Neon Butterflies
"Nice to finally meet you." Her head slowly morphs into a woman.
"Who are you?" I back away from her, feeling uneasy.
"Baphomet. I'm Baphomet." She steps closer to me, eagerly.
"Oh, I can feel you. I can feel what you have inside of you. I couldn't let them take it for themselves. I'll take it if you'll give it to me." She places a hand on my heart.
"Will I die?" I remove her hand. She's a slender, tall, woman. She has this way about her, this suave voice. She reminds me of the smell after summer rain. She seems harmless, but don't we all?
"No, sweet girl. You'll just live a life of bliss without this terrible burden if you just give it to me." She gives me a soft smile, with her pale skin.
"It sounds like a good deal, but what's the catch? Are you the one trying to kill my friends? Are you the one they're trying to protect me from?"
"I want you to look at something." She lifts her head to the sky and spins in a circle. Neon colored butterflies flap their wings around her, leaving a trail of neon colored dust in the air behind them. They're stunning; this entire place is stunning. I've almost forgotten that she just murdered a Shamon and took me to this beautiful place to distract me.
"I'm not the one trying to kill your friends. I would never harm you. I only want to help. I fight with peace." Her long dress flows in the wind, the neon butterflies flap all around us.
"I need to think about it. Can you let me do that?" I begin to feel frightened at her advances.
"Yes. Would you like me to release you back to that angel or somewhere else? Anywhere else?"
"Anywhere else. Can I reach you if I need help?"
"Anytime." She takes my hand, with her icy cold touch. I'm not in the beautiful place anymore. She lands me in the middle of a roadway, a gravel road. I see a bag in front of me, leather. I unzip it and see various items of clothing, money, and body wash. She set me up. I don't really miss Sam and Dean. They're probably pissed at me anyway after what happened to Pac. I shuffle the bag around again to see a new phone and phone charger. I also see my mom's glowing necklace.
"Use this to reach me." I feel her voice emit from the bag, feel her breath on my neck.
"This hex bag will keep you hidden from even the greatest of predators." I examine it, the little pouch that's sealed up. I wonder what's inside. I'll never find out because I want to stay hidden.
*SAM AND DEAN*
"Cas, what do you mean? Where's Elizabeth?"
"I don't know. Whatever the green fire was that killed the Shamon took Elizabeth."
"Alright. Let's put a hunter APB out on her. I'll call Jody." Dean gets his phone and steps out of the room.
"Cas, you were supposed to protect her." Sam doesn't hide his worry and wears an expression of disappointment.
"We will find her." Castiel assures him. A million thoughts race through Sam's head of the bad things that could happen to her. She's just a girl, not old enough to die or be in this life. He imagines some disgusting man picking her up and having his way with her. He imagines a hunter killing her. He imagines her going on a hunt and being murdered. He imagines every case where she could be harmed and he doesn't like it. His mind won't be eased until he finds her.
