Frisk's POV
"What if he doesn't like me?"
"He will, Angel. Don't worry."
"But what'll happen if he doesn't and I-"
Sans cut me off as he cups my cheeks and makes me look up at him.
"He will. He has too, because I'm not choosing anyone else to be my partner." He smiles widely before he bent down, pulling me into one of his passionate kisses.
I sighed deeply as I happily returned the kiss, wrapping my arms around his neck. As we pulled away, he grabbed both of my hands and held them close to him.
"Listen to me, okay?" He started. "It doesn't matter what he says. You will always be my one and only. No one else will be able to be as amazing, beautiful, perfect, kindhearted, and the list could go on and on. And if he can't accept that, then maybe I'm just living wrong world because I don't see why anyone wound't love to have you for themselves." He finished.
"Thank you Sans." I smile brightly as I felt my face heating up. "You always know just what to say."
"Do I get a thank you kiss then?" He winks.
I giggled as I rolled my eyes. "Fine."
I tiptoed a little and pecked his cheekbone. His tail wagged happily as his white pupils formed into the shape of hearts, sighing in content.
(Oh my gawd, their so freaking cute!!! God dammit!!! We're starting of strong guys!!! I'm sorry, you can carry on with the story now.)
Sans and I were on our way to meet Sans' father, aka: King Gaster. Ever since mom and dad found out about Sans and I, they've wanted to meet him while they contacted Gaster so that I may meet him. They wanted to bring peace between Angels and Demons, so Sans had to meet my family and I have to meet his family. I'm still surprised to see that Sans was a prince. I'm so nervous!
A smile then spread across my face as I remembered how Sans met my family.
~~~Flashback~~~
"What is he doing here?!"
"Dad. Please calm down-"
"I will not calm down young lady!"
"Asgore please. Do not shout at our guest."
"Guest?!"
"Yes. I was able to contact Gaster to inform him that his son will be having dinner with us."
"Mom is that a Demon?"
"Yes my child. This is Prince Sans the Skeleton."
"Cool! But why is he here?"
"He's here to have dinner with us, Asriel."
"I don't see why he has to be here..."
"I c-can leave if y-ya want-"
"Then go!"
"Dad!" I shouted, my voice echoing through the room and silencing everyone. Great, now my voice is as loud as dad's.
"No Sans, its fine. Please, stay for dinner." Mom offered.
"I-its alright, your m-majesty. I wouldn't w-w-wanna intrude." Sans glace over at Asgore with a scared expression as he shifted uncomfortably.
"Do not worry. We would love to have you here."
"Ya! Don't worry Mr. Demon!"
"Stay. We won't hurt you. Right dad?"
Mom, Asriel, and I all glared at Asgore as he looks at all of us in defeat
"Fine..." He grumbles.
~~~Flashback~~~
I giggled at the memory as Sans and I continued to walk through the fiery city of the underground.
"What's so funny?" Sans looks at me with a puzzlement expression.
"I was just remembering how you first met my family." I explain.
"Oh please don't remind me of how awkward that was." He shutters.
I wrapped and arm around one of his own arms and snuggled close to him. "Okay."
As we continued to walk, I begun to notice that many of the people and monsters that we passed by were staring at us, more specifically at me. They would send us weird looks, looks of disbelief, disgust, amazement, or hate. I started to feel uncomfortable with all the many eyes that watched us as we walked.
"Sans, why is everyone staring at us?" I asked.
"Probably looking at the very pretty Angel beside me. I can't blame them." He pats my head. "But if they have any ideas, I will not hesitate to fight them." His left eye quickly flashes a bright cyan blue before turning back to its normal white.
"Sans you don't have to resort to violence." I say.
We continued to walk towards Sans' castle while everyone we came a cross by continued to stare at us.
"Hey, Angel. I'll be right back. Stay right here, okay." He says. "And don't talk to any one, got it?" He warns me before teleporting away.
I noticed there was a park right in the other side of the street, so I walked over to the other side and sat on one of the park benches. I sat down and waited patiently as I happily hummed a little tune.
"Why hello there~"
I looked up and saw a random demon grinning at me.
"Hello!" I cheerfully greeted back.
"Your an Angel aren't you? A very pretty one to be exact." He says.
"Thank you." I responded, blushing a light pink.
I'm not use to getting complemented by other people or monster. Aside from Sans of course, he practically showers me in complements, which was always sweet of him.
