Manik's pov

The girl I love with all my heart is standing two feet away, staring in my eyes as if she's trying to analyze my each and every action and all I could do is just stand here totally numb. I wonder what good I've done in my previous birth that I have been blessed with this angel, but does a devil like me deserve an angel like her? Don't she deserves something good because am sure as hell not the right one for her.

She is waiting for me to speak up but what should I tell her? What should I decide? Should I be selfish Manik all over again? Or should I do at least one right thing and leave her? She said she holds nothing against me but here I've already disowned myself long back. I broke her in million pieces but still she didn't said anything to me but blessed me with all the goodness. I can't be selfish, I just can't.

Tears eloped from my eyes as I realized that I have to let her go, but then again I looked at my angel, she looks so lost, so broken and again the reason is me. I just feel like choking myself to death, why can't I just keep this girl happy? Why am so incapable of doing one right thing in my good for nothing life?

Nandini: "if you want to take time, take your own time Manik. I can wait lifetime for you.".. she said with only pain in her tone but then I can see that hope in her eyes which was always there, which made me go with the flow.

I still remember all those sleepless nights, which haunted me these years in her absence. Me lying on an empty bed, feeling deep hole inside my soul, with her I was complete but without her I was nothing but a lost bird without the hope of getting back to home any day. She was an angel but it was me who tainted every inch of our beautiful relationship, she was right that day when she said that it was my own doings which had destroyed everything.

Manik: "Nandini main.....".. I fumbled, not being able to put right arrangement of words and frame a coherent sentence. No justification can ever be enough, when I was lost in my own dilemma. She held my hand and looked at me with her doe like eyes, which is all swelled and puffy because of continuous crying. But I must say- she still look like an angel descended straight from the heaven.

Can't you be selfish today Manik? ..my inner conscience shouted but then all I can recall is those time when I made myself her biggest nightmare when all she assumed me as her beautiful dream.

Nandini: "All I can see is fear in your eyes Manik, fear of not able to give that love which perhaps I had given you in our past. But my question is, if our past is full of darkness then so was that love, isn't its our responsibility to enlighten that love and bring it to life?... Think Manik!! ...."..she muttered last two words underneath her breath, and soon I felt her grip loosen a bit on me. All I wanted to held her hand back but my mind is clouded with several dark clouds that I tend to ignore the brightness she want to fill in..

• Heart always leads whereas Mind generally misleads •

She started taking small small steps away from me and my heart is screaming, yelling to be safe from me only but not even a single word escaped from my mouth. Tears eloped from my eyes as I saw her going away from me, she is still facing me but moving backwards. Every single step she takes away from me, I feel like someone stabbed me with a sharp knife and twisting it with immense force. I can't watch her leaving me, I can't loose her all over again, she is going and I can't stand that.

She turned around finally with a last hope in her eyes, and my heart stopped beating for a moment registering the fact perhaps it's the last time am able to see her so close to me.

She is walking away right in front of me, and am glued to my spot. All my heart is aching to stop her but my voice ditched me today, my hands are still shivering and eyes are shedding tears of fire, all I could feel is my soul is burning from inside, this pain is unbearable within me that it can snatch my life but wait! Isn't my this guilt is itself selfish? Isn't am again doing the wrong thing masking it to be as the righteous one.

Realization hit on me ...You moron stop her ....my heart finally shouted and it made me come out of my reverie, that made my am-not-right-for-her mood burn in fire.

But before I could stop her, she has already exited the door and walked out of the runaway.

No! No! I can't let her go this time..

I ran behind her as if chasing my life, I need her here with me. I want my angel, I want my maa ...yes! If I'm sounding selfish then be it that way, I can be wrong for entire my life if I do one right thing by her side today.

Author's POV:

The day she met him, she was well aware from the fact that he is her destruction but his eyes captivated her in his trap, she was like a butterfly caught in his net and unwilling to come out however she herself didn't wanted to break the spell he created all around her.

On the other hand, he knew that she's too good for him, too naive and innocent, her doe like eyes communicated with him enormously. He wanted to know her, explore every inch of hers, she was nothing but a mystery to him which he wanted to unravel asap. He was never patient in his life, then he met her. She made him learn self-control, she made him see the good in him but he was too lost in his own that he shoved away all he got. When almighty was being kind to him by sending that one fairy in his hell, he didn't paid attention and showed no gratitude towards the priceless gift but the darkness which he experienced in his life once she left him was extremely close to death that he realised what he lost while searching for stones in the sand.

The day she walked out of his life was the same day he lost all his luck. No! She wasn't a lucky charm for him but definitely luck to him. Though she enlighten his world before leaving but even the crowd of millions can't give solace to you when you're burnt from inside, when you feel hollow from inside.

He ran outside the runway, all his life played in front of his eyes, how she met him, how she fell in his life first time, how she saved him from every now and then, there quarrels on small issues, there beautiful time together when she became his only support system. He ran today to save his life, yes! If people want to call him selfish then be it that way, this Manik deserves to be selfish, this Manik definitely deserves the love & happiness in his life.

He reached the main door which divides runway and main check in area, he was panting badly when he bent down on his knees a bit and his eyes searching only his fairy.

"What the heck is wrong with you Manik?"..he heard a sharp feminine voice, and without even looking, he can very easily name the source of that sharp knife like tone.

Kajal: "Manik!"..she shouted as she found him not paying any attention to her. His eyes were roaming all around and suddenly stopped in a crowded area..... Lord! There she is....

He tried to move in the same direction where he watched a glimpse of his angel, but then only he was halted by Kajal.

Kajal: "I've seen tears in her eyes Manik. You've again screwed this up, didn't you?"..she asked by jerking his hand and made him look at her forcefully. Security covered Manik instantly as crowd has seen him.

