"That's true" Luna Girl said, agreeing with the PJ bat

Wiz: Mario, the whimsical Italian plumber...

"Wait... Mario?!" Catboy asked, recognizing a certain red plumber

"Mario is fighting today?" Poppy asked

"Who is this Mario?" Hailey asked

"They will explain you..." Vampirina answered

"Isn't that the red capped plumber everyone talks about?" Spyro asked

"Maybe it's him" Cynder answered

"Isn't that the blue hedgehog Catboy told me about?" Ratchet asked, remembering some chats he had with a certain blue cat

"I suppose" Ratchet answered

"Uhh... hang on... wasn't Mario one of our friends?" Rocky asked confused

"Maybe their rivality was before we met them" Everest answered

Boomstick, and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle

"Now this will get intense" Nazo said, knowing something was going to happen while Skye was cuddling against him

Wiz: Mario is one of the star children and possesses many special abilities with the intent of protecting his home, the Mushroom Kingdom

"Mushroom Kingdom? In where is that?" Gale asked confused

"We never go there, so we don't know where it is" Chase answered to his mate

With Team Vamp

"I wonder where is that" Hailey said interesed

Wiz: Even as a baby, he was obviously destined for greatness

"Like Nosy?" Demi said, knewing about a certain vampire kid that Sonic likes to be with

"Maybe" It was all Vee can say for now

"Mario now sounds like me and Tails" Emily said with a little blush after mentioning about a certain yellow fox she is interesed in

"Whoever is that Tails, it looks like Emily is interesed in him" Hailey said, thinking that Emily had something with him

They see Mario as a baby and surrounded by Yoshis including the familiar green one.

With Team PJ

"Look guys! It's Yoshi!" Gecko said in excitment, remembering a green dinosaur that he knows as one of his best buddies

"Aww... look at the baby..." Ladybug cooed

Boomstick: When you got an army of dinosaurs serving you before you can speak, you know you're gonna do great things

"I always knewed dinosaurs can bring you good luck" Gecko said excited

"I better write this down" Batarina said, getting out a notebook

"Beats me, a lot of persons say that" Poppy said, knowing that a lot of humans are saying that

Wiz: Plus, he's a powerhouse, with the strength to lift heavy objects and crush enormous castles. He
also uses his bare fists to smash solid brick

With Team Paw

"Wow! He sounds like me!" Rubble said excited

"Yep! Mario is just like you" Zuma said

Boomstick: With his jumping skills and weight, he can pound and crush his foes into oblivion.
And if he needs some extra fire power, well he's got an entire arsenal of power ups

"That's true, Mario has a lot of power-ups" Chase said, knowing about the plumber's powers

"Hmm... that may sound familiar..." Gecko said, looking at Catboy

"It really looks like Blaze's flame powers" Catboy said with a little blush on his face after mentioning a certain cat princess he knows

"Oooh... and that Blaze must be someone you're interesed in" Batarina joked

"N-No, she's just a friend" Catboy said with a red face

"By the look of your face, you look like you really like that Blaze" Aquafish added

"Shut up, Fishy! You also had the same face I had with Ratchet" Catboy said still blushing

Now this time also Aquafish blushed after remembering about a certain lombax she met a long time ago

The Fire Flower looks like a flower with... eyes. When Mario touches it, his clothes change color; his overalls are now red and his shirt and cap are white

"Have you guys ever imagine if Blaze had that power-up?" Owlette asked intrigued

"I have a lot of ideas..." Catboy said with his knees and tail in his face to hide his blush from everyone, while thinking of how Blaze will look if she get that flower

"I think the kitty boy already knows" Luna Girl said, knowing that Catboy was thinking about the cat princess while he was hiding his face in his knees and tail

With Team Sonic

"Hm... I wonder where I can get that" Blaze said, interesed in that flower

"Have you guys ever thought how will she look like if she get that flower?" Silver asked

"I think I know someone who will think that" Amy said sarcastic

"Yeah! That kitty boy" Rouge said, knowing that Catboy was someone who would think about that