"Well we don't see many Angels around here, you just might be the prettiest one we've ever seen." He winks.
"I'm flattered, but I'm not that pretty." I say.
"So what's a pretty Angel like you doing alone here in the park." He asks, sitting next to me.
"Oh I'm actually waiting for someone." I say with a smile.
Suddenly he smirks evily, showing of his pointed teeth, as he forcefully grabbed my arm and digging his sharp claws into my skin.
"W-w-what are you d-doing..?" I try to pull my hand away.
"Sorry sweetheart. But I'm gonna have to take you away from here before anyone else decides to~" He digs his claws deeper into my skin, droplets of blood starting to appearing.
"Maybe we c-c-could t-talk about th-this?" I bit my bottom lip as I tried to hold back tears that were threatening to fall.
"And what do you think your doing with my mate?" A deep voice suddenly said from behind me, sending shivers down my spine.
The demon's eyes widened as he immediately let go of my arm. A pair of arms wrapped around my waist and brought me closer to a warm and protective embrace. I looked behind me and the first thing I saw was a bright blazing cyan blue eye with streaks of yellow.
"Y-y-y-your highness! I... Umm... I'm sorry! I didn't see a m-mark indicating s-she already h-h-had a m-mate... And I assumed-"
"Likely story." Sans growled and showed of his own pointed teeth, sending deadly glares at the demon.
The demon was then surrounded by a blue hue as he started to float into the air. He was then thrown to the other side of the city as he screamed loudly. I was then turned around and came face to face with a very angry looking Sans. Uh oh.
"What did I say about talking to anyone?!" He angrily says.
"I... I didn't... He didn't seem so... Bad and I just thought..." I lowered my head.
I carefully hid my scratched arm behind my back and let a few drops of tears fall since I couldn't hold them back anymore, the pain starting to kick in. Sans noticed this and his expression softened as his left eye turned back to its normal white color. He pulled me into a hug as he ran his boney fingers through my chocolate brown hair, sighing.
"I'm sorry for shouting, Angel." He apologizes.
"Its f-fine. My arm j-just hur-"
I immediately shut my mouth as I realized what I was about to say. He then looks at me with worry.
"What? What about your arm?" He questions.
"Nothing!" I say. "Everything's fine!" I quickly added.
He looks at both of my arms and saw one of my arms hid behind back. He swiftly, but carefully, grabbed my arm and saw the scratches as blood continued to drip down. As soon as he sees this, his rage begun to fuel up again as his left eye faintly glowed a cyan blue color.
"Where is that bastard of a demon that dared lay a hand on my precious Angel?!" He screams, scaring everyone around us.
"Sans please calm down." I gently say. "Look I don't like using violence, but if it makes you feel better, you can deal with him later. For now we should just go, your father is waiting, remember?"
"Fine. But the first chance I get, he's gone."
He magically teleports a bandage and wraps it around my wound.
"Better?" He asks.
"Yes. Thank you." I kiss his cheekbone.
He wraps his arms around my waist as he then quickly teleports us to the gates of a gigantic castle, causing a split second of nausea to rush through my body.
"Why didn't you just teleport us here in the first place?" I asked as he we entered the castle.
"Well I just thought that I should give my future queen a tour of the kingdom she would help me rule over someday. Ya know, so you could familiarize yourself with everything." He says.
"Q-queen?! Sans were still too young to be ruling over a kingdom. Don't you think it's kinda soon to be talking about grown up things like this?" I ask, my eyes wide.
"I see nothing wrong with it. You will be my queen someday and nothing's gonna change that. In fact, let's talk about this some more." He grins mischievously. "What do you think our kids would look like?"
I started blushing a dark shade of red as I pushed him away.
"Sans!"
"What? It's bound to happen someday~" He nudges my shoulder.
"Sans, oh my gosh." I cover my face with my hands as I felt my face heat up even more.
"Awww. Don't worry, Angel. I promise I'll be gentle~"
"Sans please stop." I begged.
"How many do ya want?"
"Sans!"
"Fine." He chuckles as he kissed my cheek. "I'm only teasing, Angel. Your just so adorable when your embarrassed like this."
He wrapped an arm around my shoulders, bringing me closer to him as he lovingly nuzzles his face in my chocolate brown hair. I sighed in defeat, nothing I can do. We continued to walk until a loud voice called out.
