Hey 

Here's my entry (it's my first ever vector!)

Because I have no idea how to take screenshots, I wrote what I done:

1) I found the pic of Lady Gaga

2) I went onto Picsart and clicked effects 

3) I then clicked oil painting so it went all oily (no idea what to call it😂)

4) I then outlined the face using a brush and then coloured it in using another brush.

5) Using a rubber, I erased everything around the face, added a subheading and put some effects around.
