Chapter 2
"Bye sweetheart." Olive's mother said.
"Oh and don't forget, take that pepper spray. You never know whose out there in the subway. Can't you just stay the night?"
No. Olive didn't want to stay. She wanted to go back home. Leave New York, and go back to Michigan. The flight left tomorrow at 6:00 am and it was already 12:30am.
She was sick of grieving over her fathers death and to deal with her hungover mom before her flight wasn't going to cut it.

"Yeah, I got a flight to Michigan in..." She checked her watch. It was 12:45. "In about 6 hours and 15 minutes." The lady handed her the ticket and she made her way into the depths of the subway.
Unaware of what was to come, she checked her pocket for pepper spray, but she neglected to take it. She shrugged her shoulders and continued into the dimly lit subway.
Olive felt isolated, and the screech of a track made her jump. The most unsettling sound was the faint click of footsteps.......