"I think Mr Catboy is already thinking about that about Mrs Blaze" Cream said, thinking that her idol was thinking that about Blaze

Now that make Blaze have a little blush on her face, thinking of how Catboy will react to that

"Let's continue" Owlette said, defending her leader

"Thanks for that, Owlette" Catboy said to himself, still blushing and hiding

Boomstick: Really? I always thought the flower was really spicy

"Like Blaze" Catboy thinked, still hiding and blushing, with Gecko patting his back

"That kinda sounds like Celia" Ladybug said, thinking about her cousin

"Yep! Everyone says she's a spicy and hot girl" Owlette said, remebering about a certain girl with an eagle armor

"Well, I heard she is getting married now, so I hope whoever is her husband can help her with the boys problems" Batarina said, thinking about some rumors about the Eagle Girl

With Mega Man

"Why do I have a feeling that someone of the Pj Masks heard about my engagement" Celia asked, when she felt something on her nerves

"Well, I guess the people are doing rumors about us, and maybe the Pj Masks know about it" Linda said as Celia nodded in agreement

"I wonder who are those Pj Masks" X said, thinking who were the heroes Linda and Celia mentioned

"Whoever are they, they already know about me and Celia's engagement" Zero said with X nodding in agreement

"Let's continue" Ladybug said

"You are really like Blaze, Mario" Catboy said, still blushing

impressive agility and swimming faster than an olympic athletic underwater.

"Cool, Mario" Gecko said impressed

Boomstick: The only problem is, no one's gonna take him seriously wearing that thing. Ha ha! Aah, look at him

Everyone who was watching the battle, except Mario and Peach, laughed and chuckled at Frog Mario

"How embarrasing" Mario muttered

"Boomstick!" Peach shouted in anger

Boomstick: It seems Mario is always popping shrooms to get more power. And with the Mega Mushroom he gets GINORMOUS, mowing down people, plants, environments, hell, everything

Everyone watching jaw dropped after Mario obtains an enormous yellowish-orange Mushroom with Red spots. When he does, he grows several stories high and is now moving at a jogging pace, but even then, he's still moving pretty fast and every Goomba, Koopa and any other unfortunate creature or obstacle in his way is demolished.

With Team PJ...

"Wow! It reminds me when I used that machine that turned me giant" Gecko said, remembering one of his old adventures with his friends

Wiz: Mario has battled a larger variety of enemies than any Video Game hero. Whenever the foe is large or small, scary or goofy, dumb or deadly, nothing has ever proved too much for him

"That's true" Catboy said, getting his face out of his knees

"He's still blushing for Blaze" Gecko muttered to himself

Boomstick: Except for keeping track of his woman

"Huh?" All PJs said at the same time

Boomstick: She's always getting kidnapped and he's always showing up at the wrong castle

Everyone (except Mario and his friends) were laughing at Mario coming to the Princess... only to find a cute little guy with a mushroom as part of his head and saying "Thank you Mario! But our princess is in another castle!"

With Mario...

"I feel embarrased now..." Mario said, hiding his face in his knees and cap, with Peach and Luigi patting his back

Boomstick: Someone needs to throw a GPS tracking bracelet on that b****

"Damn it, Boomstick! You're making Mario feeling worse" Peach shouted, while patting a very embarrased Mario in her side

With Team Sonic...

"*cough* So true *cough*" Knuckles said with a cough

"Knuckles!" Everyone shouted at the red echidna

"What?" Knuckles said nerviously, getting a lot of groans from his teammates

Wiz: He's fairly impulsive and not much of a strategist, preferring to quickly fight his way through problems before thinking things through

"Like Knuckles!" Sonic said joking

"Hey!" Knuckles scoffed

Boomstick: But that doesn't matter, Italy's greatest hero can power through anything!

With Team PJ...

"Yeah! That's right!" Catboy said proudly

Mario: It's-a-me, Mario!

Wiz: Sonic the Hedgehog is the fastest thing alive and a freedom fighter battling to save the world
from the tyrannical, Dr. Ivo Eggman Robotnik

They see Sonic fighting an obese but very scary looking tyrannical madman with glowing red eyes
and a long orange mustache. They assume he also commands an army in an attempt to rule the world. Robotnik's appearance doesn't looks anything much like a human which makes him look ambiguous if he's even human.

