   I didn't listen to his words...

Until i found myself in the same situation i was told i would be in. 

   "GET GOING!! ILL HOLD THEM OFF!" Was the first thing i heard from my partner, Kai, right before i fell unconscious. I could hear the whimpers and slight yowls of my spirit animal, Xingo, beside me as he tried waking me up. 'Sorry buddy, you're on your own.' I heard Kai scream, along with other Greencloaks screaming either out of fear or pain. Their spirit animals running around attacking the Oathbound and some even yowling out of pain. That was the last thing i heard before completely blacking out, feeling the rain pound on my face and drenching my clothes. The thunder and lightning booming and crashing in the sky with the dark clouds swirling above. 

   When i woke up, i found myself in a small empty room. A bolted wooden door in front of me with only a small slot to see through, which was currently closed. I sat up, feeling sudden pain in my right shoulder. I looked to it and saw dried blood on my clothes, seeing my shoulder wrapped up. I blinked and shivered, feeling the water still drenching my clothes and my dark, redish and brown long hair. I looked around for a few minutes, wondering where i was, when i realized the stubborn Jaguar of mine wasn't in the room with me. I got up, checking both my wrists for his tattoo. 'No... No, no no no!' 

He wasn't in his dormant state.

   I ran to the door, seeing if i could find someone to ask my question about my spirit animal when i suddenly fell flat on my face. I Shook my head and got up, wiping my bloody lip. I looked down to see my ankle wrapped with a chain that was connected to the wall. I looked back at the door, now extremely worried. 'Where in the name of Tellun am i?' I sat back against the wall, holding my legs close to me.  As i sat listening to the emptiness around me, i just then realized i didn't have my Greencloak around me. I sighed, as i knew that i would just have to be patient. While knowing the Greencloaks would come to get me, i laid down on my side with my hands as a pillow and tried falling asleep. 

While feeling the wretching pain in my heart... Knowing that my spirit animal might not come with them though...
