Ever since the confession you had been receiving various courtship gifts from Regris. Every morning you would either find something in front of your habsuite door or he would give whatever he got you in person. Some of the gifts you expected such as jewelry and your favorite snacks. But there were others that you weren't expecting such as rare objects from other planets or the occasional dead small animal or small animal skulls. Sometimes, he would go out hunting, prepare what he killed and you both would eat it for dinner.

No matter what he brought you, you would accept it. However, today there was no sign of Regris. You knew that he wasn't out on a mission because you asked Kolivian. He wasn't in any of the training rooms because you checked them. As you were walking back to your habsuite after dinner you saw him standing at your front door.

"Regris, where were you today?" You asked him as you stood next to him when you reached your destination.

"I'm sorry for not being here today,
Y/n. I was out getting you something." Regris said as he held out a beautiful green gem that was attached to a necklace.

"Oh, wow. What is it?" You asked him curiously, your eyes widening in awe.

"It's a Centauri moon diamond. It took me forever to find it." Regris said slightly awkwardly.

"It's so beautiful, thank you." You said politely.

"I'm glad you like it." Regris said happily, putting the necklace around your neck.

You smiled at him, your eyes full of love. Regris knelt down and tried his best to kiss you. You held onto his shoulders as you kissed him back. After a few moments you both pulled away from the kiss and said your goodnights before going into your separate habsuites.
