Ignis was walking around with Jacky as they had a chat for the game modes.

Jacky: So far, which game modes in Brawl town you like the most?

Ignis began writing to Jacky and then showed her what he wrote.

"So far, I enjoy Gem Grab for the intensity of the matches"

Jacky: Nice choice, I actually like Siege.

Ignis then wrote to Jacky.

"You mean that mode where you collect bolts to summon a robot to destroy some sort of turret?"

Jacky: Yeah, you mean you haven't tried Siege?

Ignis nodded.

Jacky: Well why don't you try it? I'll cheer ya on you know.

She winked at Ignis as he stared at her before writing something to her.

"That's sweet of you"

Jacky: Thanks. I wanna see how you *drill* the red team, whoever it is.

Ignis then gave her a thumbs up.

"Minutes later"

Ignis was registered and it was his first Siege match. He was paired with Bull, whom he fought at Duo Showdown once and finally Nani. A small robot with a red Ball behind her head, she was programmed by Pam to look after Jessie while she's busy. The team they were fighting against  consisted of Sprout, Mr P and Tara.

Jacky: The team that they are fighting are great on the Siege competitve scene but I bet Ignis can handle this, he's a quick thinker.

Ignis stood beside Bull.

Bull: Ayo, I am charge of this match so you better listen what I say. Got it?

Ignis gave him a thumbs up with a chilled expression.

Nani: I am so happy, this is gonna be fun!

Her small flying robot named Peep looked around before looking back at Nani.

The match started and the teams were marching towards the center of the battlefield. Sprout made the first move and he threw his fertilized balls at Bull but he dodged the attacks. Tars began throwing her tarot cards at Nani but she countered back with her laser balls. Ignis collected 2 bolts but Mr P began launching his suit cases at him and one hit the wall and then fell on the other side and exploded which sent Ignis back away. The fiery spirit tried to tackle the penguin but he launched more suit cases at him. Bull took cared of Tara as she eliminated Nani but soon to return.

Sprout: Path cleared!

He launched a big seed and created a wall upon landing which blocked Bull.

Bull: Ignis, take care of the penguin.

Ignis swinged his hammer at and hit the penguin once but he fought back with his suit case. Mr P dodged another swing and he then used his super and launched in a bag which contained his porters, one small penguin porter appeared.

Jacky: In come the porters.

Ignis smashed the porter but another one would spawn. Mr P was laughing as he launched his suit cases at Ignis, but he did his flips and dodged all the attacks.

Bull: Nice moves...
Jacky: I didn't knew that hot stuff could do that, it was surprising.

Then Tara used her super and pulled both Bull and Ignis into the portal and they got damages by the explosion and got eliminated. Even though they got eliminated, they managed to collect up to 4 bolts and summoned a level 4 Siege bot and began walking towards the red ike turret as it was followed by Nani as she eliminated Sprout. Then Ignis and Bull respawned.

Bull: Nice, the first bit is ours! Let's go!

Ignis and Bull ran to deal damage to the turret. Bull used his super and charged straight forward to the turret and dealed a ton of damage along with the Siege bot and his team mates but the robot was destroyed and then the ike turret began attacking Bull and eliminated him but Ignis and Nani managed to escape it's line of sight.

Nani: Come, let's collect more bolts to win this.

Ignis nodded as he went to collect bolts but Tara attacked him.

Nani: Be careful!

She used her super and controlled Peep as he went head first and hit Tara and sent her away. Sprout began firing his balls at Nani and eliminated him as it was all on him now.

Jacky: Come on! You can take them!

Ignis was in 3 on 1 situation, Mr P began launching his suit cases but Ignis jumped and lunged at the penguin and tackled him to the blue ike turret lane and his team's ike turret began firing at the Mr P and eliminated him.

Tara and Sprout tried to summon they're bot, so far they collected 7 bolts while the blue team had 3. Bull then joined Ignis and the two managed to surround Tara and Sprout. She launched her cards at the duo but Ignis used his super and shielded himself and Bull as they eliminated the mythic brawlers.

