I lay two pizza boxes down on the table, alone with some plates and napkins. I look around and make sure everything is in place before I call the boys down for dinner, and by boys I mean Jason and Derek.

They have been playing Xbox all day while I talked with Pattie until she left an hour ago. Mel was playing in her room with her dress up clothes and I'm setting the table for dinner. Yes dinner is pizza and breadsticks but I'm not standing on my aching tried feet, over a hot oven. It's just not happening.

"Dinners ready!" I call up the stairs, I hear the sound of running footsteps so i hurry up and get out of the way, i definitely do not want to be in the way of two hungry 20 year old boys. I watch as Jason and Derek fly passed my, i notice that Mel is hanging onto Derek's back, laughing the whole way.

"Derek, don't drop my baby!" I yell while walking behind them. He laughs and slows down, putting Mel in her high chair then sitting in his seat.

"You made an amazing looking dinner babe" Jason says kissing my head before sitting down at the table.

"Oh shut up and eat" I say laughing. Jason and I take a seat and Jason opens up the pizza box, taking three pieces.

"Aye leave some for the babies" I say getting a couple pieces for me and one for Mel. I put it on the plate for her but she just shook head no.

"Why not baby you love pizza" I say brushing back her hair.

"Me want bed tick" she says pointing to the box of bread sticks, I laugh and put one on her plate, cutting it up into small pieces.

"There baby, and here is your milk" I say handing her a little cup with her milk in it She nods then picks up a piece of bread stick and eats it.

Jason and Derek are making small talk while I watch Mel drink from her cup all by herself, she is growing up so fast. I sigh and look over at Jason and Derek, I still can't get over the fact of how much they look like each other. It would be crazy to see them with Justin.

Justin. I haven't spoken to him since they day I was taken, lucky Alex said that he didn't find him so hopefully he is safe. I haven't told anyone about Justin and I'm not sure I want to. I mean yes he is Jason's brother, but he just found out about Alex and I don't want him to have to go through all that hurt again.

"So did you hear mom earlier when she said that she was moving back to Canada?" Derek asks Jason before shoving the crust of the pizza in his mouth. Jason just nods then sighs.

"I love and miss Canada so much, I would love to move back" he says before taking a drink of his beer.

"You know we also can move back if you want. i mean we would be closer to Pattie and even Tess and Ray." I say bringing up our old friends from Canada. Jason shakes his head and looks down at his empty plate.

"What about the gang here? We can just leave them, they are family now" he says looking out the window at the gang house across the street.

"Of course they are family but you know what I think about the gang life anyway" I say. I look over at Mel who is reaching for any other bread stick, so I help her so she doesn't hurt herself.

"Well it's to late to do anything about it" Jason says rubbing his hands over his face.

"Why did you guys leave Canada anyway?" Derek asks taking another piece of pizza from the box. I sigh and look down at my plate that still had a few bits left on it.

"My parents needed help running a gang down here, so we moved to help them but they all turned on us expect the few we have now" I tell him, he nods and goes back to his food.

"Speaking of parents, have you talked to your dad lately?" I ask Jason who is still a little mad about my thought on the gang life. I know I'm in it and I have done some bad things but I don't want my kids growing up in this life.

"Umm yea, I talked to him the other day and he wants us to come up. All of us" Jason says looking over at Derek. Derek just nods because he doesn't have a problem with his dad because he was rises by him, unlike Jason.

"When?" I ask again, getting up to refill Mel's cup.

"Thursday" He says before drinking more of his beer. I nod, knowing I only have a day to pack for all of us, make flight plans, find a place to stay up there, make sure the gang will be able to take care of the house. I rub my forehead and sigh before walking back over to the table.

"Have you talked to you know who?" I ask Jason again while sitting down in my seat, giving Mel she drink.

"Are you kidding I don't want to talk to the mother f-" I cut him off before he can continue.

