SDR:
I would kill Sonia. I don't know why, I just would. My replacement would be Mahiru or Saionji. Either would be fine.
I'd make Kazubuki cannon. I just ship it so much.

DR1:

I would kill Kyoko. I feel like it would be the smartest and quickest move for someone. If you kill the smart people, you're less likely to get found out.
I'd kill Fukawa and make Alter Ego never get crushed. ;-

DR:AE

I wouldn't change anything!

I would make Ruruka die in a flaming pit of death and despair. She deserves it.
