There was an announcement today that would change all of our good moods.

We walked into the gym and saw the principal.

"Students, we are shutting down the music program" he says "we need more money..."

We all looked at eachother, me kinda feeling kind of sick to my stomach. Suddenly Casey stood up

"Can't it be anything else?!!"

"No miss music is irrelevant and unpleasing"

"Bull crap! Music is my life! It's one of the few things that made me smile when I needed it!" I realized how important it was to her and stood up as well

"Please! Music means a lot to us!" I yell.

Other students stand up and chant until he let's everyone leave.

In the hall I turn to Casey
"I didn't realize how much music meant to you"
