Third POV:

Everyone arrived at the area where the match is gonna be held. The Raimon eleven went to the changing room and wore their soccer uniforms. After changing, everyone went to the field and went into formation.

After Tenma finished doing some warm-ups. Ryan went to him.

"I guess I was right, huh, " he said.

"I hope we have a great match, Ryan, " Tenma said.

"Make it interesting cause after this, I never wanted to see you again, " Ryan said he then turned around and was about to walk away when he said, "keep in mind we're not friends, monster."

Tenma couldn't help but feel kinda upset about this. Some of Tenma's friends saw this and we're rather confused.

"Who was that guy?" most of them asked in their minds, "does Tenma know him?"

The referee then blew the whistle and the practice match begin.

The match started with a kick-off of Shindou and Kurama. Shindou then does a back pass to Tsurugi and he dribbles forth. As Tsurugi continued to dribble forth, Kodi blocks Tsurugi. So Tsurugi passes the ball to Kurama and it was successful. But just as Kurama received the ball, Haruto uses his hissatsu and suddenly a yellow ball appears between his hands and it burst a bright light. It blinds Kurama for a bit and Haruto steals the ball. As Haruto dribbles forth, he dodges Minamisawa and Shindou, he then passes the ball to Bryan. As he dribbles forth he encounters with Tenma, so Bryan uses his hissatsu and created black smoke from his hands making Tenma not be able to see Bryan. When he passes Tenma, he encounters with Hayami. Hayami uses his hissatsu 'Zeruyon' and steals the ball. Hayami dribbles forth and passes the ball to Kariya. He then connects the pass to Shindou and he dribbles forth. Shindou then passes the ball to Aoyama. He successfully receives the ball and he dribbles forth, but when he encounters with Kodi, Aoyama uses his hissatsu 'Presto Turn' and passes Kodi. Aoyama then passes the ball to Minamisawa and he dribbles forth. As Minamisawa dribbled, he encounters with Toru. Toru uses his hissatsu and he created a blue sphere on his hand and he threw it up high in the air and he jumped high enough to kick it. He kicked it downwards and the sphere landed below Minamisawa. Suddenly a whirlpool formed and it surrounded him. Toru then steals the ball and dribbles. He then passes the ball to Kaito and he dribbles forth, when he encounters with Kirino, Kirino uses his hissatsu 'Deep Mist' and steals the ball back. He then passes the ball to Ichino and he dribbles forth. When Haruto tries to block Ichino, Ichino passes the ball to Tenma and he dribbles forth. But the Ozaki blocks his way and uses his hissatsu, suddenly the ground around Tenma starts to crack and then black beams fired from the ground. Tenma fell to the ground and Ozaki steals the ball. Ozaki then passes the ball to Kodi, but Shindou does a cut and steals the ball. He dribbles forth and passes the ball to Kurama. He then connects the pass to Tsurugi, he dribbles forth and then Kazuto does a sliding and steals the ball. Kazuto then does a long pass to Ryan, but Shinsuke intervened and steals the ball from the air. Shinsuke kicks the ball to Amagi and he passes the ball to Hamano. He dribbles forth and encounters with Chris, but Hamano uses his hissatsu 'Naminori Piero' and gets past Chris. Hamano then passes the ball to Shinsuke and he dribbles forth. He then passes the ball to Kageyama, but Ryan did a cut and steals the ball. He lands on the ground and dribbles towards the goal, then Kariya goes in front of him and blocks the way. But just as Kariya was about to use his hissatsu 'Hunter's Net', Ryan immediately passes the ball to Ace. He was near the goal, so when he received the ball, he uses his hissatsu. He kicks the ball up to the air and when he was about to kick it, six missile launchers appear beside him and when he kicked the ball, the missile launchers fired. Sangoku uses his hissatsu 'Fence of Gaia' to block it, but it was unsuccessful.

"Okinawa's team scores a point! The score is now 1:0!" the commentator said, "Only 60 minutes left before the practice match ends!"

The referee blew the whistle and the match started again.

