The Dreaded Three Weeks.
Anybody else have that awkward three weeks between track and cross country where you don't know if you should keep running or take a break? My brain is like "YESSSS!!! GIVE ME ALL THE RUNNING!!!". My body, on the other hand, is like "Wait. NO! YOU ARE NOT PUTING US THROUGH MORE WITHOUT A BREAK!".
What's a runner to do?
(This is my moral dilemma going into the "off season" this year.)
