Mina's heart sped up at the sight of all the messages. Oh my goodness, that's a lot for just 15 mins, she thought.

She checked the messages, most of them were lewd comments from creepy sick guys. There were only 2 decent comments. One read, "You seem cute, would love to get to know you more ;)" the other just read, "hi beautiful." But neither of the 2 senders were attractive to her.

She sighed, what else was she expecting from a stupid dating app? Prince Charming to magically pop up?

After deleting all the weird messages, she decided to go find her silly Prince Charming. Scrolling through her recommended, she kept passing on every guy. Was she just being too fussy? But she had standards for herself. But then her mothers voice echoed in her head, "you'll never get a guy being this fat." Maybe her mother had a point, it wasn't like she was a drop dead gorgeous 10/10 babe, so she was in no position to be so picky.

Just at that moment, something popped up on her screen. There was a new match found for her. She clicked the link. Not even wasting a millisecond. Holy cow! Was this guy cute! He reminded Mina a little of Jungkook from BTS. His name was Jung Joengmin. He was Korean.

Mina wasted no time in messaging him.

M: Hi~!

Almost instantly he replied.

J: Hi!

Mina's heart suddenly started pounding, this was really happening. She waited, anxiously watching the typing.. at the top of the message bar. After a few more seconds, she decided to reply first.

M: So cutie, what are you up to?

She cringed at herself, but she couldn't think of anything else to say.

J: Nothing, finished ate.

Blood rushed to Mina's cheeks as her heart pounded. He thought she was pretty! Her stomach became fluttery.

Her fingers shook as she typed her response.

M: Oki! If you insist! From now on I'll eat healthily :P

Just then, her phone vibrated next to her. It was a text from Lujain. She also happened to check the time. It was 9:14pm. Her mind did a quick calculation, Japan was 5 hours ahead...which meant that it was 2 am there!

I just realized! Isn't it 2 am in Japan?!

J: ...yeah, it is.

M: That's so late!!

Her heart was pounding like a marching band in her ears. He called her Noona! She couldn't believe how giddy that made her. It felt like a someone had set of a bunch of sparklers in her tummy. This was too good to be true! Mina was afraid to sleep, afraid that it was all actually a dream and she'd awake to her bleak reality.