"Hey! Don't use the language around her" I say pointing to Melanie. Jason just looks at Mel and laughs, I turn and look at her to see her cross her arms across her chest, and nods her head.

"No bad ords" she says with her arms still crossed with a pout on her lip but it makes us all laugh. Jason stands up and walks over to Mel and bends over slightly.

"I'm sorry baby girl, can you forgive me?" Jason asks kissing her cheek, she smiles and wraps her little arms around his neck.

"Ok how about me get you changed and ready for bed" Jason says picking up Mel and carrying her up the stairs. She waves goodbye to us then lays her head down on Jason's shoulder.

"So who were you talking about?" Derek asks closing the pizza box. I lean back in my chair and sigh.

"I don't know if I should say" I tell him before getting up, bringing the dishes into the kitchen.

"Come on I can keep a secret" he says following me. I shake my head while putting the dishes in the sink.

"Sorry Derek, Jason will have to tell you. Now go up stairs and get some sleep and I want you to be all done with packing by tomorrow afternoon. Ok I know you and I know that you will wait till last minute" I say pointing to him. He laughs and puts his hands up.

I laugh and give him a quick friendly kiss on his cheek, then wishing him goodnight. I turn and walk up the stairs into my bedroom. I walk over to the closest and grab our suitcases, beginning to pack for Jason and I. I know that we aren't going to leave for another two days but I just want to get it out of the way.

-----Thursday------

I stepped off the private plane, stepping into the cold December Canadian air. I pull my scarf up around my face and cover my stomach with my coat. I look behind me to see Jason covering Melanie up with her blanket and Derek walking slightly behind them. I stopped and waited for Jason to catch up, I knew that I had to be strong for him since he was on the edge of a break down.

"Are you ok?" I ask him as the wind blows pasts us. He nods and continue walking, I look back at Derek and give him a small smile, he had no problem coming up here to see Jeremy because he lived with him forever, but Jason on the other hand, not so much.

I see the car that was sent to pick us up waiting for us just a few steps ahead of us. Jason hurries up and puts Mel in the car so she doesn't freeze. I follow them, taking a seat in the warm car, I sigh a sigh of relief and lean my head back on the head rest.

"It's going to be a 20 minute ride there" the driver says before pulling out of the parking spot and heading to the road.

"Jason you don't have to be scared, I'm here for you and I know it may be hard but think of all the good that will come out of it" I say taking his hand in my, running my thumb over the back of his hand. He nods and looks over at me.

"I know babe, I don't know how to feel, I mean I thought they died when I was young but they were really in hiding the whole time. They leave Alex to take care of me then when Alex died, or so I thought he did, I was all alone. I just don't understand why he never came around until now" Jason says shaking him head.

"Jay, I'm sure there is a good reason why they did it and you will find that out later today. But just promise me one thing" I say looking up at him, he nods and looks down to me.

"Promise me that you will try and get along with him. I mean I know how much hurt he put you through but think of how he must feel. He must have going into hiding for a good reason and I bet it kills him knowing that he wasn't there to watch you grow up." I say while running my hands up and down his arm. He thinks about it for a second then nods.

"Ok baby" he says with a weak smile then leans in and kisses me. I smile and pull back from the kiss, only to have him kiss me on the nose. I laugh and lay my head on his shoulder. I just pry that everything will go alright today, I mean Jason needs his dad in his life, even if he has made it this far without him.

I can't even begin to think about how hard it must be for Jason right now. He is going to meet his father, that he thought was dead for 17 years. A couple days ago he found out that his brother that raised him was alive after he was thought to be dead for 4 years.

It's crazy to think that after all he has been through and all that he is dealing with, hoe strong he is. He is a rock, my rock. If I was him I would have already had like three mental breakdowns by now but not Jason, he is strong, I can only wish to be that strong.

Sorry if this chapter was sucky, and sorry it took so long, I kinda took a small break off for the holidays and to deal with some other things in my life.

Anyway, Jeremy will be in the next one!! And I will try to work in Justin and maybe Alex!
