A/N: hey everyone Thankyou so much for all of the reads. I knew stories about bechloe and spidey beca were popular but damn lol but thanx again guys this is amazing and I hope you guys continue to enjoy and I can't wait to see how this turns out.

Beca was panicked at the new discovery. If she hasn't been able to stop goblin yet, how could she now? What else would he have in store for her? She rushed outta the rehearsal hall before anyone could stop her.

"Hey where are you going?" aubrey called after the running girl.

"I'm sorry I hafta go!" beca called back as she ran, not turning back.

"Where is she going?" aubrey asked turning to chloe as she walked.

"She's just going through a lot right now" chloe said quickly, stopping her best friend. "Let me talk to her" she insisted.

Aubrey really was concerned for the brunette. Beca was not who she had thought her to be. She made her best friend so happy and had been there for her boyfriend for so long. Plus, They had gotten so close as of lately, with everything considered, aubrey was really glad she had allowed chloe to convince her of letting her in. She had been a big help and aubrey had never seen chloe this happy before. Aubrey was even beginning to consider beca the same way she considered her best friend chloe and she hated for her to be in a bad place, nor have chloe worry as well.

"Ok" she sighed. "Let me know if everything's alright with her" she said in concern and chloe smirked, knowing their history.

"Will do" she patted her on the shoulder before charging after her girlfriend.

Chloe caught up with beca in her dorm room. She was pacing back and forth when chloe walked in. "Beca!" she called grabbing her shoulders to stop.

"This can't be, there's no way he coulda survived that there's no way" she staggered.

"Beca Beca!" chloe trying to calm her girl. "Relax, he probably just found another way out, u'll get em next time" she said in a sweet, reassuring matter, cupping beca's cheek.

"I just...don't want anything to happen to you" she stuttered looking chloe in the eyes.

"Nothing is gonna happen to me" she said pulling the smaller girl in for a tight hug. "Ur spider-woman, remember? You won't let anything happen to me....and u'll catch him too" she said encouragingly as she rubbed the hero's back. "Ok?" she asked after pulling back and lifting beca's head by her chin. The petite woman nodded and smiled and received a kiss on the forehead in return.

Beca sighed, pulling away from the ginger and wiping her watery eyes. "Thankyou" she whispered softly with a slight smile forming.

"Anytime" Chloe smiled. "You know aubrey was actually a little concerned for ya" she grinned and beca chuckled lightly.

"Ok, well..." beca smiled. "..tell her I'm ok, I just have something I hafta to get outta the way so I can focus better on the maniacs" she stated.

"She'll understand that" the redhead nodded. "What're you gonna do?"

"I'm gonna make sure he doesn't hurt anyone else ever again, it ends today" she sincerely declared without an ounce of doubt within her. "Tell amy I'll call her later when I have some answers" she said as she started pulling out her suit from the closet.

"Alright, be careful" chloe nodded and gave beca a kiss when she turned back to her. "Love you"

"Love you too babe" beca replied as she began to change and chloe headed out.

But even better, beca was back at the room when amy got back.

"Hope you got good news" she sighed as she laid her purse down.

"I wish" beca sighed as she sat on her bed and amy sat across from her. "I went back to the hotel where we last fought and it looks like after the building collapsed he just barely managed to crawl his way out and into the sewer" she stated as amy anxiously listened. "and if that's not bad enough, I changed back into normal clothes and went by Norman Osborn's. Burt came up and said he couldn't see me because he had been feeling worse the past few weeks" beca finished with a unpleasant look of disappointment and worry.

Amy was speechless at what she just heard. "Oh God, you're really starting to think it's him, aren't you?" amy asked in worry.

There was a brief pause before she got an answer. "Yea.....I do" beca nodded and sighed.

Amy was now even more worried and speechless than ever. Neither one of them could believe Norman was the goblin, they hated the fact, but it was the truth. "What about jesse?" amy asked after a moment of contemplating.

There was another brief pause. Beca and Amy had the same expressions. "Tell him everything, he deserves to know" beca shook her head knowing he was gonna hate this even more than they did.

Amy sighed. "Alright, I can tell him myself, you can go on and see chloe if you want" amy sweetly stated.

