Happiness and Anger

This is a really important topic to discuss guys.
You know it's happened when someone bullying you or make fun of you when they feel happy while other people just enjoy the show.
But you are the only one who feels hurt and which convert into hate or should I say anger.

You know one thing which I learn today that when we are children we don't have to worry. There is no stress about the job, exam, responsibility, etc.

They enjoy their life freely like a bird.
How many of you want to live that life again?

If you want then you can live that life again guys.
I know you are thinking about how it's possible
You don't have a time machine to go back to the old time.

But no.

I meant to say just try to do a few things which I am going to tell you
It will make you feel better.

You know try to make fun of yourself.
(still confused)
Look there are lots of ppl who will laugh at your weakness.
You give them a reason to control your mind.

If you are sitting with your friends. They are also laughing at your weak point. From the outside you are showing yourself you are okay with it.
But from inside you are burning with anger. Right?

So my point is if you start messing up with your Ownself jokes.
If you made jokes about yourself and enjoy the show it would increase the value you.
You will start laughing as well.

I'm not kidding.
Now you are making jokes about yourself it will make other people laugh but at the same time, the second person who is making fun of you will stop doing it.
Because her jokes are not working on you and others too.
You take that person power.

You are not feeling bad about your weakness.
It will turn into your strength.
Because you stop reacting to his stupid things.

Second, you start smiling and enjoying your life.

You know guys it's true. I do the same.
I made lots of jokes about myself.
I don't care what other person considers me idiot, stupid or dumb.
Because I can see just one thing.
At least my stupid jokes made someone laugh.
I made someone smile
Which gives me happiness.
I know it's a stupid thing to do.

But once you did it.
You will start controlling your anger.
You will start gaining your happiness.

There is one more way to stay happy.

It's common when we talk our mind always think two facts about that convo xd.

Let me enlighten it for you.

Did you realize when someone is talking about a serious topic you look at them carefully?
Suddenly something grabs your attention which made you laugh.

Like once I was in my class.
I was sitting in the centre chair.
I was bold in my school and class.

If someone asks me any questions I will answer them with full confidence no matter if my answer was the wrong xd.

So I was saying my teacher enter in the class.
She was healthy.
She has a lot of fat.
Fat is not a problem.
The fact is she came and sit in the chair.
Plus we were playing with chairs a few minutes ago because of it our teacher chair was also changed with some other chairs.

Now she's sitting comfortably.
Then she starts teaching us.

I have a bad habit to ask a lot of questions.

Then I put one question in front of her. for that, she tries to stand up so she can explain it to me properly about that question.

But when she tried to stand up she stuck in her chair.
I control my self.

She was trying to get up from her chair. But she's not able to get out of it.

Then I and my other friend went forward to help her.
We hold her both arms and help her to get up from her chair.
Then she feels better after getting up.

I and my friend were both looking at each other.
While controlling our laugh.
She's a really sweet and cute teacher we have.

We told her that we are going to drink water.

We run outside.

Man after that I took 10 minutes.
I laughed too much. After a lot of effort, I control myself.
But the seen was hilarious guys.

I'm sorry to say. It's not my habit to make fun of someone.

But I  laughed outside so she can't feel bad.

........

I just want to tell you guys there are lots of things and situation which make you laugh.
Just try to recognize them.
......

Don't always think about pain, suffering that how much you faced and what some of you still facing.

Just think you are brave enough to tackle all the problems.
Take them as a challenge.
Because who needs a simple life?
