I got onto the chest, and I started the process right away. I had no time to lose..

I clawed my one paw deep into the creatures tainted heart. I could feel the acid burning my pure paw, but I didn't care. As long as I helped this creature, I would be fine. Fine, indeed.

I got deeper, and deeper. I couldn't mess this up.. Just a little bit more- I thought.. I pushed with all my power to grasp the heart of the creature, and I could then feel my paw grasp the creatures heart, and holding on for dear life.

I then prepared to bite hard, into the corrupted neck. I looked back at the ground, and I hoped that this would work.

In an instance, something could change for the better or the worse.. It could leave an impact on your life forever...

I bit the neck hard, along with still grasping onto the heart. The creature gasped for air, but all that came out was poison.. Not just dripping, just pouring out of the creature.

The creature couldn't feel anything, and collapsed onto the ground. The creature wasn't dead.. Just knocked out.

I sighed in relief.. I had done my job. Without killing the creature, too.

Now, it was time to heal the creature.. One way or another.

I pressed my claws harder into the heart. I had to make the heart shatter, only because, the heart could grow back and then the poison would still be there.

With all my might, I clawed the heart and I could feel it shatter in the body, dozens of sharp pieces, scattered, everywhere.

This wouldn't affect the creature, no, and that's why I did it. For the better good.

I then returned my paw from out of the heart, and back into the present. I looked down at my paw, and I could see the poison dripping off of my paw onto the ground. The acid would usually burn other ponies, but to me, I had not a mark.
