George: Hugs Ringo, congratulates him on turing a year older, and gives him a new drum set. He also smears frosting on Ringos face, causing him to laugh hysterically.

Ringo: Ringo just enjoys his birthday spent with his 3 best friends laughing, and well just having a good time.
