Ariadne Faye Hill
{ nickname }
Aria or Ari
{ age }
23
{ gender }
female
{ species }
human
{ powers/abilities }
none
{ sexuality }
bisexual
{ appearance }
Barbara Palvin
{ personality }
Aria summed up in a few words would be sarcastic, honest, independent, and funny. She can be kind and loving when she wants to be, but mostly that's saved for the people she loves and cares about most. They're the ones who have taken the time to get to know her for who she really is.
{ job/occupation }
fashion designer for Mia Collins, a high end online shopping company (miacollins.com)*
{ likes }
Aria loves dogs, she has two. They're her children, and she loves them dearly. She also enjoys reading and writing, especially poetry, but she doesn't tell anyone about her poetry writing. She also enjoys music and art. She likes fashion.
{ dislikes }
She does not like coconut, and she's actually allergic to it, too. She also hates tomatoes. She does not like the color orange. And she also really hate those people who walk or drive like it's Sunday every day.
{ fears }
Since she is a young woman who lives on her own, she is afraid of being taken advantage of or at least break ins. She also fears bees, since she is allergic to bees (bee stings cause the sting area/limb and throat to swell up, and she almost died because of it once).
{ flaws }
Aria is a very stubborn girl. She's independent, but she can let it get to her head. She is lonely as a woman who is single and living alone, but she pushes people away because she thinks that to be independent she has to be on her own, or lonely.
{ family }
Mother, age 52: Helen Reeves
Father, age 54: Kevin Hill (in prison)
Stepfather, age 55: Jackson Reeves
Maternal grandmother, age 70: Faye Miller
Maternal grandfather, age 75: Octavius "Gus" Miller
{ backstory }
She was raised in a small town in Idaho with a loving mother who protected her from her father at all costs. She had an abusive, drunk father. When she was 13, he nearly killed her mother and she ran away to her grandparents' house, which was a block away, and called the cops. They both lived with them until her mother recovered a few months later. Her dad is still in jail, sentenced to sixty-five years for domestic abuse, attempted murder, and drug possession. She is glad that he is going to die in jail (he'd be 108 when he gets out), and she doesn't ever want to see him. Her mother remarried, and her stepdad is a great guy, more of a dad than her biological dad ever was. She currently makes good money in LA.
{ quote }
"The only person I'll ever need is me. Someone else would be nice, but, well, eh."
{ other }
She's lactose intolerant, but she doesn't give a shit most of the time.

SCENARIO IDEAS
{ scenario 1 }
You and your buddies walk into this prestigious nightclub, one of the best ones in LA, California. It's Friday, you're out to have some fun after the work week, to relax, let loose, maybe pick up a girl (or boy if your character is not straight) to take home.
Then there's the girl. The girl you know you want to take home, or maybe more. The girl you don't want to just have a one night stand with. She's with her friends, wearing a short, black dress that stopped mid-thigh, and it had long sleeves. Then she turned around. The back was open, with crisscrossing silver chains to hold the shoulders up. She had matching strappy, silver heels with her hair back in an updo.
She was gorgeous, perfect in your eyes. Your friends followed your gaze and started to make fun, and you brushed them off, saying that she was nothing, that you didn't care. You didn't want them to know your intentions.
The night goes on, and the girl leaves your mind for the most part as the alcohol enters your body. An hour or so later, you see her again on the dance floor with her girls. A creep, a guy who looked like he was so rich that he could buy the nightclub three times over without a worry in his mind, made his way over to the girl. He grabbed her waist and started grinding against her backside. The look on her face was one that could kill. She tore his hands off of her body, turned around, and slapped him so hard it made his lip bleed, or maybe it was one of the rings on her finger that helped cause this damage. The creep looked outraged as the girl started yelling at him. The looks on both of their faces was that of recognition. They knew each other? Why would someone she knew try and do that to her? Even over the music, you could tell she was loosing her mind at him. He held up his hands and backed away. It was obvious that she had threatened to have security throw him out.
You didn't see either of them until an hour later. You saw the girl give her drink to one of her friends, and she gestured to the back door, and made a motion as if to take a smoke or something. They nodded, and she headed to the back of the nightclub, and she went out the back door. She was obviously drunk, and you were surprised no one told her no or at least went with her. Then you saw the creep follow her out. You knew he was up to no good, and no one else seemed to notice. You told your friends you were going to get some air. They all nodded and let you go before going back to drinking and dancing.
You followed them to the back door and saw that the door was propped with a block of wood one of them had found in the alley this door lead to. You listened to what was going on outside.
"Come on, Ari," the creep said. His voice was even creepier than you had imagined. "There's no one out here to help you now."
"Get off of me, Nathan!" came Ari's voice. It was strong now. She had obviously sobered up quickly to fight off her attacker. There was a sound of skin on skin, and you, worried he had hit her, opened the door finally and went out into the alley. You saw the creep Ari had called Nathan was clutching his left cheek again, his lip bleeding again.
"Who the hell are you?" Nathan spat at you as they both looked at you. Ari looked at you too. She looked worried but angry, too, though you knew the anger wasn't towards you.
What do you do?

- you must be somewhat of a player
- you must have a job that is prestigious enough to get into this nightclub (somewhat famous or be rich enough to get in)
{ scenario 2 }
You started going to Joe's Coffee Shop and Breakfast Stop a month ago since you just moved to LA; it's the same coffee shop Ariadne goes to, but you've never talked to her. You've only seen her in passing, but you know that she's beautiful and smart. You have wanted to talk to her for ages, get to know her, or hey, even ask her out. You hold the door for her as she goes in and you're leaving, or you're waiting in line at the same time. You both also always notice when the other is gone.
You've never even known each others' names because the coffee shop doesn't take names, they just call out your drink order. You know hers, and she knows yours. You always get <insert favorite coffee (besides drip coffee) or tea drink here>. She always gets a large iced caramel macchiato, quad shot with extra, extra caramel drizzle.
One day, you notice that she's gone, then the next. Finally, on the third day, you see her coming up to Joe's and you hold the door for her as she smiles at you. You're glad she's back and that she's okay. She stands in line before you. Five minutes after you both order, the barista calls out your orders together, and you both go to get them at the same time. She smiles at you, and her hand brushes yours as she grabs her drink and you grab yours.