"Are you sure?" Beca checked not wanting to leave her friend in an uncomfortable positing, but amy nodded. Beca sighed and stood to hug her best friend.

"We'll figure this out" amy said as she rubbed the hero's back.

Beca went over to chloe's, aubrey allowed them to be alone for a bit. The two were sitting on the living room couch side by side. Beca had told her everything she told amy. Chloe was holding beca's hand while smoothly running her other hand across the brunette's arm.

"What are you gonna do?" she cautiously asked after a long silence.

"I don't know" she whispered back. "He's like....a second dad to me.....and jesse...he...." beca couldn't finish. The ginger brought her in for a tight hug. Beca had absolutely no idea what to do.

Jesse stared at his best friend after what she had just told him, he was pale with sweat breaking across his forehead. Amy hated that he had to hear this, but like beca said, he had a right to know the truth.

"I'm real sorry Jesse" amy shook her head in regret and sympathy. "I'm sure there's a way we can help him" she said, tryna give jesse some hope and enlighten his spirits.

Jesse was still speechless at what he just heard, not wanting to believe any of it. "I-uh.....I just...need a minute" jesse held up a finger and rushed out before amy could say anything.

Jesse quickly walked around the campus halls, panting and not knowing where to go, until he bumped into Aubrey.

"Oh go-jesse? Oh I'm so..."she stopped when she noticed how he looked. "Baby are you ok?" she asked in concern.

"Y-Yea, just...worried about my father is all" he stuttered, acting casual. "He's alright, just worried" he quickly reassured.

"Is there anything I can do?" she asked cupping her boyfriend's cheek.

"Nah don't worry" he quickly replied. "I'm just gonna go get some air, alright?" he faked a smile.

"Ok, you sure ur alright? Cos...." she worriedly asked.

"I'm sure" he nodded. "and hey?" he grabbed her by the shoulders and pulled her closer. "I love you" he smiled and kissed her, wrapping his arms around her.

"I love you too" she said, breaking away just so she could and reconnected their lips. Not caring they were in public, they continued to let the kiss deepen for a good while.

"I'll see you later ok?" he said after they finally broke apart.

"See you then" she smiled and pecked him on the lips before parting ways. Jesse going back to his state of worry as he walked away.

It was early in the night when amy sat at the desk in her room. She was looking through the pages she got from oscorp to see if she could find anything about a cure or a way to help osborn.

So far, all she got was more details about oscorp's illegal research. She looked through more about the serum to see what else that page had to offer. She couldn't find anything on reversing the affects. She started reading an article that seemed to have said something about a possible way to pass the affects, but then her phone rang. She set the pages down on her bed and searched around for her phone. The ringing sounded distant, she figured out why when she remembered she left it on the sink in the bathroom, why she left it there? No telling.

She got up and made her way to the bathroom to grab her phone. Once she had it, she stepped out of the bathroom and looked down to see beca's picture on it. She smirked, always loving to hear from her and hoped she was doing better, and could make her feel a bit better too.

"Hello" she began. But then, the conversation was quickly interrupted by an explosion through the window and wall. Fat Amy collapsed at the impact of the explosion as it left broken bits of the room, debris, sparks of flames and a huge hole in the wall that tore the room to shreds.

The Green Goblin evily laughed as he lowered himself in view. Fat Amy just barely regaining consciousness after the horrific attack.

"If you're able to, tell spidey this is just the beginning" he grinned and then his glider raised and took him away.

Beca rushed to the obliterated sight to check on her friend. Her heart pounding with fear as she approached the room, running through the newly made hole. She gasped as she laid eyes on her unconscious friend, covered in debris and pieces of the wall.

"AMY!" she screeched as she went to the blonde's aid. "AMY!" she shouted again as she took her head in her arms, tears forming in her eyes. "SOMEONE HELP!" she called to the outside, not leaving amy's side.

Beca, Chloe, Aubrey and the rest of the Maniacs were at the hospital, waiting to get word on their injured friend. Beca paced back and forth as she tried to reach Jesse with no luck. All she could think was, how the hell did goblin know amy was with her? Has he gotten to jesse too? Was he ok? What if it had been chloe?

Beca was pulled outta her thoughts when he her father walked up.

