go see what that was!"

You warp up to the roof of a warehouse on the docks and look down to see Ruby form her Crescent Rose and fire it and jumps on top of the Warehouse using the recoil from her gun.

You:"Dang, that thing must pack a punch huh?"

Ruby:"Heh, yep. Now let's keep going." You look back to see that...Penny's already on the roof...you can't put any thought into as you hear more explosions coming from the area. You run to the other side of the roof and look down to see White Fang, Blake, Torchwick, the Faunus boy from Friday and...Raiden. He looks pissed off.

Ruby:"Hey!" We reach the other end as Ruby slams the tip of her Scythe into the ground beside her and You Conjure up your Marasuma.

Without any thinking you throw your Trident at Torchwick. He blocks it with his Cane but you warp over to your Trident and catch it midair before bringing it around your head and slamming the hilt of the Trident to his face. He stumbles back before laughing

Torchwick:"Well, well, well...what perfect timing Raiden..." Raiden's eye is fully covered with Flames as he looks at me in shock.

Raiden:"GET OUT OF HERE, (F)!" He pushes the button it's side as His blade extends and splits into 6 individual razor sharp whips. He lunges at Roman and the whips wrap around his Whip before Raiden jumps over Roman and flings Roman over himself into a crate causing a massive dent in it as the crate flies backwards due to the force. Torchwick coughs and dusts himself off.

Torchwick:"No, no, please tell him of how you used to work for me..." You look at him...he looks disgusted by what he's done...But you know if he did that then he must of had a very damn good reason behind it.

You:"What is he talking about?" You glance at Blake to see she's fighting along side the Faunus boy.

Raiden:"I did it to keep him alive!"

Torchwick:"Tell that to the hundreds of thousands of Lien that YOU stole. And kept doing it over and over. I mean you even had a codename 'The Whisper' And yes that's one of the most unoriginal names they could come up with but it was YOURS because you could come into any store or place and leave leaving almost no evidence behind using that Semblance of yours..." Raiden looks down

Raiden:"(F) I..." He lets his guard down as Roman fires a homing shot at Raiden causing him to be blown back by the explosion and he gets slammed into a series of crates as the crates are blown back and are blown apart due to the shear power of the explosion.

You:"RAIDEN!" Your eye bursts into Blue Flames as you Warp-Strike Roman. He manages to parry your attack and kicks you in the gut. "GAH!" You warp behind him and use your Aura as you Axe kick Roman into the ground. A giant crater is made as dust and rubble flings into the air as Roman is deep inside the crater. He wipes blood from his lip and sees that his outfit is somewhat ruined.

Torchwick:"You little Brat! Do you know how much this stuff costs." You don't speak as you glare at him. "Heh not in a mood for talking, eh?"

Ruby:"(F)!?" You look to see that Ruby is still watching...why hasn't she done anything you think to yourself...

Torchwick:"Oh, hello Red, isn't it past your bedtime?" You see him aim at Ruby but Ruby isn't looking as Penny told her something.

You:"Ruby!" She looks back as Torchwick fires. The shot hits her as she goes flying back from the explosion. "RUBY!" You feel your eye in great pain as your vision starts to go white. You Phase Dash straight at Torchwick but before you strike him with your Trident you hit something...Another Blade. You look to see...A Man in a Cloak...his Eye engulfed in Purple Flames... You are in absolute shock as Torchwick simply smiles. The man speaks as his voice is low and menacingly (Eh...think of Darth Vader honestly...)

???:"She sent me here, she thought you were incompetent of completing such a worthless task. Seems she was right, can't even beat such worthless children." You feel everything grow cold as he looks at your Blue Flames. "We meet at last, Chronicle..."

You:"What the hell are you!?" You yell as you switch to your HF-Engine Blade mode and clash your sword against his. He holds you back effortlessly. He looks to Raiden as Raiden as looking back at him with pure rage.

???:"Everything will be revealed in time, Chronicle..." His eye flares with Flames as a portal of fire appears behind him and Roman. "We will meet again." The Man in the Cloak goes through the Flame Portal. It stays open.

Torchwick:"Ugh...that guy gives me the creeps..." You look over at where Ruby is and see Penny...on the ground with...swords all around her. She seems to be thrashing ships left and right, effortlessly and slamming them into the crates around the docks. Blake and the Faunus are facing off against some Members of the White Fang...well the ones that aren't being destroyed by Penny. Torchwick sees this and says"These kids just keep getting weirder..." He goes through the Flame Portal. Before you could run to him, the portal closes.

You look towards Penny...'What the hell is she' You think as you hear police sirens in the distance as you warp to Raiden. You pick him up and look at him.