Boomstick: He's not so bad for a tree-hugging hippie

With Ratchet and Clank...

"Sound like Catboy" Ratchet said, knowing some who was like the hedgehog

"I agree, Catboy it's also a 'tree hugging hippie'" Talwyn added

With Team PJ...

"Why do I feel offended that someone says I'm that type of hippie" Catboy said dissapointed

"Let's just keep going" Gecko said, defending his "big brother"

"It really is..." Ratchet said, thinking of the blue hedgehog and the blue cat's speed

Boomstick: Holy crap! This guy must blow through shoes!

With Team PJ...

"Can't blame you, buddy!" Catboy said, even his speed is like that compared to his hedgehog friend's speed

He's even quite agile when maneuvering through all the obstacles and environments at high speeds. They notice he's moving so fast that his legs are blurry and shaped like an infinity (or an eight laying horizontal)

Wiz: He can further increase his speed with his figure 8 technique

"Um... we never see him doing it..." Armadylan said

"We never did" Gecko added

Boomstick: And with his Spin Dash, he can reach top speeds almost instantly. How does this guy
not vomit?

"That's simple! A lot of practice!" Sonic said, answering Boomstick's question

Wiz: During his adventures, he has used a variety of different shields to improve his abilities. Each
shield can deflect minor projectiles and has environmental advantages Though, they will disintegrate after blocking a deadly blow

Boomstick: Why do we keep mentioning water you may ask, cause he can't freakin swim!

"Now I get it" Hailey said, knowing what the shield can do

Wiz: Sonic's ultimate power-up, however isn't a shield after a shield after all. After absorbing thousands of power rings during his adventures, Sonic an embodiment of Chaos

With Mega Man...

"Wait... is he talking about those emeralds the PJs went to look for?" Linda said, remebering something

"So those emeralds were the reason the Pj Masks weren't in Tarascoville" Rock said, remembering the last time he saw the PJs

Wiz: Using the power of the seven Chaos Emeralds, Sonic can tap into their incredible power and summon the form of Super Sonic

"That sounds like your Super Adaptor form, Mega" Roll said to her brother

"Kind of" That was all Mega Man could say

Wiz: Not to mention his speed is increased a thousand fold

"That's a lot!" Marcus said surprised

Boomstick: But as with most things that are unbelievably powerful, it has a time limit. Without a steady supply of power rings, it can't even last a full minute

Marcus groaned in disappointment and the others chuckled at him

"Always like that, bro" Celia said while she chuckled

Wiz: And when the form finally subsides, Sonic returns to normal at peak physical form, regardless of his condition prior to the transformation

Boomstick: While Sonic's risking his life, saving the world from all kinds of dangerous robots and demigods, he's kind of a dick

With Team Sonic...

"What?!" Sonic said in an offensive tone

Wiz: Sonic is cocky, arrogant and addicted to action. He gets cranky and unstable when he's cooped up for too long

"Yeah! But he's still our leader!" Amy said in an angry tone

"Thanks for that, Amy" Sonic muttered while blushing

Boomstick: And if you ignore him, hah he'll straight up leave you!

They watch Sonic, who looks pissed and displeased, as he jumps off the stage when the player never touched the controller to make him
move after 3 minutes. He must be VERY impatient.

With Mega Man...

"He really is impatient" X said displeased

"Like Catboy" Linda said, getting nods from Rock and Celia

"And Marcus" Celia added

"Hey!" Marcus said offended, while everyone chuckled

Wiz: But despite his rough personality, he'll do whatever it takes to save the day

Sonic dodges a laser made by a robotic wasp from it's stinger and Sonic makes a comment.

Sonic: Ooh, I like to hang, but I gotta juice!

The former PJ Hunters chuckled at that, while the others laughed

Wiz: Alright the combatants are set, let's end this debate once and for all

Boomstick: But first, I gotta get me some rocket boots so l can run like Sonic

Wiz: What? Where are you gonna get the money for rocket boots?

