I yawned for the one hundred and one time. I was so tired and bored but If I wanted to pass this semester like always I have to stay awake and alert.

"The cardiovascular system delivers oxygen, nutrients, hormones, and other important
substances to cells and organs in the body. It plays an important role in helping the body meet the demands of activity, exercise, and stress. It also helps maintain body temperature, among other things" The lecturer said so fast reading from his notes.

I wrote them down as quickly as I could because I knew the man didn't care how much it was he was going to continue.

"There are several diseases attacking the cardiovascular system and among all are:
Heart failure.
Heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy)
Heart valve disease.
Pericardial disease.
Peripheral vascular disease.
Rheumatic heart disease.
Stroke.
Vascular disease (blood vessel disease)
Coronary artery disease(CAD)"

I again wrote them down as quickly as I could but paused at CAD.

The reason for my dad's death. Little me was fascinated with the big word not thinking of the danger such interesting word poses.

The fun of it went away like a fog when I saw my dad lying on the bed like he couldn't afford to stand.

The breeze blew my tears away and I was forced to blink due to the sharp sting in my eyes.

My attention was regained back into reality and mildly away from my thoughts as they still wander about.
