Okay. It's the morning and what's playing? Yep, New Order's Blue Monday. The aftermath of Ian Cutis' passing left the early 80s with New Order and Out came an 80s iconic song, Blue Monday. Used as the sound of the 80s and my alarm, it's one of my go to songs to feel upbeat and happy in the morning. When I walk listening to it I feel like I have shoulder pads and great masses of crimped hair. I feel the 80s chills running down my arms. New Order is filled with remnants of Joy Division's post-punk, rock beats however with an 80s electronic beat. It's definitely worth a listen to.
