~With Kai; Weeks Later~

Masami and I had finally made it to Scotiabank Arena in Toronto as we were ready to stand out from everyone, but I had a surprise entrance in mind, who is my special guest.

While Masami was in the locker room, I looked for Matt and Hunter to talk about the end of our rivalry tonight. It was a long time coming and I was glad to see it go. I had so much fun with it and I'm sure Matt did too.

When I met with the two, they had very big smiles on their faces.

Hunter: You ready for this to end?

Me: I glad it going to end this way. It such a great story, I sad to see it go.

Matt: Hey man, don't feel bad that it's ending. It's gonna be great for both of us. And hey, if you ever need help in the future, let me know.

Me: Appreciate it, Matt.

Hunter: Alright, now, since it's a cage match and it's the final match, go all out. Do whatever you want in there, but make it entertaining and brutal fro everyone here tonight and watching it at home.

Me: We plan to.

Matt: We'll do what we need to do.

Hunter: Sounds good. And since it's way before the show, you can go out there to check out the cage.

Me: Really?

Hunter: Yeah, it's through that curtain.

I looked out the curtain and there I saw, the cage Matt and I were going to be fighting inside of:

I mean, I never considered fighting in a steel cage until now. Tonight is gonna be my first time fighting inside a cage and I can't wait for it.

After looking at it, I went back to Masami who was in her tracksuit already, and she looked cute in it, really.

I really find this girl adorable and I can't even fathom how she's gonna react to how brutal this is gonna be. I mean, if I have to sacrifice my own body just for the fans' entertainment, then I'm willing to do it.

~Third Match Of The Card~

When the cage was lowered, the announcer had announced...

Announcer: The following contest is a Steel Cage match! The only way to win is by pinfall, submission, or escaping the cage!

Well, with Matt and I, escaping the cage isn't going to matter. We're just gonna fight until one of us is dead in the center of the ring.

When Matt's music played and he entered, the crowd was going crazy, chanting "Bro" and just going along with the beat of his entrance music!

Announcer: Introducing first, from Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing at 216lbs, "The Original Bro", MATT RIDDLE!

The crowd popped again and he was giving fist bumps to the fans, including some little kids, and he did his thing. Once he took off his jacket and snapback, Matt went into the corner and looked to fight me as the lights went down.

While the lights were down, my special guests to sing my entrance song were on the top of the stage, and this was going to be a fantastic entrance, probably better than mine from Phoenix earlier this year.

Once the song started, they started singing with the speakers...

MAH: BEWAAAAAAAARE!!!

He started headbanging as the song progressed and he shouted the opening line...

MAH: COMING FOR YOU!

I was blown away by how they were performing and I really wanna go to one of their concerts sometime. I really want to. I think it would be an awesome experience for me.

As soon as the fans were booing, they actually started CHEERING instead. They definitely knew I won this entrance battle instead of Matt.

MAH, the lead singer for the band, had started singing his lyrics.

MAH: All I ever wanted to do was do right things
I never wanted to be the king, I swear

As Masami and I walked out the fans cheered as I looked at Matt, who was wanting me to bring the fight to him, and I plan to, as I'm gonna make him bleed.

MAH: All I ever wanted to do was save your life
I never wanted to grab a knife, I swear

I smiled with such evil that I thought this match is essential for me to make this as hard hitting and as emotionally charged as possible. It's all on me.

MAH: I'm tearless, I'm fearless
I'm burning, I'm burning
You tell me what have I missed?
Still wandering in the deep mist

Once Masami and I stopped to look around at the fans and Matt inside the cage, I was really impressed by how everyone was loving what was happening in front of them.

MAH: If I lose it all, slip and fall
I will never look away
If I lose it all, lose it all, lose it all

I kissed Masami's hands and stepped onto the apron, telling everyone to get ready to yell out the word.

MAH: If I lose it all outside the wall
Live to die another day
I don't want anything, I'm just here to...

I step through the middle rope...

MAH/Crowd: BEWARE!!!

Band: Rumbling, Rumbling, it's coming!
Rumbling, Rumbling!

MAH: COMING FOR YOU!!!

Band: Rumbling, Rumbling, it's coming!
Rumbling, Rumbling!

Once the song ended, I gave them a fist bump gesture and they returned it as they walked to the back and the production crew helped them with their equipment and whatnot.

