Sam woke up one morning and sat up, yawning, and stretching. He cracked his back and his neck in the process.

Before he got up, he looked over to see if Cas was still in bed. He wasn't, but there was a note with Sam ♡ written on it, placed in his spot. There was also a bouquet of flowers placed next to it. He picked up the note, unfolded it, and began to read.

Dear Sam,

Happy Valentine's Day!

Today is the day of love and showing your lover how much they mean to you.

I can't express it enough that; I love you. You are one of the most kindest, loving, human I have ever met.

I know when we met, I was always a dick to you, and I'm very sorry for that. After I got to know you, I realized that I really needed to change. No matter how rude or ignorant I was, you never gave up on me. And you actually gave me a chance and began to date me. Thank you for that.

You've helped me get through so much in my life and I can't thank you enough for THAT.

You're amazing, sweet, kindhearted, and full blown cute. To describe you I would have to use every word in the dictionary.

am had tears streaming down his face as he made it to the last sentence. He was confused for a moment, but realized it was Enochian. It took him as couple minutes to decipher it, but he smiled brightly and cried a little more when he realized what it said.

Be mine forever, please?

He jumped out of bed, leaving the note where it was and ran down the hall, looking for Cas. He found him in the kitchen with Dean.

Dean looked up and noticed the tears on Sam's face and frowned. "Sammy, what's wrong?"

Sam ignored Dean and went up to Cas. He grabbed his face, leaned down and kissed him on the lips.

"Really?" Dean asked with a huff. He got up and left the kitchen.

Cas wrapped his arms around Sam's neck while Sam put his arms around Cas' waist. They stayed like that, kissing and holding each other for a few minutes.

They pulled away, Sam breathless. Cas smiled up and him and moved his hands to cup Sam's face. He used his thumbs to wipe away his tears. "Happy Valentine's Day, Sam. I love you."

Sam smiled at him, pulling him closer to his chest. "Happy Valentine's Day, Cas. I love you too. Thank you for everything."

"Sam, I've done more bad to you than anyone else. This was the least I could do to try to make up for it. I meant everything I said in the note, you know that, right?"

"Yes, Cas, yes. I know." Sam pulled Cas into his chest and hugged him tightly. "And, yes. I will be yours forever."

Cas smiled against his chest and hugged his moose tightly, never wanting to lose him or let him go.

He officially deemed Valentine's Day his favorite holiday.