"SANS!"
We both turned around and watched as a very tall skeleton demon run towards us.
"BROTHER WELCOME BA-"
He stoped mid sentence as he noticed me in Sans arms. He was quiet for a moment, until he smiled widely and gasped.
"SANS, IS THAT AN ANGEL?!" He asked, excitedly.
"Yep." Sans answers, his usual grin plastered on his face. "Pap, this is Frisk the Angel, my mate. Frisk this is my brother, Papyrus." He introduced.
"NICE TO MEET YOU ANGEL! I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS!" He enthusiastically says.
"Hello." I quietly greeted as I shyly waved my hand.
"WAIT A MINUTE. I'VE HEARD OF THAT NAME BEFORE..."
"Oh? How?" I asked as this captured my interest.
He seemed to think for a moment. He then snapped his fingers as he smiled in realization while Sans continued to hug me.
"AH HA! YOUR THE ANGEL MY BROTHER WOULDN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT!" He exclaims.
From the corner on my eye, I can see Sans' eye sockets widened as his face begun to glow a light shade of blue. A small smirk started to form on my face as I focused my attention back on Papyrus.
"Really? Do tell." I say.
"SURE THING!" He says happily, much to Sans' dismay. "I REMEMBER WHEN HE FIRST STARTED TALKING ABOUT YOU. HE CAME HOME WITH A GOLDEN FLOWER CROWN ON TOP OF HIS SKULL." He started. "HE WAS SMILING SO WIDELY WITH HIS PUPILS IN THE SHAPE OF HEARTS! HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THIS ANGEL HE MEET IN A FIELD OF GOLDEN FLOWERS. HE TALKED ABOUT HOW PRETTY SHE WAS, HOW SWEET WAS, HOW ADORABLE SHE WAS, HOW-"
"O-okay Pap, that's enough." Sans cut off Papyrus as he hurried his now deep blue blushing face into my hair.
I giggled at his reaction. This devil that earlier look like he could kill anyone in a minute was now acting so vulnerable that it was cute. I turned around and poked his cheekbones.
"I never realized you were that head over heels for me." I teased.
"Don't you dare take advantage of the situation!" He says.
I giggled as I lightly pecked his teeth.
"But your just so adorable when your embarrassed like this." I grinned.
"How dare you use my own words against me." He slightly glared at me.
"Doesn't matter what I do." I put on my sweetest smile. "You can never stay mad at me."
"Sadly that's true." He sighed in defeat. "Your evil sometimes."
I playfully stuck my tongue out.
"WELL I HAVE TO GET GOING. FATHER ASK FOR ME TO CHECK UP ON THE ROYAL GUARDS FOR HIM. IT WAS A PLEASURE MEETING YOU MISS ANGEL!" Papyrus said before running off.
"Bye Papyrus!" I said before he disappeared into the next room.
"Time for us to continue on too, Angel." Sans intertwined our fingers as he continues to guild me through the gigantic castle.
We went through many rooms and passed by many demons as we continued to walk through the palace. Unlike outside the castle, most of the demons seemed friendly as they would smile, wave, or greet us as we passed by. I would happily greet them all back with a smile and a wave, while Sans gave them all a simple nod as he held me close to him by wrapping one of his blood red wings around me. Eventually we stood in front of a pair of big double doors. I gulped.
"Nervous?" Sans asks as he looked down at me.
I hadn't noticed that my hands were shaking a bit as my heart was racing.
"Maybe..?"
"Don't worry, okay?" His grip on my hand tightens. "I'm right here."
Soon the doors opened revealing a giant throne room and a tall skeleton demon in a black shirt, black pants, black dressed shoes, and a black trench coat, talking to another demon with his hands behind his back. He gestures towards a broken window, then right after he sent the demon away as he immediately turned towards us. I instinctively bowed down, Sans on the other hand lazily smiled as he waved his hand.
"Sup dad." He plainly says.
"Sans! Show some respect." I scolded him.
"Its alright child. Sans is always like this here." Gaster chuckled. "So my son, this is the Angel you wouldn't stop blabbering on about." He smirks as I sensed a bit of amusement in his tone.
"Dad please. We are not starting this again." Sans face palmed.
"Geez, how much to you talk about me?" I held back my laughter as I felt my nervousness start to disappear.
