- i am basing this off of izzie stevens' cancer story on grey's anatomy

- she doesn't know she has cancer ( you can choose how she finds out )

- june and tyler ARE best friends and she's friends with hannah, clay, tony, and alex ( jessica and justin if you want )

- tyler doesn't know he loves her, not until like later in the story

- she's always known she's loved tyler ( tony is the only one that knows )

- oof this is gonna get sad
- she dies AND THIS CANNOT CHANGE

- ^ i'm sorry I'm sad too

- cute moments where they just lay in the hospital bed together or when she has to cut off her hair tyler tells her that she's still beautiful and he kisses her head.

- OKAY THIS MOMENT DOESN'T HAVE TO HAPPEN ; tony catches tyler crying because he's sad and supa frustrated bc he doesn't want june to die then he's like "she loves you and you love her so you gotta make the most of it and not spend the tume crying" ← better obviously and he says this bc he feels like she WILL die ( bc she does ) and that tyler will regret just crying.
- tony tries to look on the bright side but he also knows reality so he wants to prepare himself and everyone for the loss

- the 'tyler please' thing can or can't happen up to you but before she does die i want a scene where she's asking for one last kiss ( everyone's already said their goodbyes ) she's like 'i love you' tyler kisses her and that's her last breath *vv unrealistic don't judge* then tyler has like a mental breakdown bc he knew this was gonna happen but like seeing it happen he can't handle it so he cries and he pushes on her heart to try and get her heart to start beating again ( it only does bc he's making it ) "no please don't leave me, not yet please" *cries just thinking about it* then they all hug tyler while he's just
