Flashback Starts...

At Trishna's House...

Trishna was intently looking at the two lines that are gonna change her life upside down.

Trish, Trish, come on babe I'm getting late for the office. Come out fast.

Trish: Muku you carry on I'll be home today.

Muku: What happened Trish? Are you okay?

Come here let's go to the hospital.

Trishna opened the door to find Mukund looking at her worriedly. She quickly moved towards him and hide her face in his chest. Mukund tightened his hold on her.

M: What is it? You are scaring me.

T: I'm pregnant.

Mukund's hands slipped from her and he stood still. Trishna knew this would happen as he had already said he didn't want kids and she remembered the clause in their wedding agreement.

M: You know right that it isn't possible, we've been careful then ...

T: It's okay Mukund, im leaving this place, and by the time you will be back ill be gone.

Flashback ends...

Madhu: So he knows you are pregnant and yet he left you.

Trishna: Yes, means we had already decided that if by chance I fell pregnant we would part ways if I decided to keep the baby.

Madhu: So you decided to keep the baby right.

Trishna: Of course, how can I do that to our child.

Madhu: I think we need to tell my family about the real reason you are staying here.

Trishna: Whatever you say, Madhu, I'm scared, I don't know what is in store for us.

At the breakfast table, Trishna explained her story while firmly gripping Madhu's hand deriving every ounce of strength her best friend could provide her. Radha quickly consoled her like a daughter and requested her to stay long till she settles with everything. No one noticed, but after hearing Trishna's story Rishab had left the place.

Rishab's POV:

How can anyone leave their wife in the most crucial stage of their life, even if he didn't want the baby he could have avoided it but kept him around just for his wife but he left both of them and he says he loves her.

Oh God, I don't love Madhu but never in my dreams will I leave her if she is pregnant with my baby.

Soon he received Madhu's call,
Madhu: Rishu where are you, are we not going to the office?
Rk: No you are not, you be with Trish I'll handle for today
Madhu: RK I. I wanted to ask something
Rk: even If I say ni is it going to stop you no right
So take Jason and Leo with you and yeah after that come directly to the office.
Madhu: okay boss

Madhus pov:
Rk permitted me but am I ready to face Mukund, whatever I've to do this for Trish whatever may the outcome be
Soon we reached his office, his secretary took us to his cabin while we waited for him to finish his meeting. Jason and Leo, we're waiting outside but one can tell how alert they were considering rk's strict orders to protect me.

"Well well well isn't it the famous Rishab Kundra's trophy wife, Mrs. Madhubala, to what do I grace your attention dear"
I was startled by his sudden voice.

Madhu: I came to talk here about Trishna.
Mukund: what about her, I've heard she is staying at your place.
Madhu: can you give her divorce if you are not willing to keep her around
Mukund: no
Madhu: no, but you don't want her then why not
Mukund: bcoz she is my wife and she will be the rest of her life
Madhu: but she is staying apart from you then
Mukund: so what, tell her she can come back once she delivers the baby but alone
Madhu: and the baby, where will it go
Mukund: I don't care about it I want my wife if she is ready to come back else she can be a permanent member of your house.
Madhu: but Trish wants the baby don't you care for her feelings
She wants the baby which is why she left you
Mukund: you can adopt the baby after all it's not like your RK would give u a child out of love

Mukund: oh the naive wife I guess, everyone in the business world know that RK has vowed not to love again after the hard betrayal of his past so giving you a child is out of questions

Mukund: so that your husband can have another girl in his bed

Das: yes sir
Mukund: keep a close eye on my wife help her every way you can and keep her away from that womanizer RK.
Das: sir, I sir, I that Joey and Nik are keeping an eye on mam and they say it's bad news.
Mukund: what is it, is she okay, did the baby do something
Das: in a way yes sir, joey said mam is having heavy morning sickness and RK sirs mom had taken her to the doctor.
Mukund: and.
Das: mam is too weak to keep the baby, the stress and baby are making it hard for mam to live. The doctors said that if not treated now then there would be a chance you would have to select one from both or none.
Mukund: what!!!!
I want her reports now and get them through with the worlds best gynecologist I want them safe
Das: but sir now you said Madhu mam you didn't want the baby then
Mukund: I do das but I also know the baby is my wife's and anything of her mine too I can't let them suffer bcoz of my ego, wherever she is she must be safe that is what I want.
Das: okay sir I'll do that and will run you with the results.

Rishab's pov:

Oh god, it's almost 3 hours where the hell is my wife. I shouldn't have let her go on her own what type of husband im. I'm proving to be the same as him who doesn't care about their wife. No-no-no.

Rk: where the hell are you guys and where is my wife
Jason: we are on our way to the office and mam is here with us but...
Rk: but what Jason.
Madhu: mam looks disturbed like she is thinking about something hard
Rk: what the fuck did that bastard tell her were you guys not with her
Jason: no she went alone to his cabin

God what is happening with us, it was just like yesterday Madhu had accepted me as hers and now this storm I don't know our relationship is strong enough to withstand it.