As soon I took the towel off my shoulders and threw it to Masami, I was ready for battle.

When the cage went down and covered the ring, Matt looked at each other and smiled with evil intention to kill each other.

Ref: RING THE BELL!

The bell rang as Matt and I circled around the ring, looking to see who can make the other tap out, moving as fast as possible because it was now going to be a war, but in the end, I'm coming out on top.

As we had our hands up, we were striking each other's legs, to see who will go first.

When Matt kicked, I managed to grab a hold of his leg, but he used his other to kick the side of my head!

He learned his lesson from the last time we fought and I'm actually impressed by that.

I stood myself up and when Matt and I got close, he kicked again as I caught his leg, but as he laid down, he locked in the triangle, since my right arm was extended!

I can work with that because this is a good little bit of MMA style wrestling. We also have to keep in mind, something can go wrong with stuff like this, but since Matt and I are pros in this game, we just might be able to keep each other safe in this match, even though our rivalry's ending tonight.

After a bit of time in that hold, Matt countered and put me in a guard and started raining punches on my lower abdomen, but as I transitioned and I was on top, he locked in the Kimura-Lock.

I managed to counter that by raking his eyes as I went for an armbar, looking to put him away, but he managed to get out of that and start forearming me as hard as he can go.

After that, I held onto his arm, locking it in until he gave me one of the stiffest headbutts I have ever gotten in my entire life.

I let go and checked for blood, which didn't happen to me, but it did send me into a craze, wanting to kill Matt.

I then slapped him, making the crowd cringe, and then I kept slapping him until I forearmed him, making him get knocked down until I started slamming him into the steel wall face first.

He held onto his head, so I decided to do it again, but this time, I slammed him against the steel even harder than before.

Feeling cocky, I decided to do it one more time, but Matt countered and slammed me into the cage wall!

I went down as I was starting to feel a bit lightheaded from that. I didn't know what was happening, but Matt was very hellbent on beating me.

As I leaned against the ropes for leverage, he ran up and started striking me with punches to my ribs, and some knees as well.

When he backed away to get the fans all hyped up, he ran and kneed my ribs with such force, I think he actually hurt me!

He then snapmared me into the middle of the ring and kneed me in the back of my head!

He covered me, but I kicked out at 2.

Then, Matt picked me up and looked to slam me into the steel again, but I broke away from his hold and chopped him as I hard as I could, making the fans go crazy.

Making him feel weak, I started punching his head.

After some punches, I grabbed him by his hair, and I slapped his face a couple times, just to irritate him and the audience.

Me: あなたは自分がタフだと思いますよね？いいえ、私は合法です、あなたはただの偽の小さなたわごとです。 (You think you're tough, huh? Nah, I'm legit, you're just a phony little shit.)

I then grabbed his head, his trunks, and I threw Matt as hard as I could, face first into the steel a third time as he went down!

I was trying to catch my breath as I saw the camera was panned to me and how this match was going really good so far.

I then taunted the Canadian crowd by giving them the "screw you" gesture with a smile.

To keep the intensity up, I started laughing with evil as I looked over to Matt...

Renallo: Ren Hosako is all smiles at his handiwork, and Matt Riddle is bleeding! He's bleeding from the top of his head, and how is Matt gonna be able to function with blood for the second time?

Matt, who was now bleeding from the top of his forehead, looked dazed at what I've done to him as I had other evil intentions in mind.

I then got up, walked towards him and started laying in onto that open wound, punching it so many times it started to have Matt bleed even faster!

To make matters worse for him, I picked him up and threw him into the steel again, head first before I started pressing his face against the cage, trying to get that wound to bleed more.

Now, instead of pressing his face towards the steel, I started scraping his face around the wall as well and punching that wound with stiff shots from my fists!

After that, I threw him over the top rope, stepped through, and gave him a rope-assisted arm breaker.

While I had the hold locked in, I open my mouth to taste some of Matt's blood that was dripping down.

I managed to get a few drops and I'll tell you, it worked beautifully since that will elevate me as an evil wrestler and just make me look even more believable.

I let go of him as soon as I could and I pulled him over the ropes and I threw him into the steel again.

Smiling at what I've done, I pulled him into the center of the ring, covered him, and I got a 2 count, but as he kicked out, I grabbed the arm that I've worked on with the arm-breaker from the ropes.

I started stretching out his fingers, small joint manipulation, twisted his wrist, and then I bent his wrist...

