ALPHA

I watched Sam slowly walking away with Lauren back to the freeway. He deserves what he gets. He walked into my land, killed my people and made one of them a prisoner. He would be stupid if he decides to come back.

"Alpha. Do you want us to follow them?" A Omega said.

"No. Leave them. They won't come back" I said.

I turned around and walked back to our camp. I saw Harry on the way. I pushed him forward.

"I'm sorry mum. Thank you for coming to get me" he said.

I grabbed him and stood still looking at him. I then punched him hard. He looked at me confused.

"My name is Alpha. I expect you to call me by my name" I said.

"Sorry Alpha" Harry said.

"Where is your skin?" I asked.

"They threw it away. I didn't get it back" Harry said as we walked into camp.

We like to keep moving. We never stay in one place for more than a month. We've been here for a few weeks now. Our camp is in a dense forest right next to Crafers. It doesn't have walls. It's just a camp with makeshift houses that we made out of sticks and leaves for roofing.

Everyone looked at me as we walked back into the camp. I saw Beta walking up to me. He didn't look happy but it's hard to tell because of his skin from a guardian he killed a week ago. It covers his face entirely except for his mouth and eyes.

"The boy. You saved the boy? I thought we had to fend for ourselves if we were captured. We don't go back for our pack members" Beta said.

"He was on the way so I let him out. I didn't show any emotion. If you don't like what I did you know what to do" I said.

Beta looked at me. He took out his knife from his holster and showed his yellow decade teeth to me.

"I challenge you, Alpha" Beta said.

"You challenge me?" I laughed.

My people started to surround us.

"You is think you can challenge me? You're weak. You're only Beta because nobody else wanted the role. But if you want to challenge me then come at me" I said.

He put his knife up. I put my hand onto my double barrel shotgun. I don't have any ammunition for it, I only use it to scare people. Beta ran at me with his knifes and I quickly grabbed my shotgun and hit him across the face with it, making him get knocked over. I reached for my belt and took out a metal wire I have. I used it to take off the heads of the people from the Adelaide Oval.

I walked over to Beta and put it around his neck. He started to kick trying to get up but he couldn't.

"Shhh" I said as I cut off his head with the wire.

It was a clean cut and his head came right off. All of my people walked away after I won.

"You!" I said pointing to one of my people.

The man turned around and slowly walked over to me.

"You've been with us for a while now, I trust you. You've done everything I have asked. You will be the new Beta" I said.

"Yes Alpha" The man said.

"What was your name before?" Alpha asked.

"John Harris" The New Beta said.

"Well that name doesn't exist anymore. It never did. You will now be known as Beta" I said.

The new Beta nodded at me as he dragged the old Betas body away. Beta came back and hooked the old Betas head next to the others of who have died. Every time we move we leave the heads so we can mark where we have been.

"What are we gonna do about this group?" Beta asked.

"Nothing. They are broken and scared. They aren't gonna come close to us. But if they do we will unleash our horde onto them. They are the biggest group we have come across. They seem strong. But we are stronger" I said.

"He needs a a new skin. Get him one" I asked pointing to Harry, I never like to call someone by their name because we don't have names.

"Yes Alpha" Beta said.

Beta walked out of the camp. I walked up to Harry.

"Why didn't you fight them. I heard that you didn't put up a fight. You just gave up. That makes you weak. We don't give up. No matter what we keep on fighting" I said.

"Yes Alpha" Harry said.

"If I see you weak again you will become an outcast of the pack. Never to return" I said.

Harry walked away and sat down by a tree as Beta dragged in a guardian. It was already dead. Beta put it up against a tree and tied a rope around it to keep it up. He then started to cut off the skin from the neck up. Once he cut it completely he pulled it off the guardian. He then put it onto a drying rack so the inside would dry.

I saw one of my people walking up to me.

"Alpha. They have left" she said.

"Leave them" I said.

She walked away and started to skin a rabbit we found yesterday. I noticed my shotgun had blood on it from the old Beta I hit across the face. I wiped it on my pants and put the shotgun back into the holster on my back.

I heard lots of struggling behind me and turned around to see what was happening. I saw one of my people pulling down a young girls pants. She was squirming around but couldn't fight against him. He started to rape her. I turned back around and faced the trees. We are animals, that's what we were made for. To have sex. So rape is apart of our way of life. No one from here is against it. I listened to the man groaning loudly as the girl screamed in pain.
