Bliss was groaning in pain as she opened her eyes, only to see a blurry vision of a mountain of rocks.

She slowly sat up and rubbed her eyes as she tried to stand up but when she did, she fell on her back and groaned in pain again.

"Why do I feel funny?" She looked at her hand and widened her eyes in shock. She noticed her hand was now a paw.

She looked at herself and noticed that she was no longer a hedgehog. She saw a nearby pond and saw that she was now a pink lion.

"What happened to me!?" She suddenly heard talking in the distance.

She turned her head and saw two lions talking. An adult lion and a cub.
She tried to walk but she had a little bit of trouble. After finally getting the hang of it, she walked towards a nearby rocks and hid behind it.

She watched them talk but she couldn't hear what they were saying. She then noticed the adult lion walking away as the cub just stood there.

After waiting a bit, she starting walking towards him.

"Hey kid."

He looked at her and asked,

"Who are you?"

"I'm Bliss. I'm usually a hedgehog but somehow I turned into a lion."

He laughed and said, "You're funny. I'm Simba."

"What are you doing here all alone?"

"My uncle Scar has a surprise for me and my dad so he told me to wait for him."

"Oh cool."

Suddenly, a lizard came down from a tree that was above Simba and started crawling by their feet. Simba growled at it and started roaring at it.

"What are you doing?"

"Uncle Scar told me to work on my roar because...I nearly put my friend in danger..."

"Oh I'm sorry to hear that." Bliss said as she sat down like a lion.

Simba continued to roar at the lizard until he roared so loudly that it echoed the canon.

Bliss looked around until she started hearing distance hoof steps but there were more than one.

"What was that?"

Simba looked down and saw the pebbles bouncing. They both turned their heads and saw a stampede heading towards them.

Simba gasped as he watched them running.

"Run!"

Bliss started running at all fours with Simba as the stampede started chasing them.

What they didn't know, is that the Hyena's had sent them down towards them as they watched from above.

"Keep running!" Bliss yelled as they ran as fast as they could.

Meanwhile with Mufasa and Zazu, they noticed they herd from the distance.

"Look sire. The herd is on the move." Zazu said.

"Odd."

Suddenly Scar came to him with a scared look on his face.

"Mufasa! Quick! Stampede! In the gorge! Simba's down there!"

"Simba!"

Bliss and Simba continued running as the stampede was now near them. Bliss saw a dead tree in front of them and looked at Simba.

"Up there!"

She grabbed onto him with her teeth and threw him up towards the tree. He held onto it tight and watched Bliss as she continued running still.

"Bliss!"

"Don't worry! I'll go find help!" Bliss said as she was now gone.

Scar, Mufasa and Zazu went to go rescue Simba as Zazu saw him hanging onto the tree.

"Zazu! Help me!"

"You're father's on the way! Hold on!"

"Hurry!"

As Scar and Mufasa were searching for Simba, Zazu pointed at the tree he was hanging on to. Mufasa jumped down to the stampede and rushed towards Simba.

Bliss was able to find an opening between the giant rocks and jumps towards it as she jumps onto the rocks. She started climbing until she reaches the top.

She began to search for help until she noticed another lion trying to help Simba. Bliss sighed in relief as she ran towards the other side to get a better view.

Mufasa was able to save Simba but then the stampede bumped into him which made him fall in.

"Dad!"

Simba looked everywhere but couldn't find him. Suddenly, he jumped out and held onto the rocks. He started climb up as Simba watched.

"Simba!"

Simba turned his head and saw Bliss holding out her paw out for him.

"Grab my hand...er...paw! Grab my paw!"

Simba was about to grab it until he heard his father scream. He turned his head and saw his father falling.

"NOOO!"

Simba quickly jumped down and rushed towards his father.

"Simba! Wait!" Bliss jumped down and followed him.

After a few minutes, Bliss was looking for Simba as she looked carefully at her surroundings.

She coughed a bit as the dust was still around.

"Simba! Simba! Where are you!?"

Suddenly she heard sobbing. She turned her head and saw Simba crying by his father who seems to be not moving.

She was about to run to him but then she saw his Uncle walking towards him. She quickly hid and watched them.

"It was an accident. I didn't mean for it to happen." Simba said in tears.

"Of course you didn't. No one ever means for these things to happen. But the King is dead. And if it weren't for you, he'd still be alive."

Simba cried softly on his arm as Bliss looked at him sadly.

"What am I gonna do?"

"Run away Simba."

Simba looked at his father one last time.

"Run! Run away and never return!"

Simba quickly ran away as Scar sat there. Bliss got worried and went after him.

She soon lost sight of him until she heard evil chuckles. She turned her head and saw some hyenas climbing over the ledge.

She followed them but tried to keep hidden. She reached the top but noticed that they stopped chasing him.

She hid again as they were talking.

"He's as good as dead out there anyway and IF he comes back, we'll kill him."

"Yeah! You hear that! If you ever come back, We'll kill ya!" They started laughing as they walked away.

Once they were gone, she left her hiding spot and walked towards the edge of the cliff. She saw Simba running away into the distance.

She looked down and noticed that the reason the hyenas didn't chase him was because of the sharp plants.

She looked out into the distance with a worried look and decided to try and find him.