Crowd: Ooooh.

...I bent his arm...

Crowd: Ooooh!

...and started pulling his arm back towards me as he looked to get a rope break, but it's all legal, no DQ, so we can do whatever the fuck we want!

Then, I locked in the Cross Arm-Breaker, holding onto the arm until Matt was able to roll me up for one count before he picked me up and slammed me for a Powerbomb, flipped me over onto my knees, and he kneed me in the face.

As soon as Matt kneed my face, he picked me up, lined me up, and he threw me into the cage, face first as I went down!

~With Masami~

Seeing Kai get a knee into the head and then thrown into that steel face first was terrifying!

I almost covered my mouth in shock because of how brutal that was and how personal this was becoming. This match was the best idea Kai had ever came up with, especially with me joining him.

But when Kai managed to get up and look into the camera, my gods.

Blood had started to flow from his head, but unlike Matt bleeding very slowly, all that red coming from Kai was pouring like a faucet!

Even when he tries to shake the blood away, to prevent it from getting into his eyes, it goes all over the mat!

Kai's been in situations like this before and to see him get up after being thrown into that cage wall was very surreal. To see him not queasy about seeing his own blood was just as courageous as the time Tataaki and I breaking up last year.

So far, this match was even better than I expected! The fans were cheering them on and just going apeshit on this cage match! It's just that good!

Matt picked up my boyfriend and threw him into the cage again as he was now focusing on that wound!

Then, Matt decided to go up top after laying down my man out near the center of the ring, but when he got to the top turnbuckle, Kai hit the ropes and Matt hit his balls with the steel!

Kai then went up and looked for a Superplex onto Matt, and he managed to do that with no effort!

Kai covered Matt but he kicked out at 2!

Then, my man looked at the top of the cage, and I knew what he was thinking.

He got to his feet, climbed up the cage until he was at the top! As Kai turned around, he looked at Matt, pointed at him, did the crotch chop, flew off the cage and performed a crossbody onto Matt from the top of the cage!

Kai covered Matt, but Riddle kicked out at 2 1/2!

That was close! Too close!

Then, I saw the crowd standing up in adoration and applauding for what they were getting tonight!

Crowd(chanting): MAMA MIA! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP* MAMA MIA! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP* MAMA MIA! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP*

Kai was able to get up as he picked Matt up, who was such a bloody mess, both of them in fact!

Kai: 降りて！あなたが続けることができる方法はありません！ (Stay down! There's no way you could go on!)

Matt: I can't go on? You're about to be killed by me.

Then, they started going at it as the fans were just losing it and the two were striking each other with forearms and chops!

When they were exhausted, they yelled into each other's faces with no sign of backing down.

Then, Matt chopped Kai four times, who laughed in Riddle's face and gave him another CHOP! Matt ran into the ropes, and gave Kai a knee, but Kai was staggered and balanced himself until he was standing back straight!

Kai: さあ、このクソ野郎！ベストショットをください！ (Come on, you son of a bitch! Gimme your best shot!)

Matt did it again and this time even harder, but Kai didn't fall back and kept his balance once again!

How is Kai doing this?! Is he not human!

When Matt ran to the ropes for a third time, he managed to get Kai to fall from one more knee strike!

He covered my man but he kicked out AGAIN at 2 3/4!

How is Kai able to kick out of that?! This is insane, but what's even more insane is that the fans were still applauding after all the chop fests and the strike action that they were still going crazy!

Crowd(chanting): THIS IS AWESOME! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP* THIS IS AWESOME! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP* THIS IS AWESOME! *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP*

Indeed it is!

Then, Matt picked up Kai and locked in the sleeper, his own move and then looked for a Bro-Derick to end it, but Kai countered with flipping Matt on his back!

Kai looked for a Sleeper if his own and looked to end it with the Brainbuster, but Matt countered with a headbutt that was so stiff, I could literally hear from where I was standing!

Matt went to the ropes, but Kai did the same, Matt tried to clothesline him, but Kai ducked and locked in the Sleeper again!

Matt was flailing around, trying to hold on and looked to get out of it by banging himself onto the corners, but Kai didn't let go! He was holding it in deep!

Eventually, it all came to an end because Matt passed out, Kai set Riddle up with a Brainbuster and he connected it.

Instead of going for the cover like he usually would, Kai locked in the Fujiwara!

