Voice in Aizawa's head

3rd POV

Aizawa was sitting in his room by his desk marking papers and setting a class schedule when is husband walked in.

Hizashi: "Hey Sho, I'm going on patrol now ok?"

Shota: "Ok 'Zashi, be careful"

Hizashi: "I will"

Hizashi went over to Shota and planted a kiss on his lover's cheek before leaving. Aizawa looked at the stack of papers and started to get onto them.

1 hour later

Aizawa looked and he only finished half of the papers and the groaned. He looked at the time and saw Hizashi would be home in 4 hours. He decided to speed through his papers and when Hizashi got home he'd leave for patrol.

4 Hours later

He'd done his work and finished preparing dinner for himself and Hizashi. The door unlocked and stepped in the loud blonde.

Hizashi: "Hello love!" He shouted

Shota blushed still not used to Hizashi calling him that even after 5 years. He felt Hizashi cuddle him from behind as he finished putting the food in the bowl.

Shota: "Hi 'Zashi, I made Chazuki"

Hizashi: "Looks yummy"

He smiled at his husband as Hizashi walked to the table and sat down. Shota placed the food in front of Hizashi them himself.

In the middle of eating

Shota was eating when he heard a voice in his head.

You know he's only using you, right? Do you really think he patrols for all that time? I bet he has someones else. Your so useless you know? With a villains quirk, you're basically quirkless without your vision. You're so pathetic and so blind to think he cares about you. How pathetic.

Shota stopped eating and looked down at his lap. He had this voice in his head sometimes when something bad had happened. First the USJ attack, then the Forest attack and then his abusive relationship. He started to believe it. He flinched when he felt a weight on his shoulder. He looked up and saw Hizashi but it was blurry. He started to panic, even more, his vision was blurry! He then realised he was crying.

Mic: "Love are you ok? You started to cry"

Mic went to wipe Aizawa's tears when his hand got swatted away.

Aizawa: "Don't touch me!"

Mic was shocked, the feeling was mutual between the two. Aizawa realised what he said and got up and ran out of the house, he ran blindly and then he fainted.

Nightmare/Coma?

Shota sat up and looked around, he was in bed. He sat up and walked out to see Hizashi.

Aizawa: "Hey 'Zashi, I'm sorry about what I said"

He was met with silence.

Aizawa: " 'Zashi?"

Mic: "What?" 

Aizawa was shocked at the tone of his voice, it was harsh and full of hate.

Aizawa: "I- I'm s-sorry"

Mic: "You said that already! God that stuttering is so annoying just leave me alone"

His voice was filled with hate and it made Aizawa scared. He nodded and went into his office and worked. As days went by Hizashi became distant and cold and started to verbal abuse Aizawa.

They were in the car after they had finished work, Mic was on his phone texting, someone.

He tried to hold Hizashi's hand but got his hand swatted away.

Mic: "Don't touch me you freak"

Time skip(remember this is his nightmare when he is in a coma)

Shota wanted to leave, he hated this so much. He fell on his knees getting the attention of his lover.

Mic just scoffed and told him to shut up and stop being overdramatic stating this is how relationships work.

Time skip

Yamada was texting someone again and Aizawa was sitting on the opposite end of the sofa looking at him.

We used to go out on dates

Mic: "JUST SHUT UP!" He shouted using his quirk, Aizawa covered his ears because it hurt so much.

Aizawa got on his knees and looked at Mic, Mic looked back with an annoyed look.

Mic: "Just leave, I don't fucking care about you, I just used you, you pathetic piece of fucking shit. If you want to leave, leave but no one will love you!"

Shota teared up, got up and packed his bags. He opened the door to be met with an insanely bright light.

End of Nightmare/coma(If you take out all the time skips it was about a year almost 2)

He opened his eyes to see a white room. He looked around to see he was in a hospital, his arms were covered in bandages and he looked to see his chest also had some. He wondered what had happened, he sat up and a doctor then came in, the doctor looked shocked but happy. He went over to Aizawa.

Doctor: "How are you feeling? Are you hungry, thirsty?"

Aizawa: "I feel like I got hit by a truck, what happened, why am I here?"

Doctor: "That's because you got hit by a truck. You would have died if one of our staff wasn't close by."

Aizawa: "How long have I been out for?"

Doctor: "You've been in a coma for almost 2 years Mr.Aizawa"

Aizawa's blood ran cold. 

Aizawa's mind: ALMOST 2 YEARS?! I-I can't believe it! 

Doctor: "I'll get you food and water and notify your husband that you've woken up."

Shota nodded but was still unsure. Was the thing he experienced in his coma a Nightmare or a vision to tell what is going to happen in the future? The doctor left the room to get a nurse. A few minutes later a nurse came in with some food. He ate it slowly and when he finished he just looked out the window next to him. He thought about all the things that could have happened.

Did 'Zashi find someone else?

Is he going to leave me?

Is that thing I had a nightmare or a vision?

Does he still love me?

Did he give up on me?

What happened that day?

What if he hates me?

'What if's' started to come into Shota's mind but his little trance was broken by a familiar voice.

Mic: "SHOTA!"

He was then hugged by a familiar blonde, he felt his shoulder get wet. He was unsure of how to act so he just rubbed circles in his lovers back. Mic pulled away and wiped his eyes.

Mic: "I was so scared! I didn't know if you were going to wake up again, Toshi told me to move on and give up on you but I didn't listen to him!"

Aizawa: "I'm glad to hear you still love me, my dream said the opposite" Shota said the last part in a whisper but Yamada still heard it.

Mic: "Oh...well now that your awake you can come home and if you want to you can tell me about the dream, only if you want!"

Aizawa: "Not right now, I'm in doubt right now, questioning myself"

Mic: "It's ok, cutie pie"

Aizawa looked confused but brushed it off as a pet name. 

Time skip to when they got home

Shota sat on the sofa while Yamada cooked dinner.

Aizawa: "So what has happened while I was gone?"

There was a pause for a while until Yamada spoke up.

Mic: "It's been hard. There is a new teacher and your class is at the end of the first semester of their second year. Mineta got expelled and was replaced with Shinso. Everyone acted as nothing happened to you, only me, Nemuri and your class visited you. Midoryia and Bakugo visited you the most aside from me. I've been rated 10th in the popularity poll and you got 11th."

Aizawa: "Wow, I didn't think I'd be popular, I'm an underground hero after all"

Mic: "Nezu said when you wake up you're allowed to come back and teach 2-A"

Aizawa: "I'd like that, see how they have improved."

IN CONCLUSION

Aizawa went back to teaching and got to see everyone's improvements. He told Hizashi what happened in his nightmare and hoped that it wouldn't happen. He lives a happy life with his lovely husband and they adopted a little girl called Dawn from a place in America. She had a quirk so she could control light.
