Paul McCartney: so even though my mum was diagnosed and was on medicines, she would still cycle to work, but she would be in so much pain going to work

Ringo Starr: she must be a superhero doing that stuff but be hurted

Paul McCartney: yeah, she was strong. But at some point, she couldn't deal with pain any long, so she had a mastectomy

Ringo Starr: what's a mastectomy?

Paul McCartney: it's when they remove one or both of your boobs

Ringo Starr: oh

Ringo Starr: did she make it

Paul McCartney: she did for a while but one of her veins got blocked and she died on this day in 1956...

Ringo Starr: oh my gosh, I'm so sorry

Paul McCartney: so now you know why I get wasted today

Ringo Starr: I'm not letting you drink tonight

Paul McCartney: why?

Ringo Starr: because when I'm done trick-or-treating, I'm gonna come to your house, give you a bath, feed you cookies and warm milk, and give you hugs and kisses