Boomstick: Netflix?

Team Mario: Spyro's team and Mario's team

Team Sonic: Ratchet and Clank's team, Team Vamp, Team Sonic, Team Paw, Mega Man's team and Klonoa's team

Neutral: Team PJ

Boomstick: But right now, it's time for a Death Battle

Out in an open field, the teams sees Sonic sitting calmly in the field but he looks like he's losing his
patience. Suddenly, they hear a sound from that green pipe and Mario emerges from it. Sonic jumps
back to give him space as Mario jumps to the ground.

Sonic: Alright, chubby! let's settle this!

Marcus: Ooh! It's on!

Luigi: Here it goes

Sonic get's into his fighting stance while Mario adjusts his cap on his head.

Sonic: Ready to start it, Mario?

Mario responds in agreement.

Mario: Lets-a-Go!

Sonic: The answer I wanted!

FIGHT!

Due to being the faster of the two, Sonic attacks Mario with a speedy combo of kicks and sends him
flying back. Mario lands on the green pipe he emerged from and decides to bring extra fire power to the game. Mario pulls a fire
flower out his pocket, absorbs it and becomes Fire Mario as he launches a barrage of bouncing
fireballs towards to blue hedgehog.

Mario: What is Sonic going to do?

Yoshi: Yoshi? (Dodge the attacks?)

With effort, Sonic manages to dodge all the fireballs but gets
caught off guard by Mario's fire slide.

Mario: Wah-ha!

Sonic: What the?!

Ratchet: Uh oh! He didn't dodged that!

Mario punches and kicks Sonic a few times before grabbing him.

Mario: Here we go!

Peach: Alright!

Daisy/Spyro: Go Mario!

Mario spins in a tornado like fashion while still holding on to Sonic. With enough momentum
gained, Mario throws Sonic against the pipe and Sonic bounces back towards the plumber who
uses his cape to uppercut Sonic, which allows him to knock him towards the ground, lariats him in a fiery aura and kicks him back.

Chase: I don't like this...

X: I don't know if Sonic will survive that...

Sonic slides back but he's still standing. The teams were awed that Sonic took that kind of beating and he's still standing.

Linda: Looks like he did...

Marcus: Good!

Sonic: Phew! Close one!

Mario charges a huge amount of flame into his arms and thrusts his hands forward; A huge vortex
of flames swirls towards Sonic as the teams watches in awe but also in shock as Sonic doesn't even try to dodge as he's engulfed in the flames.

Celia: What's Sonic doing? He is going to kill himself!

Zero: He must have a trick on his sleeve...

As the flames cleared, Sonic is unscathed and he's surrounded in his Fire Shield. Sonic dashes forward with flame dash and rams Mario several time before Mario counters with his hammer. The collision caused a huge explosion and the screen goes black.

Mario/Sonic: What the--?!

Gecko: What happened?

Owlette: I don't know, Gecko

Mario throws a punch but Sonic dodges. Sonic hits Mario with his homing attack. Mario hits back with his Super Jump Punch and for some reason, coins appear. Mario is now a frozen statue as Sonic is
waiting.

Sonic: Aren't you going to attack, Mario?

Mario: What?! What happened to me?!

Klonoa: Sonic is getting impatient...

The screen changes as the teams now sees Mario flying in the air as Cape Mario and Sonic running along at high speed. To even the odds, Sonic summoned the Lightning Shield and dashes towards a massive volcano... with a sad little face.

Luigi: (gulps)

Toad: Not good...

Both Mario and Sonic are inside the volcano as they stare at each other at opposite sides. However, the teams spots something between the two fighters; a strange bomb with legs and cute eyes. The bomb is aware of it's intruders and informs the others nearby. They all made strange noises as Sonic responds with a confused look but Mario has
a shocked expression on his face as if he's seen them before.

Tails: Those are bombs!

Mario: Oh no...

Mario: Mama mia!

Mario: Just the thing I was going to say!

