Call me crazy, stupid, or ignorant, but I still believe in true love.

No, my view of true love isn't like the Prince Charmings from Disney movies.

A lot of people believe that you're lucky if you find someone who reciprocates your feelings and is someone you can stand living with. 

I don't believe that.

I believe that true love is a continual real-life demonstration of Ephesians 5, Proverbs 31, and 1 Corinthians 13: 4-13 all rolled into one. Sure, it might not be like that of every second of every day during life here on Earth, but you both cling to God and you live by His Word and your relationship will be just as God intends it to be.

With Jesus, all things are possible through Him. He gives us the strength we need.

In marriage, it's important for the man and the woman to keep their focus on God so they will live selflessly. Marriage isn't about what you'll get from your husband, it's about what you'll give to him. 

As Christians, we are called to live like Jesus and be like Him. We are to love our husbands as Christ loves the Church, and He gave EVERYTHING just to be with us. 

That's how it should be in a marriage.