"Do you really wish to know, child? We could be here the whole day if we start now." Gaster said, holding back his own laughter.
"Why?" Sans groaned in annoyance.
"Anyways, back to the matter at hand." Gaster directs his attention back to me. "What might your name be, little Angel?" He kindly asks.
"Frisk the Angel, your majesty." I bowed down once again.
"No need to be so formal. We are family now after all." He smiles gently down at me.
He walks towards me and gently pats head.
"Besides, Sans would probably destroy the castle if I even try to reject you." He whispers to me as he winks.
"That sounds like something he would do." I giggled.
"I don't like the look on both of your faces." Sans eyes us suspiciously.
"Don't worry Sans, your father is just being nice." I winked back to Gaster.
"You picked a good one my son, even if she an Angel. A pretty one too." Gaster says.
"Thank you." I blushed a little.
"Dad, get your own queen." Sans protectively hugs me from behind. "Seriously, this ones mine."
"Still the overprotective type I see." Gaster grinned.
"You have no idea." I grinned back.
"I also don't like the fact that my own dad and my Angel are ganging up on me." He complained, his face glowing a little.
"Both of you just promise me this. No funny business till after the wedding." Gaster warned us, but you can hear the entertainment in his voice.
Now it was my turn to blush. Is it just a habit for this family to think way to ahead?
"No promises." Sans grinned as he nuzzles closer to me.
"Sans."
"Fine. We won't till right after the wedding." He groaned again.
"I like how easily my son submits himself to you, Frisk. You just might be able to tame him with ease." Gaster said.
"Tame? I'm completely tamed!" Sans objected.
"Oh really now?" I quickly gazed over at Gaster as he caught on what I was doing.
"Very well tamed." He states in 'as-a-matter-of-fact' tone.
"How about I test you then. I mean if your up to the challenge that is." I challenge him.
"Lay it on me, Angel." He confidently says.
"Well if you say so." I say. "You can't kiss or hug me for the next hour." I say as I break out of his grip.
His eyes widened as he immediately embraced again and cupped my cheek.
"I take everything back. I'm not tamed in anyway shape or form."
Before I could say anything in response, he pressed his teeth against my lips and closed his eye sockets. I gave in as I rolled my eyes, I knew that wouldn't last long.
"You two will make very interesting rulers one day." I hear Gaster say.
As we pulled away, Sans kept me in his arms with my head rested on his chest as I looked back at Gaster.
"I'm counting on you to watch over him. Make sure he doesn't get into any sort of trouble." Gaster starts. "Earlier today, just before you two got here, a demon came crashing through a window. I asked him why he crashed through the window, and he told me he was thrown by the prince." Gaster then looks over at Sans.
"Oops?" Sans laughs nervously as he rubs the back of his neck.
Gaster raises his nonexistent eyebrow as he waited for an explination.
"What? He was trying to kidnap my Angel!" He protested.
(Omg I just realized that I accidentally made Sans a bit of a Yandere. Oops X3 Just ignore that little detail for now.)
"I will do my best." I nodded.
"Well I best be off. I still have a lot of things to attend to. It was nice meeting you Frisk. Feel free to explore the palace while I'm gone." Gaster says before heading out. "And remember Sans, no funny business." He reminds him before closing the two double doors.
"That went better than I expected." I sighed in relief.
"I told you it wouldn't be so bad, Angel." He looks back down at me. "Well now that we're alone~" Sans cups my cheeks once again as his pointed tail rubbed my back.
"Sans-"
I was cut off when he, once again, placed his teeth a top my lips as my white wings opened in surprise. I slowly melted into the kiss as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"I love ya so much, Angel." Sans says as we pull away.
"I love you too, ya goofball." I breath out.
~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·~·
Bonus!!! (I love these two way too much X3)
Sans' POV
"Thank you so much, your majesties."
The Angel that stood before us took a bow before turning around and exiting the double doors.
"Travel home safely!" The chocolate brown haired Angel that sat beside waved to the other Angel.
I simply waved with a lazy smile plastered on my face as I placed my head on my hand and closed my eye sockets. Being ruler of two worlds isn't as entertaining as I thought it would be, in fact it was the complete opposite. It was a lot of work and really boring. I sighed deeply.
I slightly opened my left eye socket and stared at the pair of beautiful hazel brown orbs of the Angel that sat beside me as they scanned through a scroll. She held a quill pen in the other hand as she tapped it against the scroll paper, muttering some words as she scrunched up her eyebrows.
