Baby Baby || Part 2

"TAM! TAAAAM!"

Sam looked down at the baby version of Castiel. He smiled as he wobbled over to him, holding a stuffed bee.

"Wook! Bean got bee!"

Sam smiled brightly and ruffled his hair. "I see that, Cassie. It's a cute little bee, too."

It had been about a week since Cas unexpectedly got turned into a baby. And Sam had to admit, things weren't that bad!

Dean had been in charge of finding out how to reverse the spell while Sam took care of Cas.

Sam would usually take care of the research, but Cas had been taking up almost all of his time.

They tried switching roles for a day, but Cas through such a big fit the moment Sam had left the room, that they immediately switched back.

They didn't understand why Cas was so obsessed with Sam all of a sudden.

Cas looked up at Sam and raised his arms, bee still in his hand.

Sam smiled and picked him up. "Did you eat buddy?"

Cas shook his head no. "Want pb&J!"

"Alright. I'll make you a pb&j."

Sam carried Cas into the kitchen and put him down in his highchair. He got the ingredients for the sandwich and quickly made him one just how he liked it. A lot of peanut butter, a little bit of jelly, and no crust.

Sam put the sandwich on the plate and gave it to Cas right as Dean came in. "Eat up buddy." He turned to Dean and raised his eyebrows.

"I found a spell, but... We need to find the witch to complete it."

"Of course we do... What exactly do we need?"

Dean started listing off the things that they would need and would be easy to come across.

Sam thought of where they could easily access some of the items.

"Tam. Taaaam. Taaaaaaaaaaam!"

Sam snapped out of his thoughts. "Yeah Cas- Cas!"

The baby Angel was covered in peanut butter. He had some in his hair, on his shirt, and all over his face.

Dean snickered. "I'll go call Bobby. See if he could help." With that, he walked off.

Sam sighed. "Alright, Cas... Let's go take a bath."

Cas raised his arms and Sam picked him up. He clung to Sam with a smile as he got whisked away to the bathroom.

Holding Cas, Sam started to run the bath water. As it ran, he stripped Cas of his clothes and put him in the tub. "I'll be right back Cassie," Sam softly said as he turned off the water and walked out the bathroom.

Cas giggled and splashed the water on to the floor. He peeked over the edge of the tub and giggled again at the puddle.

He got to his knees and reached out to the puddle. He huffed, realising he was too short to reach. But, he was determined. He reached and reached until...

Thump!

"WAAAAAAAH!!"

Sam's head shot towards the bathroom when he heard crying. Dropping Cas' clothes, he ran to the bathroom and saw Cas on the floor, crying.

Oh, my aching antlers... Sam thought as he hurried over to Cas. He grabbed a towel and wrapped him in it, then picked him up.

Cas sobbed into Sam's shoulder. When he fell out the tub, he had hit his little elbow on the floor.

Sam held Cas close and bounced him lightly. "It's gonna be OK baby. Papa- I mean, Sam'll make it better."

After a few minutes, Cas finally calmed down. He sighed softly and looked at Sam. "Tank you, Sam."

Sam smiled at him. "It's my job to make you feel better, Cassie. Now, how about a bath, then a well needed nap?"

Cas smiled and nodded. Sam unwrapped him from the towel, then put him back into the tub.

After a good scrubbing and hair washing, Cas was dried and dressed. He yawned and rubbed his eyes with his free hand as he used his other hand to hold Sam's.

Sam smiled down at him as they walked into his room. He lifted Cas on to the bed and tucked him in.

"Tam come lay down?"

"Yeah.. I'll come lay down, Cas."

Sam got into bed next to Cas and laid on his back. Cas crawled/climbed on to Sam's chest and snuggled up to him. He was out like a light in less than a minute.

Sam smiled and pulled the cover over both of them. He held Cas close, then drifted off to sleep with the little angel.