The entire volcano explodes as Sonic and Mario are sent hurtling out of the explosion and Sonic
ends up crashing into a nearby lake. Sonic sinks to the bottom like a rock as Sonic summons the
bubble shield to help him breath. However, before Sonic could do anything, Mario enters the lake
with his frog suit and ground pounds Sonic which destroys his bubble shield. As Mario swims away, Sonic try to jump out of the water but no avail. Sonic starts hearing a familiar haunting tune
everytime he's nearly out of air.

Sonic: I'm drowning!

Batarina: Oh no... Sonic's drowning!

Even the tune is nerve tensing to the teams as they watch Sonic, in desperation, tries to "run" out of
the water but his efforts are futile.

Ladybug: Nada bien...

Marcus: Come on, Sonic! Don't give up!

As he's about to drown, his eyes sport a green emerald shape. The screen fades to white and everything is silent.

Sonic: Looks like it's not the end for me...

Everyone had a feeling Sonic might have drowned but they also feel he isn't losing that easily.

Linda: Was that a Chaos Emerald?

X: I guess it's not over yet for Sonic...

Catboy: Sonic... this is not the end for you...

Mario: I think Sonic is still alive

Mario is now seen swimming to the surface but he and the teams watching hear a chilling god like voice.

?: Now I'll show you!

Marcus: Ooh! I know what is going to happen!

Mario is now hit by a golden blur that sends them both to the surface and out of the lake. The teams
stared in awe as they see Sonic in his super form.

Linda: You got this, Sonic!

Super Sonic: How's that plumber?

Mario pulls out his Metal Cap and puts it on.

Mario: Woo-hoo!

Popka: Uh oh...

In a flash, Mario's body is now a shiny, coated steel and lands on the ground with a loud crash that
sends a small shockwave around him which kicked up dirt and stone. Mario was on a knee, stands up
and stares at the golden hedgehog who powers up and charges forward.

Vampirina: Be careful, Sonic...

Everyone watches the unstoppable force meets the immovable object.

Mega Man: Sonic is going to face him

X: Let's hope he gets him

After the collision which also created an explosion, Team Sonic jaw dropped that Mario CAUGHT Super Sonic and didn't even budge an inch.

Sonic: What?! That's impossible!

Mario: Woohoo!

Catboy: What the--?! How?!

The immovable object wins here.

Marcus: Aw man!

Celia: I hope it's not over yet...

Metal Mario throws Super Sonic to the side as Sonic attacks him again but no dice. He is, however, managing to push Metal Mario a few inches. Metal Mario side kicks the gold hedgehog away and pulls a Starman out of his pocket. The
plumber is now a glowing rainbow of colors as the combined powers of the Metal Cap and Starman helped even the odds. Mario rushes forward, somersaults onto Sonic and bashes him in a whirlwind of fists and energy which sends Sonic
flying (despite being invulnerable, he FELT that).

Marcus: What in the world?!

Ladybug: Oh no...

Sonic and his boys jaw dropped

Sonic: Is it very hard to defeat a double power-up?!

Tails: They are too powerful!

Super Sonic: So you're a bit tougher than I thought, huh? But now it's time for me to finish... this...

Before Sonic could finish his sentence, Mario summons the Mega Mushroom and now he's a giant.

Super Sonic: Whoa...

Gecko: Uh oh! Not good!

Marcus: Not now!

Super Sonic speedblitz Mario at many angles but no damage is done on him. Mario doesn't even flinch.

Hailey: Sonic is like a bug for a giant red plumber...

Mario: I don't think Sonic can beat me as a giant

Luigi: Yeah! You're bigger than him with that mushroom!

The girls were stunned again that Super Sonic can't even damage Mega Mario. Luigi and Yoshi were even laughing that Sonic looks like a pesky yellow bug buzzing around Mario's head.

Yoshi: Yoshi yoshi! (You got him, Mario!)

Luigi: Yep! You totally got him!

Mario had enough and landed a well timed punch against the pest that Sonic was, which sent him
back. As Sonic was about retaliate, all the power rings he had were gone and Sonic turns back to
normal.

Sonic: Uh-oh...

Marcus: The Super Form is out!