It starts with the kick-off of Bryan and Kodi. Kodi dribbles forth and then passes the ball to Kaito. He dribbles forth and when he encountered with Shindou, he uses his hissatsu. Kaito suddenly had white wings appear behind him and he flies up with ball leaving a strong wind behind. The wind was strong that it caused Shindou to get blown back. Kaito lands back to the ground and passes the ball to Chris. He dribbles forth and encounters with Minamisawa. He manages to steal the ball and he passes it to Kageyama. He dribbles forth and encounters with Ryan, but he dodges him and then passes the ball to Tenma. He dribbles forth and dodges Ace and Haruto. When he encountered with Ozaki, Tenma uses his hissatsu 'Soyokaze Step' and dodges Ozaki. He then passes the ball Tsurugi. When Tsurugi was dribbling forth, Kazuto blocks the way and uses his hissatsu. Kazuto moves his hands in a motion and suddenly musical notes appeared around him. Then he moved his hand in a motion and the notes released sound waves, causing Tsurugi to get sent backward. Kazuto then steals the ball and dribbles forth. He then passes the ball to Kodi and it was a success. Kodi dribbled forth and dodges Aoyama and Ichino. While Kodi was dribbling, he encounters with Kariya. Kariya then uses his hissatsu 'Hunters Net' and steals the ball. He then passes the ball to Kuramada and he dribbles forth. When Chris tried to steal the ball, Kuramada passes the ball to Kurama. He successfully receives the ball and dribbles forth. Kurama then passes the ball to Kageyama. He then connects the pass to Shindou and he dribbles forth. He dodges Ozaki and Toru and passes the ball to Tenma. Tenma then encounters with Bryan and Tenma passes the ball to Shinsuke. He dribbles forth and encounters with Haruto. Haruto uses his hissatsu 'Royal Flare' and steals the ball from Shinsuke. But just as Haruto stole the ball and dribbled forth, Tsurugi did a sliding and steals the ball. He starts to dribble and then passes the ball to Nishiki. When Kazuto tried to steal the ball from Nishiki, Nishiki uses his hissatsu 'Acrobatic Keep' and dodges Kazuto. When Nishiki was near the goal, he uses his hissatsu shoot 'Denrai Houtou' and shoot. Kai uses his hissatsu and suddenly a fire dragon surrounded him and it breathes out fire. The fire collides with the shoot, but Nishiki's shoot was too strong and it broke the block, making Raimon score a goal.

"Goal! Raimon Jr. High scores a point! The score is now tied by 1:1 and only 30 minutes left on the clock!" The commentator said, "who will win this, Raimon Jr. High or Okinawa's soccer team?!"

The kick-off starts with Kurama and Shindou again. Kurama dribbles forth and passes the ball to Hamano. He then starts to dribble forth and then connects a pass with Minamisawa. As he dribbled forward, he encountered with Kodi, but Minamisawa passes the ball to Shindou and he dribbles forth. While Shindou was dribbling, Bryan does a sliding, but Shindou manages to dodge it and he proceeds to dribble. But when he encountered with Toru, Toru used his hissatsu 'Whirlpool' and stole the ball. He dribbles forth and then passes the ball to Kaito. He then connects the pass with Kodi and he dribbles forth. When he encountered with Aoyama, Kodi uses his hissatsu.  He kicks the ball up to his chest and the ball got surrounded by a gift box. Kodi then kicked the ball to Aoyama and when it was close, it exploded causing him to get sent back. Kodi then continues to dribble and then he passes the ball to Chris. When Chris was near enough, he uses his hissatsu. He kicks the ball high up to his chest and he turned. as he did that, projectiles appeared around him. He then turns back to face the ball and kicks it. The projectile then fired and got a bit bigger. Amagi went to help weaken the shoot, he uses his hissatsu 'Atlantis Wall' and blocks the shoot for a bit. Not for long, it broke the wall. Sangoku then uses his hissatsu 'Fence of Gaia' and successfully blocks the shoot. Sangoku then throws the ball to Tenma and he successfully receives it. He dribbles forth and encounters with Bryan. Tenma then uses his hissatsu 'Soyokaze Step' and passes Bryan. Tenma then passes the ball to Shindou and he dribbles forth. While he was dribbling Toru and Kaito blocked his way. Shindou then passes the ball to Tsurugi. He dribbles forth and manages to dodge Haruto. When Tsurugi was getting close to the goal, he does his hissatsu 'Death Drop' and shoots. Ozaki then goes to help block the shoot, he uses his hissatsu 'Ender Void' and weakens the shoot. But it breaks Ozaki's hissatsu and is about to go to the goal. Kai then uses his hissatsu 'Fire Dragon Breathe' and manages to stop the shoot. He then throws the ball to Ryan and he successfully receives it. He then gives his team a look and they nodded. Ryan's teammates then blocked everyone's way, leaving the field a little wide open for an attack. Ryan dodged the rest and was getting near to the goal, he then uses his hissatsu. He kicks the ball up in the air and he jumps. He then does a side kick and a white and yellow sword-like beam came. Tenma manages to slip past the person blocking him and he went in front to block it. Tenma then brings out his avatar 'Majin Pegasus Arc' and he kicks the shoot to block it. He manages to block it and sends the ball flying up into the air. He made his avatar disappear and Ryan and Tenma jumped up to the air to steal the ball.

