"Can't we keep them Soli?" A ginger patched she-cat asked, her bright amber eyes gleaming.
"Why don't we give 'em to those Clan Cats, Val?" A gray tom suggested. A calico nodded.
"They'd be safer." A calico mewed quietly. "But it's Soli's choice."
The cat named Soli looked deep in thought.
"Wretch is right, we can't keep them. They"ll be safer in a clan, okay Val?"
The ginger patched she-cat nods.
"Can we at least name them?"
"Okay, fine." Soli agreed
"The golden one will be Sun- err Sunkit." Val mewed
"The other one with the blood-eye will be Bloodkit."
The calico smiles sadly.
"Well, I think that ShadowClan will suit them fine, aye?"
"I'll drop 'em off." Wretch sighs, picking Sunkit and Bloodkit up.
The two she-kits blinked.

"Tell the leader yer names." He mumbled to the kits as he trekked through the night.
"Bloodkit!" The blood-eye one squeaked as the golden one meowed "Sunkit!"
Wretch set them down on the border.
"Wait here until a group of cats come by." He meowed.
The she-kits nodded.
"Will you come back?"
Wretch hesitates, sorrow filling his features. Finally, he speaks, sadness and regret lacing in his voice.
"No."