Manik: "Kajal, we don't have time for this...."..he tried to justify her that this isn't the right time for giving lectures to him but perhaps! That's how all friends are, when you don't ask for their advise they'll come up with their thousands of pages story and when you ask them to help, they'll abuse you but eventually help as well.

Kajal: "We have plenty of time Manik Malhotra provided you take things a bit more seriously..."..she stated in a matter of fact tone whereas Manik didn't reacted, he knows somewhere down the line Kajal is not only his friend but Nandini's as well thus her girly genes will always be more towards her rather than him.

His eyes roamed again in the crowd and suddenly her eyes met his, everything stopped when he saw pain in her eyes. As if her eyes are screaming and telling him "Nahi Jana mujhe kahin bhi..don't let me go Manik..".

• I don't want to see you in pain, but I can't be a part of your family frame..  •

"Kya Chahiye tumhe Manik? Kya chahte ho? Har baar ek he galti karne ka kaunsa talent hai tum mei? Am tired of you now please...stop it! ".....

He heard her screaming on him, but his eyes were stuck on that beautiful face standing amidst of crowd, looking deep in his eyes only...

"I love her..".. that's what escaped from his mouth when a tear escaped from his eyes and his heart stopped beating for a while as that angel turned her face away from him whereas his best friend is still standing with a painful straight face..

"You idiot! What the hell then you are doing here.. go and stop her, and if this time you screw this up na then I swear to god Manik I'll dig your grave by my own hands and bury you alive..." .. she literally threatend him but as he looked in his best friend's eyes all he found was concern, love and happiness for him..

"I won't let her go this time..." ..he promised her and ran behind his angel who exited from the main door...

Manik somehow managed to get out of the crowd and came straight outside but only to be stopped by more fans and tight security, well! Nobody has ever expected so many stars on floor today.

Manik: "Nandiniiiiiii"..he shouted his lungs out but it got buried under the extreme screams of fans who were trying their best to get a hold on him.

Airport security wasn't able to tackle the crowd but they somehow managed to cover him, Nandini is also stuck amidst of such huge crowd, but she looks all lost whereas Manik is trying his best to get to her.

"Sir, we request you to please leave with us, crowd is uncontrollable"..one of the security guard requested him while trying to clear up the crowd, Manik's eyes were fixed on her only thus he ignored his words totally.

Manik: "If today, i won't be able to stop her then surely i'm going to lose her forever and ever."..he told himself, Nandini's eyes fell on him when she turned around, she gave him a pale sad look as if her soul is begging him to stop her and break all those distances between them. 

He started walking towards her while she was standing there like a statue, she can feel every single passing second while he's approaching towards her, it's the same love in his eyes today which perhaps she craved before losing all her memories, she don't remember a bit of their past life but then she has the courage to start afresh however she want him to take the lead this time. She's annoyed on him not because he did such wrong things earlier but because he's still screwed in his head, he still can't think rationally and morever he still don't know how to express his feelings.

Amidst of all her thoughts he reached to her, she's standing all quiet today without any expression on her face, she want him to utter something before she lose all her calmness.

"I know I've been a jerk but....." ..he tried to defend himself when she gave him a stern look and he adopted silence..

"Manik! Just go away...." That's what she uttered to him and turned around whereas her answer snatched the floor beneath him...

"No!!... I can't live without you...".. his heart screamed badly, ached more than ever but not a word escaped from his mouth when he saw the love of his life walking away from him.........

She stopped in mid and turned around to look at his teary eyes, she can feel how much broken he is from inside.

Nandini : "Manik! You have two choices today, either hold the hand of our past which destroyed us or else hold my hand and let's create our own destiny this time but either ways you have to decide."..she told him in her stern tone, he can feel the seriousness in her eyes but was he ready to be with her all over again? He can't believe the fact that this beautiful girl has not only forgiven her but also asking him to take her with him in his world after all the shitty things he committed, she's ready to be with him because he's not that Manik who ruined their heaven but he's that Manik who has the power to create their happy heaven.

Manik sat down on his knees, bowed down his head in front of her and then slowly raised his face to look in her eyes, whole world stopped then & there when he uttered those words to her...

Manik : "Will you spend rest of your life with me?".. he finally asked her, tears eloped from her eyes, crowd started hooting for them, their friends are on cloud nine..every single non living thing is alive today, it's the union of two souls.

Nandini: "I want to hear something else"..she said with a pouty look, he laughed at her babyness, tears escaped from his eyes , everything seems just perfect today.

Manik : "I love you Nandini. Hamesha!" ..his voice echoed in atmosphere and goddess of love herself danced in happiness today.

Nandini ran into his arms instantly, both hugged each other as tight as they can.

Nandini: "I love you Manik! I love you so much.."..she whispered in his ears while he held her more possessively in his arms, he looked above and thanked almighty with lone tears in his eyes..

RJ; "Finally!"..he muttered underneath his breath while standing in extreme corner, a smile playing on his lips but some tears in his eyes, Kajal instantly held his hand and he looked at her with a surprising expression.

Kajal : "Love always find its way!".. she said while looking at him and he nodded with a smile, she leaned her head on his shoulder while holding his hand and he didn't complained either but surprisingly he also felt good about it..

Perhaps! Love is making way in their lives as well..

Mukti : "They deserve all the happiness"..she smiled with tears and Cabir & Navya supported her words they held each other and looked at MaNan who were still engulfed in each other arms...

Manik: "She resides in me!".. he said to almighty above in his heart whereas almighty opened the book of their destiny and wrote #Hamesha ...he closed the book, locked their fate together and threw away the key...

Screen freezes on their happy faces!!!

Love never remain incomplete because even if it's one sided then also it's complete....