"Then after that we should be done by at least 8 o'clock..." She continued to mutter to herself.
I rolled my white eye sockets as my left eye started to glow a bright cyan blue, surrounding the Angel in a blue hue. She gasped, dropping her paper and quill as she was lifted over to me. I gently placed her on my lap and wrapped my arms around her waist, nuzzling my face in her cinnamon scented chocolate brown hair.
"Sans we don't have time for this." Frisk's angelic voice said as she tried to wriggled her way out of my grasp.
"But I'm so bored." I complained, holding her closer to me.
"We are not going through this again." She face palmed. "We still have a lot to do! We have a meeting in fifteen minutes, then after we have to assign five new Angels and five new Demons to their own human or monster down on Earth, right after we have to check up on the Royal Guards to-"
I cut her off by turning her around and placed my teeth against her soft pink lips. Her white wings spread open in response as her eyes widened, but she soon relaxed and begun to kiss back as her eyes slowly closed.
"You talk too much." I said as we pulled away.
She rolled her eyes. "Sans we really need to get all of these things done."
"We can finish them some other time. Besides, I feel comfortable just staying like this." I hugged her closer to me.
"Even after all these years your still so childish. Seriously Sans, we need to finish all of our duties." She tried to squirm out of my grip again.
"No~! We never get to spend much time with each other anymore because of all these duties." I whined as I pouted.
"We have all of these responsibilities because we are the rulers of these two kingdoms." She sighed in defeat. "How a about this. If we finish by..." She took a quick glace over at the clock. "Seven-thirty, we could have a day of tomorrow."
"Your the best." I grin widely.
"I know." She grinned back.
~~~Time Skip!!!~~~
"It still amazes me that we actually did it."
"You shouldn't have underestimated me, Angel."
"I can't believe I agreed to do this."
"Do ya not trust me?"
"I do, but it worries me that I cannot see a thing in front of me."
She touches the blindfold that covered her eyes as I continued to guild her to a very special place that I know she'll love.
"Ah, ah, ah. No peeking." I remove her hands from the blindfold.
"Are we almost there yet?" She asks, anxiously.
"Just be a little bit more patient, were almost there." I assure her.
We finally arrived at the golden flower field from long ago. The sky was clear as you were able to see the many bright stars that shown above us. The night breeze blew as we walked to the middle of the field. Once we made it to the middle of the golden flower field, we stopped walking as I started to undo the knot of the blindfold from behind.
"Here we are."
When the blindfold was taken of from her eyes, she blinked a few times before she gasped loudly as she stared up at the shining stars, her sweet smile immediately forming on her face.
"This.. This is... Wow." She managed to say as she sat down.
"Its been a while since we've been here, huh?" I sat beside her and wrapped a wing around her.
"It feels so nostalgic to be back here." She leans closer to me.
She continues to stare at the shimmering stars with delight in her eyes. She then started to pick a few golden flowers and started to fiddle with them. Looking down at her did remind me of the first time I saw her. Playing with golden flowers, a bright smile on her face as the stars practically illuminated from her eyes.
My thoughts were broken when I felt the little Angel beside me kneel down and place a bunch of golden flowers a top my head and smiled with content. I quickly brushed my boney hands on through the flowers and smiled.
"Just like before." Frisk cuddled back up to my embrace as she looked back up at the stars again.
We just sat there in comfortable silence, enjoying each other's company as we watched the stars glimmer in the night sky. Suddenly a ball of light flew through the sky, then another, then another. It was a fantastic display of a meteor shower. Frisk's eyes widen as her smile widened even more.
"Sans look! So many shooting stars!" She pointed at the many colorful meteors that flew through the sky. "Make a wish!"
She tightly closed her eyes and clasp her hands together. Her innocents was so cute. Once she opened her eyes again, she looked up at me.
"Did you make a wish on one of the stars?" She questions.
"Not this time, Angel." I replied.
"How come?" She tilts her head to the side a bit.
I placed her chin in between my thumb and index finger, making her stare right up at me.
"Because I have a star who grants my wish everyday." I wrap my available arm around her waist and brought her closer to me. "And being with you is already a wish come true."
She blushed deeply as she shyly smiled.
"Your too sweet sometimes." She says.
"Only for you, Angel."
