A month gone by since the Death Eggs launch from Mobuis. Since then the Republic forces have been fighting against the Separatist forces as best they can while Dr Robotnik and the rest are stuck in the Death Egg after Noble  Squad disable the space station, making it trap near the planet.

While the Republic fleet are keeping an eye on the Death Egg in case it starts to move or better try to send in boarding parties to the space station, on the planet we see Knothole getting alone peaceful without the threat of the Separatist since things have calm down.

In Dr Quacks small hospital we see many clones there getting some rest after getting injured from battles they have fought. We then see Y/n sat in Dr Quacks office as he is getting discharge from the hospital.

Y/n: So I'm I good to go doc?

Dr Quack: Yes trooper. You're all green to go.

Y/n: Finally. It feels like I was in there for the longest than everyone else.

Dr Quack: Well you have suffered more injuries than everyone else.

Y/n: Still at least I'm better, thanks doc.

Y/n leaves for the door when Dr Quack stops him.

Dr Quack: Um I have something that you may need to know.

Y/n: Is it bad?

Dr Quack: Not bad but......questionable.

Y/n: What do you mean?

Dr Quack: I don't believe this is allow but I have been taking some blood samples from other clones and just having a look. For research, not for anything else.

Y/n: Well I can leave it a slight since you are a doctor.

Dr Quack: Well I took some blood samples from your squad and I've notice something.....different. I was told that clones age rapidly unlike normal humans correct?

Y/n: Correct.

Dr Quack: Well I've discover that your aging is....not as the same as other clones. In fact.....your squad aging is.....slow.

Y/n: That's impossible.

Dr Quack: Take a look.

Dr Quack shows it in his computer which he looks at it and sees how different he and his squad are compared to other clones which leaves him confuse.

He move away from the computer and is visibly confuse by this to which he ask him.

Y/n: Are you sure what you are reading is right? Can this be a mistake?

Dr Quack: I've check many times making sure that it isn't a systems glitch or if I have mistaken it but no....its all true. You along with your Squad are the first clones to have slow aging process.

Y/n: (shock) I......I gonna go. Thanks again Doc.

He leaves his office and soon made it out of the hospital was a heavy sigh. He then enters the town and walls pass some clones and citizens talking or relaxing.

He even overheard a few clones talking about a rumour that they'll be getting new clone armor sometime. Then he notice Sonic and Erix talking which he walks up to the two.

Y/n: Sonic, Eric, hey.

Sonic: (smirk) Yo Y/n. How are you feeling?

Y/n: Better. What about you two?

Eric: Same. Hey I know I told your squad but I just want to tell you thank you for saving my life.

Y/n: That's what the Republic does.

Eric: So how long do you think Dr Robotnik will be up there?

Sonic: Probably for a long time. But hey, at least we can relax.

Y/n: (light chuckle) Yeah I think we all deserve some rest after what we have been through. Say, Where's Sal?

Sonic: She's with Rotor, Tails and a few Clone Engineers trying to free Sally's parents from carbonite.

Y/n: Is it hard?

Sonic: Tails told me Eggman must have modified the carbonite so it would make it harder to release them.

Y/n: Say have you seen my squad anywhere?

Eric: They're at Creams place having some tea.

Y/n: Thanks Eric. See you two later.

He walks away and soon arrives at Creams house. He opens the door to his squad with Vanilla, Cream, Cheese and Chocola and when they see Y/n they cheered.

Rusher: (smile) Look whose up last.

Brains: (smile) Glad to see you awake Y/n.

Cream: (smile) Yeah we are all worry you would never wake up. Do you like some tea?

Y/n: Sure kid, that be nice.

Y/n sat down and soon Cream came back with tea for him which he takes and then takes a drink.

Y/n: (smile) Thanks Cream, this is good.

Cream: (smile) You're welcome.

Cleaner: So we can all say this might be the last time we crash.

Rusher: Can't keep any promises.

Y/n: How is our ship?

Brains: Suffered critical damage. May take a long time to have it all fix. Right now we have no ship.

Y/n: Guess we'll be sticking with gunships for now on.

Brains: Sounds about right.

Vanilla: (smile) For now you boys deserve some break after what yous been through.

Y/n: Our thoughts exactly.

And so they hang out with Cream and Vanilla for hours and soon they were behing called to meet with General Zack. We see the Squad making their way to see General Zack and during this walk Y/n decided to tell his brothers which he did.

Y/n: Hey I think this might be a good time that I should tell you all something important.

Brains: What is it?

Y/n: Dr Quack inform me that our aging has been slow down unlike other clones that are rapidly aging.

Rusher: I don't buy it.

