A boy named Lucifer was kidnapped by overhaul from the hospital he was kept in ever since he got his quirk. He was injected with some of Eraserhead's DNA so they could create quirk erasing bullets quicker. They use Eri and Lucifer and Lucifer takes care of Eri and doesn't trust heros.

Quirk Name: Suppress

Quirk Type: Emitter

Basic Info: Suppress is very similar to the pro hero Eraserheads quirk. If the user looks at someone they can erase their quirk and if they touch someone with a mutant/transformation type quirk they will be paralyzed for a certain amount of time.

Drawbacks: It gives the user dry eye and the user has to make physical contact with people with mutant/transformation type quirk.

Strengths: If the user touches someone with a mutant/transformation quirk or even an emitter quirk as long as a piece of the user's DNA is in/touching them their quirk will stay suppressed until the user stops using the quirk. (like a strand of hair or a drop of blood)

Weaknesses: Dark places, flashing lights and Water