Matt was trying to get out of it, but it was too much he had to tap out!

Once the bell rang, Kai released the hold and laid onto the mat exhausted from the fatigue of his own blood being spilled and just trying to process the win.

Announcer: Here is your winner, "The Prodigy", REN HOSAKO!

The crowd booed and cheered at the same time as when the cage was lifted up, I went into the ring and hugged Kai from behind. He was so happy that this rivalry ended like this and I think this was probably a nominee for "Rivalry of The Year", according to PWI.

As he stood up, Kai smiled at Matt, who was getting help from the doctor at ringside and looked to cut a promo on him.

Once he got the mic into his hand, he started talking into it...

~With Kai~

Me(subtitles): Matt Riddle, Oi, you made this match enjoyable, but you keep complaining about this hurting or that hurting, do you really think you can still beat me that way?

The fans were somehow cheering for this kinda promo and it was so weird. Am I turning babyface or even a tweener? Well, I have a backup plan for that.

Me(subtitles): You were the one to define the best hard-hitting superstar of NXT, but you're now looking at the one who's everything that you once were.

They kept cheering as that is a mistake on their part, not mine.

Me(subtitles): All that matters right now is power. I will destroy anyone who's in my way. If you even try to stand up to me again, even if you have the urge to think about it, I'll be sure to break you once more. You better be ready for that.

Masami laughed with pure evil and just being psychotic in every way possible, which I'm loving so much.

Once I finished with Matt, I turned my attention to the fans as Masami was loving the promo I was cutting. Instead of her cute smile she would have when not in character, she did smile, but it was filled with absolute evil.

Me(subtitles): Toronto, Canada, NXT Universe, stop cheering like the idiots you are.

The crowd booed once more and that told me they still respect me as a wrestler, but they hate the fact that I've beaten up one their favorites like Matt.

Me(subtitles): And to the announce team at ringside, you're probably thinking, "Gee, what an awesome match!" I don't see it that way.

I continued...

Me(subtitles): The guy you people look up to, Matt Riddle is no longer capable of standing up to me in this ring. And the people you look up to, Candice LeRae and Johnny Gargano, they won't be attacking us anytime soon because they are cowards. That's how it's going to be.

I decided to insult Matt a little bit more...

Me(subtitles): Go ahead, Matt. Tell everyone how it hurts so bad. The sounds of your arm cracking and breaking under the pressure...

I made these sounds...

Me(subtitles): Crack crack crack crack. Break break break break.

I laughed before saying...

Me(subtitles): You idiots never heard anything like that. It's true. The ones who stood up to me in this ring have heard those sounds and felt it. All of you have no right to say anything about it because you can't step in the ring with us. Remember that The Rumbling is...

Me: ICHIBAN!

As my music played, we went up the ramp, not giving a damn about the fans and when we walked through the curtain, Hunter was there with a smile.

Hunter: Such a great match out there. I can't believe I didn't know about you sooner!

Me: It okay. Forgiven.

Hunter: Good. Now that this is over, with Matt vs Ren out of the way, I'd like to push you towards the NXT Championship.

Did he just say what I think he said?!

Hunter: You proved to everyone that you're a hard worker and a very talented wrestler. Not to mention, you did say that you want to be the first autistic NXT Champion, so why not? You deserve it more than anyone at this point.

Me: I will accept it. Who's the Champion at this time?

Hunter: It's Adam Cole.

Me: Oh really?

~With Adam~

I then heard some talking as I was walking towards catering, but I heard Hunter and Ren talking about me?

I had to overhear what they were talking about because I need to know.

Hunter: Yeah.

Ren: Does he know?

Hunter: No. I kept it under wraps just for you. Since I want you to be the first NXT Champion who is autistic, I want it to be special. It has to be.

Ren: I have no problem with renewing rivalry. When do I get to face him again?

Hunter: I'm working on that, but in the meantime, I want you to go to your promo table, cut a final promo, and get ready for whatever I have in mind.

Ren: Okay, but keep me posted?

Hunter: Absolutely.

Ren: Arigato, Hunter. I really appreciate it.

Hunter: It's a pleasure, son.

I then walked away before they found me as I had to tell the guys this.

Oooh, boy. Do I have something in mind for Ren!

~With Kai~

Hunter and I hugged as we got to the table where I was going to be interviewed and I saw that there was a Diet Coke, well, two Diet Coke cans sitting.