Y/n: Dr Quack has proof and he's right. Our aging is different to other clones.

Brains: That's......hard to believe. We are inform that we rapidly age twice as fast than normal humans. Noth the other way around.

Cleaner: I sorta believe him. I mean why would he lie?

Brains: That's true. You don't lie to us.

Rusher: What should we do about this?

Y/n: I don't know. Let's focus on meeting with the General.

Soon they arrive at the command centre which they open the door to see both General Zack and Padawan Javier which they saluted to them.

Y/n: You wanted to see us sirs.

Zack: (smile) It's not just us you'll be meeting.

They are a bit confuse when a hologram table opens to reveal the Chancellor of the Republic, Sheeve Palpatine which immediately the commandos saluted to him.

Palpatine: (hologram) Noble Squad, I have heard tales of your battles and your battle at the Death Egg. Not to mention to rescue of both King and Queen of Mobius. Whe news is spread about this, the citizens of the Republic were amazed of your actions. Not to mention disable their ultimate weapon.

Y/n: We did what we thought was best sir.

Palpatine: (hologram) And the citizens of the Republic is thankful. As Chancellor of the Republic it is great honour to congratulate Noble Squad for their heroic work. Once this war is over your names shall be remembered from future generations of the Republic. Continue your services for the Republic.

Noble Squad: Sir yes sir!

Palpatine disconnects ans after that Zack sense something wrong so he ask.

Zack: Is something bothering you four?

Y/n and the rest look at each other and then Y/n step forward and tells Zack.

Y/n: We were inform by Dr Quack that our aging is different to other clones. That we age slower than other clones. It may sound stupid but he pull up proof that it is true.

Zack looks shock by this and then he lower his head as if he knew about this.

Zack: Padawan, leave us.

Javier nodes and leaves the room. Once they are alone Zack looks up at then and confuses.

Zack: It's true. You four are the only clones that ages slowly than other clones.

This shocks them as they look at each other then Brains ask.

Brains: How do you possibly know that?

Zack: Because I've accidentally found this out many years ago. I was at Kamimo during the first months of the Clone wars and I wanted to know the clones that I am serving with. However when I pull up your files I've discover that you four age twice as slow than other clones. Seeking answers I speak this with Nala Se and what she told me stunned me. It turns out there was a group of Kaminoans that was trying to fix the rapidly aging process from clones and did some tests. Many clones would to fail except for four clones which was you four. This was way back before the Clone wars so your aging was slow. They try to do it again when a incident happen. One of the experiment clones broke out and attack the Kaminoans, destroying theie research and even destroy the facility. They managed to save the four of yous but without their studies or anything, they can't do the same to the other clones.

Rusher: (shock) So....this means we are the only four clones that ages slower than other clones?

Zack: Yes. They wish to keep it in secret so when they request me to keep this secret...I complay.

Y/n: (shock) So we were apart of an experiment by the Kaminoans?

Zack: Correct. I'm very sorry for keeping this secret from the four of yous but if enemies would to find this out than you four would've been harmed. I hope you can forgive me for this.

There was silence from the squad as they look at each other, thinking about this news for a moment and then Y/n spoke.

Y/n: Even so that doesn't stop us fighting for the Republic. We'll still fight no matter what.

The squad agree which pleases Zack. He approaches them and place his hand on Y/n.

Zack: (smile) Your squad are the best I can ask for. And I am proud to have you within my ranks.

The squad smile and with that they leave the command centre and get some rest. We then see Sally at the balcony of her castle when Y/n approachs her and comforts her.

The two hold hands as Sally smiles at him which he smiles in return and the two stare up at the night sky from above.

(Meanwhile)

At the Death Egg we see Jessica at the bridge with her battle droid crew as the Republic Fleet has surrounded the Death Egg.

Jessica: Is all systems back on!

Battle droid: No ma'am.

Jessica: Damn it! Where the hell is Dr Robotnik!? He's been gone for a month!

Battle droid 2: Um ma'am?

Jessica: What?

Battle droid 2: We've detected a small ship escaping the Death Eggs hanger.

Jessica: What?!

The droid reveals it on screen to see the ship successfully passing through the Venators while Jessica is enrage, realising that Dr Robotnik has abandon them.

Soon Republic gunships begins to board in and begins taking out the battle droids. The clones pushes through the battle droids and clearing them out until they reach the bridge.

The bridge doors blows up and Clone troopers rush in, drawing their blasters at Jessica which she has no choice but to raise her hand as she surrenders to the Republic which brings her even more hatred towards Dr Robotnik.

We cut to both Robotnik and Snively making their way back to Mobius so they can rethink new plans to defeat the Republic.