"Beca" he called to his daughter as he walked over and gave her a hug. "I'm so sorry sweety" he whispered. "Did they say anything yet?" he sighed as he pulled away.

"No not yet" she quietly replied with water in her eyes. "But dad" she began looking up at her father. "I'm sorry too" she breathed, her words barely audible. "For pushing you away, for sheila-" she started crying.

"Shh sshh none of that matters now" he whispered pulling his daughter in for another hug. They stayed that way for a moment.

"Doc!" she heard Aubrey call. She turned and wiped her tears to join aubrey and the others as they stood for the doc. "Is she alright?" aubrey asked anxiously.

"She's stable" the young lady doctor replied. "She has a fractured arm, two broken ribs and a concussion, but she's gonna be fine" and with that everyone sighed in relief and started hugging each other.

Chloe went to her girlfriend's aid and pulled her in for a tight embrace. "See? Everything is gonna be ok?" chloe whispered reassuringly. Beca was relieved and happy about the good news, but then she was sad and heart broken again.

She slowly pulled away from her girl's embrace. "Chloe, can I talk to you outside?" she asked trying not to let her voice crack.

"Um...yea sure" Chloe nodded with a strange look and then followed the brunette outside. Beca hated what she was about to do, but she had to. "So what's up?" chloe shrugged once they made it outside the hospital.

"Um...we" beca stopped and tried to gain the courage to say this. "We...can't..be together...anymore" she stuttered.

"W-what?" the ginger breathed with water forming in her eyes.

"I'm...I'm so sorry chlo but....you can't...be around me anymore, it's not safe" beca shook her head and tears streamed down chloe's cheeks. "I'm gonna make enemies....a-and they'll... come after the people closest to me-"

"No, beca please" chloe begged, her voice cracking a little. "You don't have to do this you can't" she sobbed.

Beca took a sec to restrain herself into breaking into tears. "I don't...have any other choice" she breathed, forcing her words out.

"Yes you do!" chloe shot back. "I mean what ur gonna just...push everyone away now cos ur scared? Including jesse and amy?" she half yelled.

"It would be safer for them if I did" beca replied.

"Yea but what about you?" chloe immediately pointed out. "You know you can't face this alone, no matter how strong you are. There are gonna be times when you need somebody to save you, there are gonna be times when u'll need someone to turn to, to love and care and struggle with you. You need me to be there for you" she stated.

Beca sighed deeply. "That would be selfish ok? I can't risk ur life" she shot back.

"But ur tryna break up with me because you don't want me to get hurt which is also selfish" chloe shot back again. "and besides ur risking ur life for mine so why shouldn't I do the same?" she defiantly stood, not wanting to lose the woman she loved.

Beca fought the tears in her eyes as hard as she could. "You could get killed" she replied tryna keep her voice from cracking.

"Well if you break up with me than I damn well better because I'd rather be dead than without you" she stated with water streaming dowm again from her eyes and with all of that said, beca couldn't hold back her tears anymore. Chloe brought her in for a tight hug.

"I couldn't live with myself if something happened to you" the brunette cried in the redhead's shoulder.

"Nothing is gonna happen to me, I'm with you" she replied.

"You don't know tha-" beca replied bringing her face back up.

"Yes I do" she interrupted. "I know that more than anything else in the whole world" she stated confidently, looking the dj in tbe eyes. Beca didn't know what else to say. "You don't hafta risk my life, let me have that say, let me choose to be with you" chloe said cupping beca's cheek.

The hero was speechless, she had nothing else to fire back with. She had never known anyone so loyal, so willing to be with her in her life. She couldn't push chloe away even if that was her superpower. So, she gave in.

But then, "Chloe!" the brunette called after the ginger screamed as she was pulled away and raised in the air by some kinda wire. Beca looked up to see it coming out of a glider, Goblin's glider. Beca's heart raced as she saw the menace hold her girlfriend up by the neck.

"You see spider-woman? Only fools are heroes and this is why" he called from above. "Be at the clock tower by midnight and we'll settle this once and for all" and with that he flew away with chloe.

"No!!!" beca screamed as all she could do was watch that maniac fly away with her girl. Beca was scared, but at the same time infuriated. This was it, she had it, the last straw. She was gonna kill that son of a bitch and collect his head as a trophy, even it was the last thing she did.