You:"...Are you all right, Raiden?"

Raiden:"(F), I...I'm sorry."

You:"Sorry for what?"

Raiden:"I worked for Roman...I had to...you were dying and I had no where to go and now...I put your life at risk."

You:"Listen...Raiden, I know you were only doing what you had to do to protect me...but why didn't you tell me when we entered Beacon...we could've helped you as a team and I could've helped you as a brother..."

Raiden:"I was scared...he threatened to destroy everything if I left...I couldn't lose my brother..."

You:"And I understand that...but now that we know...now we can take the necessary steps to stop this..." You smile to him as he weakly smiles back as you support him to a bunch of crates a police arrive. You suddenly realize

You:"Ruby!" You warp up to the Roof and run over to Ruby who is sitting up. You look at her "A-are you alright? Are you hurt? Do you need First Aid!?!?" You start to ramble on for a bit before she places a hand on your cheek

Ruby:"I'm alright (F)...thank you."

You:"I should've been there for you, if you had gotten hurt I would've..."

Ruby:"(F)...do you love me?" You freeze for a bit and slightly blush

You:"I do...I love you Ruby..."

Ruby:"I love you too...but you can't worry over what could have happen... focus on what can you still do..."

You:"...Alright..." You think about that...You pick her up and carry her to the crates as the police arrive

Later

You're brushing Ruby's hair with your fingers slowly as she has her head on her lap waiting for Weiss and Yang to arrive as police cars are everywhere. You kept thinking about what Ruby said about not worrying of what could've been...and to focus on what you CAN do... you realize what you have to do, but You look to see Weiss and Yang arrive as Ruby sits up and starts speaking frantically. We all stand up

Ruby(Quickly):"Look Weiss it's not what you think she explained the whole thing you see she doesn't actually wear a bow she has cat ears and their actually kinda cute." Weiss walks up to Blake...You're scared of what she has to say...

Blake:"Weiss, I want you to know I'm no longer associated with the White Fang. Back when I was with-"

Weiss:"Stop. Do you know how long we've been searching for you?" You think in your head this is gonna be bad... "Twelve hours. Which means I've had twelve hours to think about this. And in that twelve hours I've decided..." Here it comes you say to yourself... "I don't care." That kinda threw you off.

Blake:"You don't care?"

Weiss:"You said you aren't one of them anymore, right?"

Blake:"No, I-I haven't since I was younger-"

Weiss:"Upupupupupup! I don't wanna hear it. All I want to know, is that the next time something this big comes up that you'll come to your teammates and not some...somebody else." She says while looking at Sun which you now know his name after talking to him. You all smile and You sigh out a breath of relief...You look to Raiden, everyone now knows about his time with Torchwick, though we all promised not to tell anyone about it.

You:"That applies to you too, Raiden." He smiles and ruffles your hair

Blake:"Of course." she nods and Ruby looks anxiously at all of us. She throws her hands up in the air excited.

Ruby:"Yeah! Team RWBY is back together!" You laugh as you all close in smiling. Weiss points her finger at Sun and yells

Weiss:"I'm still not quite sure of how I feel about you!" Sun chuckles nervously and you and Ruby both notice something

Ruby:"Hey, wait a minute. Where's Penny?" You all look around to see that she is indeed gone...

Yang:"Now that we're all together again...let's go back to the room...it's 3 am..."

Blake:"Yeah I haven't slept since Friday..."

Weiss:"Back to the rooms it is."

Ruby:"YAY SLEEP!" you tap Ruby's shoulder and she looks to you smiling softly "Yeah, (F)?"

You:"Can I talk to you...in private?" she nods while looking a tad bit confused and walk away from the group and the sirens from the Police cars.

You look up to the Shattered Moon of Remnant and look at Ruby, and see her beautiful Silver eyes are reflecting the Moon's image.

You:"I...thought about what you said...back on the Rooftop?"

Ruby:"What about it?"

You:"I was so focused on what I thought I could've done...when now I realize of what I can do for now..."

Ruby:"...Meaning?"

You:"Ruby Rose...Though we love each other...we haven't done anything about our confessed love to each other...haven't we?"

Ruby:"...Yeah..."

You:"Well...Ruby...will you go out with me?"

Ruby:"A-as my Boyfriend?" You nod and slightly blush, before Ruby runs and hugs you "I would love to, (F)...I love you."

You:"I love you too." You hug her back.

You look at her as the soft moonlight hits both of you under the starry night sky of Vale, you get closer to her as she leans in closer to you...you wrap your arms around her as you kiss her soft lips on that Silent Night in Vale.