They were about to kick it when they heard a large explosion. The two of them land on the ground. Everyone was confused about where that explosion came from. They then spot smoke in the air and they were shocked. The smoke was coming from the town. The match was stopped and everyone ran to the town to see what happened.

When they arrived they were frightened and shocked by the sight. The town was destroyed, buildings were destroyed or were on fire, the stands were a wreck, and there were people that were injured. Help hasn't arrived yet, so everyone went to help the people. Tenma saw a mother and a child under some fallen wood. He lifted the boards since it was not that heavy and helped the two. He then saw Ryan trying to lift some rubble and boards, he was having trouble. Tenma then recognized that was Ryan's house.

Tenma's POV:

I went to help Ryan and he saw me.

"I'll help," I said.

The two of us started to lift the rubble out of the way and it was so heavy. I had no choice. I transformed and my wolf ears and tail appeared. Ryan seemed shocked.

"How did you," he said.

"No time to explain, let's lift this," I said.

After a few seconds, we managed to lift the rubble out of the way. Ryan helped his mother and father. We saw the ambulance has finally arrived and Ryan brought his family to the ambulance. I helped other people and it seemed that was everyone.

I then realized something, I looked in the direction of my home and I started to have a bad feeling.

"Oh no," I said in my mind. I started to run to my house and when I arrived, I saw it was destroyed.

I started to search for my mother and I saw her body under some boards and rubble. I tried to lift the rubble on her, but it was too heavy. No one was close by, so I have to use it. I started to focus my energy to use my powers. A white aura started to surround the boards and the rubble and it was starting to slowly float. When it was high enough, I moved them aside. I took some breathes and I went to my mother. I put her head on my arms and I felt her pulse, it was slow. I lifted her up and went to the ambulance. Everyone double checked that was everyone that was hurt and it was. I might have been Nemesis that attacked the town. Since I was a family member of my mother, I rode in the ambulance.

~At the hospital~

I was sitting in the chair and waiting for the doctor to come out.

"Tenma," I heard someone said. I looked and it was my friends, coach Endou, coach Kidou, and Otonashi sensei. I stood up.

"We were worried where you went," Aoi said.

"How is she?" Shindou asked.

"I don't know, I haven't been told yet," I replied feeling worried about my mother.

The doctor then came out, I was feeling worried about what might happen.

"How is she sir?" I asked.

"I'm sorry, but she won't be able to make it," the doctor said. I was shocked and sad.

"Can I see her please?" I asked.

"Yeah, she also wanted to talk to you," he replied.

"Arigato," I said and I went in.

The door closed and I saw my mother lying on the bed. I went beside her, she opened her eyes.

"Mother," I said as I felt the tears coming out.

"I-I'm sorry I wasn't there to p-protect you if I was you wouldn't have been," I said as my tears started to form.

I then felt her hold my hand. I looked at her.

"I was the one who is supposed to apologize," she said in a weak and soft voice, I was confused and shocked.

"I'm sorry I couldn't protect when you were young, the day you went missing, I couldn't save you. When your uncle would hurt you, I couldn't kick him out. It was my fault you went through that," she said. Causing me and her to tear up. I didn't know what to say, but when I was about to say it wasn't she said it before me.

"I know you think it wasn't my fault. My time is running out, but can you please promise me something," she said. I nodded in response. She then smiled.

"Promise me you would stay strong and live on ok?" she said.

"I will, I promise," I said. My mother then closed her eyes and was still smiling.

"Mother?" I asked and then heard the heart monitor. I then realized she was gone. I fell on my knees and started to silently cry.

"No," I mumbled as I continued to silently cry.