Bull: That was awesome! Let's collect the bolts so we can win.

Ignis nodded and the two and soon Nani joined them began collecting more bolts and in the end it was 11 for the blue team and 8 for the red team. The red team tried to stop them but it was too late as a level 11 Siege bot was summoned.

Jacky: Nice! They got this in the bag!

Mr P was frustrated that he and his team were about to lose. He then launched hi suit case at Ignis and hit his leg and the metal boot was seperated from his leg and fell down. The spirit began to hold his leg in pain, half of the flames on the leg disappeared. Jacky was fuming in the anger after what she saw.

Jacky: What the *drill* did that stupid penguin do to my man!

Ignis then watched on the bot and Bull as they destroyed the ike turret and won the game. Nani came to Ignis.

Nani: Are you okay?

Ignis pulled out his notepad and wrote to Nani.

"No, I am injured"

Then Bull came to them.

Bull: What is going on?
Nani: Ignis injured himself.

Bull then saw the metal boot lying around and grabbed it and he then walked up to Ignis and tried to out it on his leg but there was no flame visible.

Bull: Why won't this darn thing enter your foot?!

Ignis wrote something to Bull and Nani.

"It won't budge cause my flame went off, it's usually a flame spirit's limb and It'll take time for it to heal"

Nani: That's horrible!
Bull: Come on, we'll get out of here.

He pulled Ignis up and put him on his back and carried him off the arena as Nani followed.

They were in the lobby and where approached by Jacky.

Jacky: Ignis, are you alright?
Nani: Ignis lost a limb, it'll take time for it to recover.
Bull: I am now sending him home.
Jacky: I promise I'll take care of you while you recover, Iggy.

Normal Ignis didn't like the nickname but he would let it slide since he's in a relationship with Jacky.

Bull: Wait, don't you work in a mine?
Jacky: Oh *drill*, I forgot I have work in the next 2 days.

Ignis then wrote something to Jacky.

"It's alright, I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself, even when injured"

Jacky: Not on my watch mister! From now I am in charge and responsible for you.
Bull: You hear that Ignis, your lady loves to care for you.

Ignis then wrote something to Bull.

"I at least have a cute girlfriend, how many girlfriends did you have in the past?"

Jacky blushed and Bull grit his teeth at what he recieved as a response.

Bull: Why you-
Nani: No fights here, there's no need for violence!
Jacky: The robot is right and plus even if you tried to punch him wouldn't you get burned?
Bull: Alright, but still it was nice to tag with you, let's get you home.

"Hours later"

Ignis was on his bed resting after the concussion he recieved after the Siege match. Then Jacky came to him as she was dressed pajamas.

Jacky: Hey, mind if I sleep with you tonight? It's just I don't wanna leave you alone.

Ignis motioned for her to hop on as he changed into his human form. His injured foot was all scratched while he is in his human form.

Jacky: Oh yes!

She laid next to him.

Jacky: Listen, even though I have work tomorrow I'll still have someone to look after you since your injured.

Ignis gave her a note.

"It's not necessary, I am fine on my own"

Jacky: Nah, I don't want you to be alone, you would need some company.

Ignis then sighed and gave her a thumbs up which meant that he couldn't argue with that.

Jacky: Ha, got you good!

She kissed left cheek and he blushed.

Jacky: I'll love you till the very end, honey.

Ignis blushed and then wrote something to her.

"Honey?"

Jacky: Yeah like how you called me that once and I am now returning you the favour.

She smiled in glee until Ignis pulled her into a passionate kiss before seperating from her.

Jacky: Oh so you wanna got at it eh?

Ignis then wrote something to her.

"I don't know what you mean 😏"

Jacky: Come on, don't play dumb with me mister, I know that look from men anywhere.

Ignis then shrugged and he then kissed Jacky again and she kissed back as they were on the bed made of coal.
