Appearance: He's tall, thin and you could tell by his looks that he's a snob. He has white scales with hints of lavender. His horns are a really light grey, and his tail fades into pure white. He wears a silver band on his right arm and has turquoise gems imbedded above his right eye. He also wears a light grey scarf with a light blue crisscrossing pattern on it.

Personality: He's homophobic. (SORRY) No one says it out loud, but everyone knows how he looks at guys with guys, girls with girls. He's also against inter-tribe relationships. It's not his fault though, his parents taught him that. He's actually really sweet, he just doesn't know how to show it. He is quite loyal to those he loves, and although he wouldn't risk his life to save them, he would do anything to get them out of trouble. He is a stickler  for rules, and is quite a perfectionist. Oh and he's quite rude to those below him, which he got from his parents.

Backstory: He grew up with first circle parents, Frostbite and Avalanche, who were quite braggy about it. They were rude to the ones in lower circles,  and they made friends with the queen so she wouldn't even think about lowering their ranks. As Nepal grew up, a new queen came to power, and his parents started drinking alcohol and went down in the ranks, as they also started slacking. Nepal was disgusted by his parents, so he went to the new queen and asked for them to be sent to a far outpost. The queen was quite surprised by his similar thoughts, and she was quite new at being a queen, so she agreed and sent them away. Nepal started to be interested in politics, so he learned as much as he could, and in about 9 years, he finally became the queen's advisor and lawyer. (do they have lawyers?)
