(SPOILER WARNING FOR SPLATOON 2 AND ITS DLC!!!!)

SOOOOO,Ya'll are probably wondering why I think Mr.Grizz is evil now?
Well,here's a a connection between him and Commander Tar Tar from the Octo Expansion DLC

The fact that they both say this when getting you to commit to something serious,(Getting a job and nearly ending your own life respectively) makes me feel that Mr.Grizz is up to no good.

Also,recent Splatoon 3 data mines state that the bears sent into space by the humans have purposely killed the Salmonids to stop anyone from stopping them or their fuzzy goop. What is Salmon run,Mr.Grizz's game mode focus on? KILLING SALMONIDS AND TAKING THEIR BABIES!

At this point,Mr.Grizz all but outright confirmed to be evil,and most likely the final boss of Splatoon 3,since,as far as we know,DJ Octavio is on our side now.
You can Google to hear more on this theory,but I think I will be pleasantly surprised to hear if Mr.Grizz is a good guy when this game comes out next year.

As you can see,it looks like an SOS in the water,and SOS is a common distress signal,and a Life ring,something often thrown in the water to save someone's life,is in the water too. Along with with rest of the evidence already present,Mr.Grizz looks really evil to me.

Edit 2:
At the end of the Splatoon 3 trailer,where New Agent 3 is incased in Fuzzy goop,we hear something similar to the Grizz Co laugh from the songs Happy Little Workers and Ever Further.

Here's another thing,In Splatoon 2,the game makes it really clear just HOW sketchy Grizz Co is. It states it to you at several points,like when you first get to the square and when you first enter the building.

Nintendo is doing this stuff on purpose. Mr.Grizz can't be a good guy.

Edit 3:Near the end of the Trailer,we see this shot:

If you look closely at the "sky",You'll notice it's a screen line in the Hero modes of the past 2 games. Meaning the ship seen here is clearly not where it was originally (its in a dome,so it was either moved here or repaired here). And where else do we see a ship like this?

RUINS OF ARK POLARIS!

It's either that:
A. Mr.Grizz fixed up the Ark Polaris
Or
B. Mr.Grizz knew where to find another Ark due to knowing where the one for Polaris was.

There's also the fact that Humans were clearly involving bears in their Ark experiments,as seen by the English Bear waring signs all around the map.

And then we have the star,Polaris.

If you didn't know,Polaris is part of the Little Dipper,which,in its self,is part of a Constellation known as Ursa Minor.
Ursa is Bear in Latin.

We also have the fact that on the North Pole,where the North Star Polaris Points too,lives Polar Bears,a type of bear.

Ton of Bear symbolism in this last shot if you take info we already know.

Things ain't looking too bright for Mr.Grizz.
