Is my mom the A*shole for making my brother go to school for legal reason besides the fact that he claims he's getting bullied?

So far,my mom has taken my brother's tv,Computer,and Phone for not getting to school.

My brother claims that he is getting anxiety from school and is getting bullied at school.

My mom also claims that my brother does love her.

They have been shouting at eachother like this ever since I could remember. (around 6th grade)

My brother is going to cort for truancy and Child p*rn charges.

My mom,my brother,and me all have horrific anger issues.

My mom claims she could have a stroke from all this stress due to not taking her Bloob Pressure medication.

So.....who do you think is the a*shole here? My mom,my brother,or me? (for not doing anything about this/never telling anyone)