Mega Man: And in the worst moment...

Sonic falls to the ground and speeds away with his Figure 8 technique as Mario gives chase who manages to keep up.

Sonic: You're too slow!

Despite keeping up, Sonic leaves Mario in the dust as Mario slowly turns back to normal size.

Mario: D'oh!

Toad: Oh no! Problems!

Klonoa: Looks like Sonic is about to strike!

Mario is tired out as Sonic turns around.

Sonic: Now's my chance!

All Sonic's Teams: Now Sonic!

Sonic uses his spindash and knocks Mario back and forth, mid-air. With Mario stunned, Sonic jumps up, axe kicks him into the earth and turns
into a living buzzsaw. Sonic's sharp spines tears up Mario's back and insides as he's screaming in pain.
Blood is spilled and sprayed everywhere.

Mario: What the--?!!

Sonic: Whoa!

The teams cringed and the male PJs, Mega Man, Popka, Sparx, Knuckles, Silver, Demi, Rocky and Batarina suddenly felt sick.

Catboy:(feeling sick) Oh my-- (covers mouth)

Gecko:(feeling sick) What was that all about? (Covers mouth)

X: Rock, are you okay?

Mega Man:(feeling "sick") I'm... fine... (covers mouth)

Luigi: I think I'm going to get sick (covers mouth)

When Sonic stopped, Mario is nothing but a shredded mess and nearly torn in half in a pool of
his own blood. Marcus was also feeling sick and slightly turned green.

Marcus:(turns green) I need to go to the bathroom! (Runs off while covering his mouth)

K.O!

Despite the gory scene, Tails, Ratchet and Klonoa were whooping how awesome and fast paced the fight was while Mario and Spyro were also impressed.

On with the results.

Boomstick: Now that's whatl call a Death Battle!

With Team PJ...

"It really was!" Owlette said proudly

"That was amazing!" Ladybug said

The females then turned to the sick ones who were in the bathroom, and they could hear them throwing up

"Poor boys" Luna Girl said as she looked at the bathroom

Wiz: Their power-ups seemed evenly matched, countering blow for blow

Boomstick: Mario was even capable of countering the unstoppable Super Sonic

With Mega Man...

"He has a point in there" Zero said, while Celia nodded in agreement

Wiz: But with their arsenals exhausted, Mario was no match for Sonic's natural speed

"Speed rules!" Marcus said and the other chuckled

They all nodded at that. Despite being strong, tough and resilient, Mario lacks speed feats comparable to that of Sonic's which means Sonic was untouchable.

Wiz: Even if they used lesser known power-ups such as the Ice Flower and Super Emeralds, there's no reason to say the result would be any different

With Mario...

"Maybe, but I don't think that will be fair for both of us" Mario said, thinking that those power-ups could be unfair for him and Sonic

Boomstick: Look's like Mario just couldn't keep up

Everyone laughed and chuckled at the pun, but Mario just rolled his eyes in disappoinment

Wiz: The winner is Sonic The Hedgehog

With Team Sonic...

"Alright!" Sonic shouted victorious

With Mario...

"Well deserved, Sonic" Mario said, even thought he lost, he was proud of his friendly rival

After the battle, everyone looked at the trailer. It showed a black ninja in one side of the battlefield, alongside a blue android who was tall and had a blue armor

With Team Sonic...

"That was a black ninja?!" Tails shouted

"But... who was the other one?" Manic asked, unknowing who was the blue android

With Team PJ...

"Was that... Mega Man?" Catboy asked confused

"Hey! Did Mega Man looked... taller than before?" Gecko said confused

"No... that persona was..." Ladybug said as she realized who was the android

Mega man's team and Ladybug: X!

"Wait?! Who?!" Owlette said when she saw that Ladybug somehow knewed him

"X... my sister's boyfriend..." Ladybug explained

Now the PJs were surprised that the android was Linda's boyfriend

With Mega Man...

"Looks like you're entering to the ring, big bro" Mega Man said, patting his adoptive brother's back

"Let's see if I can handle whoever was that black ninja" X said a little worried
