Narrator: Following the failed negotiations on Rodia Avona and Nute gunray were captured by republic authorities. Now the two leaders are enroute to coruscant for trial.

Luminara unduli stood patiently as the screen made contact with the cruiser tranquility. To her left was padawan Ahsoka tano.

Behind her commander Gree stood at attention with Avona and the Viceroy standing silently.

Avona was furious her plan had been to simply provide some humanitarian aid and now her whole plan was ruined because this greedy imbecile of a viceroy had to come in a ruin everything

'If the Jedi don't kill him I just might.' Avona thought with an evil smirk.'I doubt anyone would miss him.

Her anger with the viceroy came from her family who had previously had a long standing feud with the federation.

This was due to their polar opposite business tactics. The Gozannis valued the customer and often took time to help people who were down in their luck find a job.

In comparison the trade federation often exploited planets for their own Benefit and much to her family's fury the federation had even been given a seat in the galactic senate something Avona's father had been disgusted by due to his hatred of the corruption that ruled the senate.

She was pulled out of her thoughts by viceroy attempting to bribe a clone to let him go.

"I am a man of great power and every man has his price and I can be extremely generous to my allies."

Avona couldn't prevent her eyes from rolling at his stupidity.

"Oh please viceroy do us all a favor and shut up." Avona demanded with a glare. "Besides their clones they are very loyal to the republic so I doubt you could even bribe them. Seriously It's a miracle that you were made viceroy given your stupidity and inept leadership abilities.

Gunray was livid and wanted to retort but the clone began to speak to him.

"You know that's a very tempting offer viceroy but for once just agree with the general next to you." Gree began while pulling out some handcuffs. "You really should
Just shut up so here's a little present for the two of you." He replied with a grin."

Once they finally docked Ahsoka was amazed at the level of security the cruiser had. There was Gree's entire battalion and a whole company of senate commandos.

"Senate commandos how do these two warring this security." Ahsoka questioned.

"Simple the Viveriy has powerful allies but General Avona is extremely intelligent so while she's not force sensitive her strategies makes her more dangerous then even Grievous. Remember Padawan she was aboard the malevolence and had she not been there the confederacy warship most likely would have been destroyed." Luminara replied.

Their conversation lulled into silence as Gunray continued to protest.

"I am innocent I demand my lawyer this is an outrage." He began before he shrunk down at the glare Avona was giving him.

"I swear if you don't shut up I'm going to steal the clones gun and shoot you myself." Avona growled.

The viceroy could tell she wasn't kidding and he knew better than to tick her off anymore than he already did.

They eventually reached the cells and the Jedi began to interrogate the Viceroy.

(Time skip I think you already know how his interrogation went let me get to the good stuff =).

After denying an accusation that was mostly true Ahsoka became fed up with his constant whining and complaining.

"LIAR LIAR I'm tired of all this whining. Tell us what we want to know right now or I will gut you like a rokarian dirt fish." Ahsoka growls holding her lightsaber against his throat.

Luminara was annoyed and immediately called her out on using terror as a weapon.

When Ahsoka tried to defend herself her defense was cut off by laughter.

Confused the two Jedi exited Gunray's cell and went to the source of the laughter which turned out to be Avona.

"Wow and here I thought you Jedi never used terror you know I'll give you props Padawan great new perspective eh. Although it is against the Naboo convention so I kinda have to protest it even if I do hate the guy next door." Avona teased her voice tightening with anger as she finished.

"Oh really well here I thought you were a great general and yet you're locked up." Ahsoka replied smug.

Luminara However caught the look and shook her head disapprovingly.

"General I understand your perspective." Luminara began. "I just don't understand why you help these dishonorable traitors since your personality and skills would be more useful to the republic. I can get you a plea deal and I can arrange for all charges to be dropped against you." Luminara proposed.

Avona's grin disappeared replaced with a look of annoys and contempt. "Hahaha join you guys right. Why would I join you guys like seriously.

You Jedi claim oh were the bringers of peace and yet tell me do you fight this war because we're targeting the Jedi or are you fighting this war because the senate told you too." Avona stood up and continued her monologue walking closer to the cell door.

"And I have spent years leading the Raxon trade guild and I know inexperience when I see it and I can tell both of you were given no training it be generals." Avona replied returning to her chair with a scoff.

"So you were given command on a silver player no protests." Avona scoffed." You guys really at just your senates attack dogs never caring about the innocent."

"We fight the war for the innocent because your count would make them slaves." Luminara replied Cooly.

Slamming her fist on the table she turned to face the Jedi her face full of fury. "Oh so now you fight for the people. Where were you when the people of Morelia were on the verge of mass starvation 12 years ago where were you when ryloth and other systems were raised and children kidnapped and women while the men were murdered by pirates and crime lords.

You don't care about the people you care only about yourselves. You only care when your precious little senate and coruscant are proven incompetent we never wanted war and yet here it is. I will never serve hypocrites I'd rather keep my honor." Avian growled her.

Luminara looked like she wanted to protest but the ship was suddenly attacked.

(Time skip).

Avona sat quietly in her cell she could tell these the droids were getting closer and part of her was hopeful but she was suspicious.

She knew that if it was her men they would've sent the Beskar knights this sounded like B2s.

Her thoughts were interrupted by ventress appearing out of a vent. Wasting no time ventress overpowered the commandos and Avona was puzzled when they didn't immediately start shooting at Ventress.

Eventually ventress out maneuvered Ahsoka and locked her in Gunray's cell.

"Not so powerful no Padawan." Viceroy mocked before turning to face Avona's cell. "Ah would you look at that I hold all the power and little avona holds none I could
Let you out but what can you offer me." Gunray taunted.

Growling Avona Glared at him. "I ain't given you nothing you greedy slime ball." Avona denied proudly.

Eventually Ventress had to flee because Luminara appeared and things got dicey.

A little later Ahsoka came to Avona's cell.

"Hey I know you're a prisoner and all that but you look younger than my master how did you become a general." Ahsoka questioned honestly.

Smiling avona faced her. "Practice and well I had a history in the military I was offered a position when this war started but I was leading my home planets militia for a longer time so I had some experience." Avona answered.

"That's cool I'm just a commander." Ahsoka replied glumly.

"Hey I'm not against this conversation but we are on opposite sides here and I'm Donte any to get personal." Avona began before Ahsoka cut her off.

"Oh no it's fine you see when you said that we were all basically handed our ranks on a Silver plater it made me question my worthiness for holding this rank. also I'm a togruta and I could tell your not as bad as that slime ball over there." Ahsoka chuckled and surprisingly so did Avona.

"Yeah I can agree with you there anyways while it's true I believe the generals are t worthy I can clearly see you are. Your sport is that of a fighter and I know you would do anything to help your men so don't think yourself unworthy when you're not." Avona praised her.

Smiling Ahsoka left the cell and after a bit went off to help master Luminara.

(Meanwhile).

a lone separatist frigate jumped out of hyperspace and another boarding ship was launched.

Stabbing into the Venators hull the ship opened and 8 individuals stepped out.

????: it's time to teach those republic dogs a lesson for what happens when you capture our general." The leader growled. "Fan out and if anything gets in your way kill em."

The others nodded and ran into the darkness.