As I sat down, exhausted from the match, I wiped the dry blood from my head, and looked to cut a promo for the ages.

Interviewer(female): Here I am with Ren Hosako, The Prodigy. Ren, what are your thoughts about winning this feud against Matt Riddle?

I took a can of Diet Coke, banged it against the table, and opened it as the soda splashed everywhere and I took a sip from it.

Me(subtitles): How about you say congratulations to me first? It bothers you, does it? You pretend to be a nice person, but since I'm not the favorite, you refuse to acknowledge that. Correct me if I'm wrong. Commentators, interviewers, you guys think everything you say and do is right, but of course, you don't know shit. My win tonight, it wasn't handed to me, I earned it, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Interviewer(female): After you hit the Brainbuster, you went straight for Matt's arm, and not for the pinfall. Why is that?

Me(subtitles): There are two reasons: first, I wanted to have Matt give up, and second, I wanted to break him completely to the point that this rivalry is over. I'm moving on, and he should too.

Interviewer(female): What road are you going to take, now that this feud is over?

Me(subtitles): Why would I tell you anything? Why is that? Seriously, why should I say anything? Fight my girl, and if you beat her, I'll tell you.

Masami was giggling with evil and stood right by me as I smiled with confidence.

Me(subtitles): Hey, you might have a chance. Come on, do it.

This woman was so scared she didn't want to ask anymore questions.

Me(subtitles): Let me ask you a question now: how screwed up are you? You think it's easy to ask us? The both of us sacrificed everything for this sport, lady. I even have the vegetation in my ear to prove it. If you really want to know, all you have to do is watch what we do. Just watch. Don't even try to get it early.

I readjusted my seat as I kept talking.

Me(subtitles): Let me ask you another question, do you even ask the pitcher what other throw he has in his arsenal? Get an idea, yet? The both of us fight because we love this sport. Why the hell are you asking these stupid questions? Guess you don't know shit about baseball either. You probably know only how to play beer pong.

I laughed as I think that's the best joke I've made while in character.

Me(subtitles): As I move on, there are people who think I'll stay where I am and they're not worried about it, but sooner or later, while you guys will try to keep me down, I'm gonna reach new heights. I'm not the kinda person who gets walked on. The old Ren Hosako is dead, and the new Ren Hosako is born. Seriously, there are so many of you pieces of shit, no wonder this place stinks.

I chuckled as I kept talking...

Me(subtitles): Let me ask you one more question, what's my rank at the moment? Tell me right now. Alright, you can be quiet since you just turned mute. I already know where I'm ranked, every fan around the world knows and right now, as I speak, I'll keep coming after people like you. I'm not gonna get rolled over like an idiot who stands around doing nothing. That's my word, and I never break it because I always back up what I say. This is my time now, and NXT, don't think for a second that I'm done because I don't really care what anybody thinks about me.

I was going to say, probably one of the best things I've ever said as a heel, and I think it works for this situation...

Me(subtitles): They can try to detain me and tell me what to do, but I won't let anyone control me because this prodigy can't be contained. I'm always going to prove that it's not about the background, it's about how I'm able to fight for what I believe in. What was that man, one of your country's famous presidents? Oh yeah, Teddy Roosevelt. Did he say, and I quote, "The first best thing you can do is the right thing, the second best thing you can do is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing at all?"

Everyone knew that I memorized that quote for some time and I think I got it right.

Me(subtitles): Well, I'm coming for Adam Cole and for the NXT Championship because I'm never going to do nothing at all and I guarantee that I'm gonna to win it title, but for now, a toast.

I gave a can of Diet Coke to Masami who opened it and was smiling as I was too, not just the fact that she and I are moving on from the feud between the Garganos and us, but because I'm moving on and now I want to go after the NXT Championship.

Me: Oboe te iru sore (Remember that) The Rumbling is...

Masami and I: ICHIBAN!

Then we shook the cans as soda started going everywhere, onto the interviewer, the walls, the table, even the floor, and I thought this was the best part of the whole thing.

We both laughed and I walked away before I overheard Masami saying to the female interviewer...

Masami(subtitles): Clean this shit up.

She walked away with me as we took a shower, dressed, and drove back to the hotel, where we just celebrated the fact that I'm looking to make history, but little did I know, something else came knocking at my door to success.
